Post under the username, @tomfbahe filmed a TikTok of himself walking around TK Maxx and loading a basket full of discounted items.

Before picking up the items, Tom scanned them with an app called BuyBotGo, which tells him how much the items are selling for on Amazon and how many times they have been sold this month.

He mainly picked up children’s toys, for example a Playmobil set he bought for £14.99, which he said he would make a £5 profit from selling on Amazon.

After piling his cart high, Tom left the store loaded with bags of produce.

He said he would make about £50 profit if he sold the products.

“Not bad for 15 minutes of work,” he said.

Tom, who said he is on a ‘journey of wealth’, revealed he will resell the products through Amazon FBA.

Amazon FBA is a service that online sellers can use, where Amazon takes care of the storage, packaging and shipping of your products.

All Tom has to do is send the products from Amazon and wait for the money to flow in.

In a second video, Tom revealed he quit his 9-5 after discovering he could make £3,000 profit a month by selling just 10 products for £10 on Amazon every day.

I tried 10 Easter eggs for kids – my family went wild over a supermarket purchase under £3

Tom’s money-making scheme has sparked outrage online, with some people labeling him as selfish.

TikTok users rushed to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts.

One person said: “How about leaving it there for struggling mums instead of charging them more than double?”

Another person added: “This is unethical.

“These bargains can really help struggling parents care for their children.”

A third person said: “Stop buying baby products.”

However, some people supported Tom’s business plans.

One person said, “Business is business.”

Another person said: ‘First come, first served, if parents are having such a hard time maybe you should get there first.

“They can’t be that desperate if they don’t care.”

Placing one get it of the meal @theradfordfamily Instagram page, Sue said: “Lovely surprise birthday lunch out”.

Chris 34 was sitting at the dining table with Sue and husband Noel. Chloe 28, Luke 23, Millie 22, Aimee and Amy 17.

The family beamed for the camera as they enjoyed drinks, including wine and beer, in a cozy-looking pub.

Chris, 34, is Sue and Noel’s eldest child and is rarely seen in public.

He does not appear on the family’s Channel 5 show, 22 Kids & Counting, and is rarely seen on the family’s social media.

Chris no longer lives with his family in their former care home in Morecombe, and has his own home nearby.

Sue explained that Chris wanted to take a step back from social media, but visits regularly to visit his family.

The mother of 22 became pregnant with Chris when she was just 13 and Noel was 17, in 1988, and was determined to keep the baby.

The couple eventually married, when Sue was 17 and Chris 21, and had 21 more children together.

When Chris was born, Sue was under the age of 16 in Britain.

He said: “We were both kids.

“It wasn’t like I was 10 or 15 years older than Sue.

“For many people, however, things are just black and white and you are tarred with the same brush as other people in completely different situations.

HAS the fire of passion in your relationship gone out to barely smoldering – because you simply don’t want your significant other anymore?

Well, you’re not alone.

In their younger years, sex was 'all-consuming'

In their younger years, sex was ‘all-consuming’Credit: supplied

Today a 46-year-old woman tells how after 15 years and two children with her 43-year-old husband Cornel, sex is only a memory – even though the love lives on.

The other day I was having coffee with a friend and said something I couldn’t believe came from my lips: “My husband likes me, but I don’t like him.”

It may sound cocky, but it’s true.

When I first met Cornel in 2005, I immediately wanted to take the pants off him. It was complete, total, sexual and physical attraction.

It helped that he was intelligent, trilingual and interesting.

But in reality it was his somber eyes, his Roman nose and his slim yet muscular physique.

Once we got together it was sex, sex, sex. I was sex-crazed, it was all-consuming.

I was jealous too. If he talked to other girls I would go crazy.

Fast forward to today. I no longer long for him, I find myself looking up to him and I don’t pull him into bed in the middle of the day.

Now when it’s 9 p.m., I rush to do my beauty routine and a crossword in peace.

I’m 62 and I test sex toys and need to have an orgasm every day but some women my age have no libido but I can’t get enough of my toyboy

I wear baggy pajamas, pull my hair back and wear a face mask. I don’t care anymore if he likes me or not.

