After suffering a pregnancy loss in 2020, Teigen and Legend have opened up about their fertility struggles as they underwent IVF to further expand their family. Teigen author announced in August 2022 that she is pregnant again. Their third child, daughter Esti Maxine, was born in January 2023. Five months later, son Wren Alexander arrived via surrogate.