And I never thought I would say this.

It is a fact that men are more attractive when they are younger.

It’s a myth that men become more imaginative as they get older, unless they’re George Clooney!

When I first met Cornel, he was oozing testosterone.

He was fast moving, full of energy, cocky, and dare I say it, a little arrogant? It was attractive.

Now he enjoys looking at the coins he has collected.

Where the tight stomach once was, there is now a small belly and his hair is also a bit worn out.

It’s not just a physical thing. Everyone gets older.

But I think women try harder. I swim five days a week, get my hair dyed, always do my makeup, get my nails done, and generally haven’t stopped my “maintenance” since the day he met me.

Men don’t reach the same height.

Friends tell me the same thing. All their hubbies now have bellies and have ‘old man’ interests like collecting things or cars.

None of them are the fast, exciting young bucks they once were.

Airport quickie

I’ve also gotten older. I’m no longer the nymph I once was. Far from it.

Yet I know he still likes me because he’s constantly grabbing my ass or watching me. I am grateful.

Julie says, “When I first met Cornel, he was oozing testosterone. He was full of energy, stubborn and arrogant. It was attractive. Now he enjoys looking at his coin collection'

But when he pats my butt, I frown or brush his hand away.

What would have been a prelude to crazy sex 15 years ago now annoys me beyond belief.

I know I sound ungrateful. But the fact is that I love him more than ever and much, much more than when it was all about sex and attraction.

We laugh so much together, we have the same ideas about life and even finish each other’s sentences.

He does nice little things for me, like topping up my car’s oil or buying flowers for no reason. But my heart doesn’t flutter like it used to.

But sometimes, like a rare miracle, out of nowhere I start wanting him again. It usually happens at very strange, inappropriate times.

Like the time he took all our luggage out of our car and somehow transported three suitcases and two bags for our family through the airport.

The masculinity and competence unleashed something in me that I thought was long gone.

But you can hardly have a quickie in the airport bathroom when you have two kids with you and are running to your plane.

But at 10 p.m., when he might be in the mood, I put my earbuds in and hope my fake “sleep breathing” makes him think I’m asleep.

When I first met Cornel, he was oozing testosterone. He was full of energy, stubborn and arrogant. It was attractive. Now he enjoys looking at his coin collection

Julie Cook

I am not alone. Friends tell me they feel the same way. The rule of having sex at least once a day is long gone.

A friend told me she hasn’t had sex with her husband in eight months.

“The thought repulses me!” she said. To be honest, it’s not my husband who turns me off.

It’s the thought of having fun, doing your legs, showering and making sure you look attractive. I’d much rather put on my pajamas and read.

In a recent survey of 12,000 people by the University of Glasgow, 34 percent of women said they didn’t want sex, while only 15 percent of men felt the same way.

And interestingly enough, most of the people in the low-interest category were—you guessed it—married.

So I don’t feel like I’m strange or unusual. It means that there must be thousands of married women like me who don’t like their husbands anymore.

But what we lost in the pleasure department, I really feel we made up for in the contentment and peace department.

We used to have heated jealous arguments. Now we sit happily next to each other, with a cup of tea in hand, and watch our favorite television. I can’t remember the last time we had an argument.

I just don’t have that passion anymore. Who can do that after 20 years together?

And we laugh too, and the same sense of humor.

Sometimes in a situation that we both find funny, all we have to do is exchange glances and we burst out laughing, both knowing what the other is thinking.

It is a fact that men are younger when they are more attractive. It’s a myth that men become more imaginative as they get older, unless they’re George Clooney!

Julie Cook

We didn’t have that connection when we were obsessed with sex.

Then there’s the fact that you just talk more. About everything. Life, the universe, family, beliefs.

We never had time when we were hammer and tongs.

So do I regret or feel sad that we’ve lost the passionate side of our relationship?

No. I would no longer have that all-consuming passion for all the money in the world. It’s exhausting, fiery and no one can live like this forever.

You only have to look at the crazy relationships of sex-crazed Love Islanders to see how quickly they burn out.

Passion and fantasy are actually a fleeting part of the relationship.

The rest is company and just getting along.

Yes, I no longer feel the flames of passion for him, but it has been replaced by a deeper, more caring love – a love that will last.

Relight the fire

Unfortunately, it’s very common for spouses to stop liking each other over time, writes sex and relationship expert Kate Taylor.

And women are often the first to lose the urge.

But there are ways to reignite the passion.

Imagine your partner being talked out by a beautiful woman – wouldn’t he immediately look sexier?

That’s because the fear of losing him makes you appreciate him again.

So write an imaginary dating profile for each other.

Make a list of the things that make him sexy and let him do the same for you.

If he’s pissing you off, try having quick sex in silence.

It allows your imagination to fantasize, which can rekindle your fire.

If you are in full or perimenopause, get your testosterone levels checked.

It affects our sex drive, and one study found that women regained sexual interest after taking a small dose of testosterone three times a week.

Levels can also drop in men after the age of forty, resulting in loss of sex drive or erection problems, but hormone treatment is also possible.

IT’S the week we’ve all been waiting for. That of the Woodland Trust Nature’s calendar says the average date for Brits to hand over our mowers is March 18.

Flymo has been campaigning for years to make tomorrow (Sunday) First Cut Sunday – and that became Spring the right way officially on Wednesday.

So no matter who you listen to, it’s definitely time to get started with your grass. But keeping a lawn thriving is not that easy. So here are some top tips to help you this spring.

Watching out for pests is crucial.

Chris McIlroy, Lawn Expert at The Grass People said: “Leatherjackets, the larvae of crane flies, also known as papa long legs, thrive on damp lawns with poor drainage and feast on the roots of grass seed so they can destroy lawns from within. out.”

Chafer grubs also eat grass roots – and birds tear up lawns trying to reach them.

Nematodes – microscopic bacterial worms – are one of the few methods to get rid of both.

David Hedges-Gowerchairman of the Association Lawn urged: “Choosing the right grasses is of utmost importance to make lawn maintenance easy. Don’t fall for the marketing talk about ‘sports grass, heavy grass or luxury grass’; all too often this is ryegrass, which inevitably fails.

“Go native with bentgrass and fescue to make life easier.

“Make sure your soil is aerated, this is so important. But instead of using your usual fork tines, use a fork with hollow tines, otherwise you’ll just compact the soil. But if you don’t have one, aerating in any way is crucial to prevent soil saturation.

He added: “Prune lawns at least once a year by scarifying. Although ryegrass does not respond well to pruning, native bentgrass and fescue excel. And mowing makes the lawn thicker.

“Nourish both the soil and the grass. Use soil conditioners such as Truegrass to support the growth of beneficial microorganisms, creating perfect growing conditions.

“Be careful with lawn food if you have ryegrass – it just makes it grow upwards and doesn’t help the roots – so you’re just adding to your compost pile.

“But ultimately, whatever turf you’re given, it’s all about improving and maintaining soil structure, through pruning, aerating, grass seed selection and providing the right nutrients.”

David Hedges-Gower, chairman of the Lawn Association

TOP TIPS FOR MOWING THE DISTANCE

  • First Spring Clean Your Lawn, Says Cheryl Cooper, Groensleeves Lawn Care MD – pick up sticks, rocks and dead leaves and watch out for wildlife.
  • For the first mowing, choose the highest blade setting – and if the grass is very long, consider starting with a lawn mower.
  • Mowing biweekly in spring and weekly in summer promotes grass density and controls weeds.
  • Never mow wet or frozen grass as this will damage the grass and compact the soil.
  • Never remove more than a third of a blade of grass.
  • Extremely low mowing levels promote shallow rooting and make the lawn more susceptible to drought damage, moss and weeds. It can also scalp the turf.
  • Scarifying the lawn, that is, giving it a good hard rake in different directions, collects all the thatch and moss and allows good growth.
  • Compost your clippings or leave them on the lawn to retain moisture.

ALL FEELINGS

WE all know that lying on a freshly mowed lawn is a great way to relax.
Now scientists have proven that it is good for both our hearts and our minds.

A study in China found that touching real grass, as opposed to artificial grass, increases relaxation and reduces stress levels.

In the study, a group of women were asked to stroke natural and artificial grass for five minutes each.

The experts found that the women’s blood pressure was reduced and they scored higher in meditation and mindfulness.

TO LEARN!

Q. I am looking for advice on how to remove moss from my lawn. I don’t want the moss to turn black, if possible, but I need to kill it. It was suggested to use Mo Bacter, would this work? Robert Sturrock, via email.

A. Have you thought about living with the moss? It can provide better coverage than grass and often grows where grass does not. Or you can use a hand rake to get it out. Organic moss killers such as Mo Bacter can take a long time to work and are expensive. If you want to buy a chemical remover, the lawn will turn black. Scarifying and feeding works the fastest.

By scarifying the lawn you prevent moss, which can take over your garden

A GIRL getaway is no longer one woman’s future after more than one accident occurred during her latest adventure with some friends.

She would much rather see the world solo.

Kaleah Denise (@lyah.luxe) wishes she had listened to her feelings and stayed At home.

Instead, she decided to celebrate the birthday of a good friend who was planning a party trip to Cabo.

Since her best friend invited some other friends, Kaleah decided to take her husband along on the trip.

But now that she’s learned her lesson, she’ll only stay with members of her own team next time, especially after what happened before they even went on their trip.

The night before they were to leave, she attended her friend’s birthday dinner and paid the bill – but one girl in particular didn’t pay her back her full share.

Things only got more shocking when she showed her that she only had $135 in her bank account.

She couldn’t believe that the girl was planning to travel the next day when she had so little money.

She gave her the $135 and promised to pay her the remaining $46 she owed.

A look inside Sophie Kasaei’s £500-a-night holiday to Gran Canaria as she shows off her private pool and stunning views

She gave the ‘friend’ the benefit of the doubt, thinking she was waiting for a paycheck, but the ‘bread’ never came.

Not wanting to embarrass her, she even waited two days into the trip to give her other friend an overview of the situation.

Kaleah thought she would never see the remainder of what she owed and was determined not to let this get in the way of her escape.

She decided she would wait to discuss the matter when they got home.

Meanwhile, the birthday girl was having a little too much fun not long after they arrived, and she devoted her time to caring for her.

The other ‘friend’ who was also in the room didn’t seem to be doing much except texting her husband.

Kaleah only had one question: why didn’t he send her some money?

And she only started getting more questions when she found out the girl had spent the night with someone while they were in Mexico and he had given her $100.

She especially didn’t appreciate that while she and her boyfriend were helping their friend feel better while holding her hair in the bathroom, this girl started undressing.

And this time she couldn’t just blame it on the alcohol.

The girl even took her phone charger and key card with her, which she ended up losing, prompting a refund.

She could deny it all she wanted, but Kaleah knew who the perpetrator was.

It was safe to say that her gut turned out to be right – and her fans were just as shocked.

“One hundred and thirty five dollars to Cabo? Insane, that’s literally one night out,” said one follower.

“I don’t go on holiday with strangers for this reason,” said another viewer.

“If you don’t have everything, don’t go!” a third spectator commented.

ONE employee’s outfit for the office didn’t work for everyone, but most people thought she looked perfectly professional.

They thought she looked “great” and that the person who criticized her style was crazy.

Ebony (@ife_amorie) was in disbelief about the dress code debacle she experienced in the workplace.

She thought she looked super “cute” in a tan skirt with black tights and a black and white long-sleeved sweater with pearl flower embellishments around her V-neck collar.

She let go of the sweater a little, but couldn’t figure out what the problem was.

As she danced in the mirror, she was still shocked that someone told her the outfit was “unprofessional.”

Ebonie explained that her workplace has implemented a business-casual dress code, but they still prefer to wear blazers every day, which confuses her.

All she could do was go to the bathroom and shake it off.

Still, many of her fans couldn’t shake the feeling that the comment was unwarranted.

Most stood up for the fashionista who they thought looked great just the way she was.

I found my dream dress for a friend’s wedding, but it’s controversial – some say it’s too bridal, even my mom says no_

“Something someone said to me once was, ‘is it actually unprofessional or is it just an outfit for a fuller body?’

“And it has reshaped the way I think about dressing for work ever since!” said one follower.

‘The same. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I love my clothes but people make it weird,” she replied.

“Who told you that? This is super cute,” said another viewer.

“Someone who has no form,” Ebonie replied.

According to the career site Monster, business casual is usually referred to as professional attire that is not as formal as the traditional suit-and-tie outfit.

They believe that acceptable clothing should include slacks, crew-neck sweaters, and dresses and skirts that reach around the knees.

Blouses, button-up shirts and blazers are also suitable.

Others also thought Ebonie looked great and wanted her to remain herself.

“Unprofessional means they were mad that you looked so cute,” said one follower.

“Haters! You look very cute and very professional,” another agreed.

“Incorrect. This is indeed professional. And very stylish too. Keep dancing!” said a third viewer.

AS a football-mad girl, Jade Hannan loved to play – but her team struggled to find other female sides to take on in matches.

Now a 36-year-old mum of two, she is making sure daughter Ivy, seven, and her team-mates can enjoy matches as often as possible as manager of Lordswood Girls U8s.

Jade says: “I just wanted the same opportunities my brother had but it was harder for girls.

“My team amaze me with how well they are progressing.

“We concentrate on increasing their skill level and love for the game. It’s not just about goals and winning.”

The youth coach is one of ten winners of our grassroots sporting heroes competition for International Women’s Day 2024, chosen from hundreds of entries.

Launched by Olympic gold boxer Nicola Adams in February, it celebrates the extraordinary efforts of people who champion women and girls in sport.

Winners were nominated by the public and selected by a panel of experts.

Each will receive a prize of £1,000 to support their sporting initiative.

Alongside her job as a therapeutic radiographer, Jade, who coaches twice a week, is an avid Charlton Athletic supporter and runs a group for female supporters ranging from their teens to 90.

‘Soul-destroying’

She is also an ambassador for Her Game Too, a campaign to stamp out sexism in sport, and has fundraised to provide a sensory space at her club’s ground.

This means families with neurodiverse and disabled children have a calming space to escape to during matches, if they need it.

Jade, from Lordswood, Kent, was nominated by Daniela Golding, whose daughter Sienna has autism and spina bifida and plays with Lordswood U8s.

She says: “Jade is so passionate about inclusion and my little girl’s confidence has grown so much. It brings us to tears whenever she scores a goal.”

While Jade is helping youngsters to get into football, mum-of-three Toko Robbins works at the other end of the spectrum, having set up a women’s walking football club.

After playing the game with her brother as a child, she still remembers her heartbreak when, dressed in her kit, she was taken by her dad to try out at a club.

Toko, 48, from Poole, Dorset, says: “They wouldn’t let me play because I was a girl. It was soul-destroying.”

When her own children started playing football, Toko’s childhood experience meant she didn’t really get involved.

[The football club] made me wish myself and other women had had the opportunities when we were younger

Toko Robbins

She says: “Then one day I went down and saw my eight-year-old daughter in goal, getting compliments. She was the same age I was when I was told I couldn’t play.

“It made me wish myself and other women had had the opportunities when we were younger.”

It inspired her to set up Lilliput Women’s Walking Football in June 2023, with sessions in the park every Monday lunchtime.

Her mother Margaret, 78, is one of the players, while others include women getting back into fitness after a baby, injury or illness.

Toko has also started coaching the Lilliput Girls’ football team, which her daughter plays for.

“For many of the women it was a dream they didn’t know they had, because it had been buried so deep,” she says.

“Many of us were told we couldn’t play. We thought there was something wrong with us — but it was society.

“This prize validates where we are coming from and what we have been through.”

Netball coach Laura Sydney, 42, is also keen to make her sport accessible for all.

The mum of two, who teaches deaf people, says: “I want women to have a chance to be active, be part of a team and have that time for themselves.”

Laura, is chair of Doncaster and District Netball League in South Yorks, where she lives, and last year she started an initiative called Netball 4 All.

She says: “Lots of women were being referred to me as they wanted to get back into netball for the first time since school — or maybe try it for the first time — and didn’t know where to start.

“It’s not easy to join an established team so this allows everyone to learn the ropes.”

Netball 4 All now has two evening sessions a week, attended by around 150 women — with a monthly “bring your bloke” night to convert men to the game.

“I have a mum and her 18-year-old daughter who attend,” she says.

“She wrote me a letter to say how much she treasures that quality time once a week before her child leaves home.

Many of us were told we couldn’t play. We thought there was something wrong with us — but it was society

Toko Robbins

“I think it’s very special for teen girls to see older women enjoying team sports and feeling good about their bodies.”

In contrast, boxing coach Terri Kelly, 60, admits she hated the sport as a young woman — until she met two teenage boys whose lives it transformed.

Forty years later, the English teacher is a dedicated champion of women’s boxing, helping the next generation to gain self-worth and stay away from crime.

Her club even helped Nicola Adams’ progression.

Terri, from Haringey, North London, says: “We’ve come a long way but I still want officials to view them as boxers not ‘women boxers’.

Terri is the founder of This Girl Can Box and co-organiser of Haringey Box Cup.

She was nominated by Denise Coe, who says: “Terri’s tireless efforts have reshaped the landscape of female boxing, cultivating a community where women not only find solace and purpose but also thrive as athletes and leaders.”

Fellow boxing coach Richard Grigg, 35, has transformed Bideford Boxing Club in Devon from a men-only space to a community that has an equal split of members.

The club has everything from fitness sessions, where women train alongside men, to a group for people with Parkinson’s disease.

The dad of three was nominated by a 56-year-old member, who is a survivor of domestic abuse.

She told judges: “This man not only completely returned my self-respect, he even got me sparring with men and his son Rocky.

‘It changes lives’

“Bideford Boxing Club has professionals like Billy Stanbury and people like me. It’s inclusive and we are all treated the same, with love and positivity.”

Richard, a former postman, volunteers for 50 hours a week alongside his paid coaching.

He says: “This sport changes lives. It makes women feel powerful and can sometimes offer therapy.

“I get them to train alongside the men to show everyone they are just as good, if not better.

“I have two daughters and the eldest one comes training here.

“She doesn’t want to compete in boxing but it has given her the confidence to excel in other sports.”

After coaching her three sons at rugby, Tiffany Honeychurch turned her skills to getting their female peers into the game, starting the Penryn Girls’ team last year.

The 38-year-old life coach only had the chance to take up the sport when she joined the Navy.

“Coaching girls’ rugby is completely different to coaching boys,” says Tiff, from Falmouth, Cornwall.

“So many of the girls lack confidence, but rugby is making such a difference to their lives.”

Tiff, who also plays for Penryn Ladies’ first team as a prop, adds: “None of us played rugby at school.

“But rugby is going into schools now and I want to see this happening more so that every girl has the opportunity.”

Kat Howe is passionate about increasing participation in a more unusual sport — axe throwing.

The 32-year-old civil servant is now the highest-ranking female in Europe and the only European to qualify for the World Championships last year.

She set up and runs the Continent’s first ladies-only axe-throwing league and has organised the first International Axe Throwing Federation Grand Slam tournament outside of North America.

Kat, from Co Durham, says: “I got into axe-throwing when my husband Carl and I entered a competition — and I was better than him!

“When girls first come along, they are usually apprehensive because it’s male-dominated.

“Axe-throwing is such a social sport and brings out confidence in people.

“I want to put us on the map and give girls a platform, a voice, a space where they can be recognised as athletes.”

Trainee sport psychologist Briony Brock, 28, has grown the girls’ team at Shepherd’s Bush Cricket Club from 12 members to 60, making it the largest in London.

The coach also got sponsorship so they could have a kit with dark trousers after realising that wearing white was off-putting for teens.

Briony, from Holland Park, West London, says: “The girls used to be an after-thought, but what they needed was a leg up, because they have not had the opportunities the boys have enjoyed.

“We’ve worked hard to make cricket accessible for them.”

Inclusivity is also important for Eleanor Boden, 35, from Glasgow.

As chief executive of the Scottish Racing Academy, she is working with the British Horseracing Association to stamp out sexual harassment across the industry and has also partnered with Police Scotland to give people in care the chance to gain qualifications and jobs.

She says: “Women supporting women is something I’m passionate about.

“We’ve had people get involved who had never touched a horse before.

“One girl came to us at 14 and is now in a full-time, work-based provision and receiving on-the-job training.

“People think horse riding is just about jockeys, but there are so many other opportunities.”

Samin Mughal, AGE, from Loughborough, East Mids, is also devoted to introducing underrepresented groups to exercise, after setting up Loughborough Female Fitness during the 2021 lockdowns.

The initiative gives women — particularly Muslims who might have cultural barriers to sport — a supportive environment to exercise outdoors.

It has grown from once-a-week walks to twice-weekly ones, as well as basketball, aerobics, boxing and spin classes.

She has also led quarterly hikes in the Peak District and a residential youth development retreat in the Lake District.

She was nominated by Emma Hatfield, who said: “Harnessing experience from her higher education and research background, coupled with a fierce determination, she has created courses for girls to develop leadership skills and break the mould of thinking sports are no place for women and girls.”

Former Lioness Lianne Sanderson, who acted as host for The Sun’s International Women’s Day judging panel, said: “To know we had hundreds of entries is fantastic.

Women supporting women is something I’m passionate about

Eleanor Boden

“It just goes to show how many people out there care about women’s sport.”

The talkSPORT contributor added: “I love that there are football clubs for females from the age of seven up to 77 and it’s all thanks to individuals like these winners who take time out from their busy lives to put something back into their local community.”

You can now create your own garden with a recyclable item that produces quick results.

One gardening guru tips are so simple that there is no excuse for not getting a head start on spring planting.

2

A gardening guru has shared his seed starting trick that is easy enough for any beginnerCredit: Tiktok/saltyacresnc

Collin (@saltyacresnc) wants to show you his seed-starting trick using just one item that he says “everyone” has at home: a Styrofoam egg carton.

Aimed at novice gardeners, the “conveniently shaped” box has a flat bottom for any spot used to hold an egg – and can be a home for seedlings as well.

Cutting the box in half, Collin explained how the item allows plants or seeds to stand upright on the windowsill.

He hopes this advice will save many from the rookie mistake of “learning the hard way” that using cups or similar items that only hold dirt are not ideal starters.

That’s because nothing fits the shape of the inside of a windowsill better than an egg carton, which means there’s a good chance a cup will fall over completely.

Next, you’ll want to poke some holes in the bottom of each egg space in the box before filling it with dirt.

He couldn’t emphasize enough that this was the “best way” to start seeds if this was your first time getting your gardening feet wet.

The fact that it fits perfectly in your windowsill wasn’t even the best part.

I use the ‘square foot’ gardening method – you can grow so much more in less space, there’s even a super useful app

Since you don’t need a grow light, his tip is completely free.

Need seeds?

Don’t worry: his seed company, Salty Acres, has got your back.

The brand sells a variety of vegetable and plant seeds, including the $3.99 Blue Lake Bush green bean seeds.

And the product had many satisfied seed-loving customers.

“I couldn’t be more pleased. My plants arrived quickly and looked very healthy.

“I followed the directions given and they are working well. I’m very excited! Thank you for providing such a great product!” said one buyer.

“They arrived in good condition and ours are now in pots,” said another buyer.

The watering process is also simple enough for any beginner: just grab a mason jar and a straw.

Just one or two ‘straws’ of water per morning is all you need to add to each space.

For best results, place the box on the windowsill, in the brightest light.

Many of his fans even had their own tips.

“I’ve always done this and occasionally put it in a plastic bag for a greenhouse effect, works great!” said one follower.

“Use the biodegradable ones. You can transplant the whole thing in your garden,” said another viewer.

“I use K-cup pods,” said a third audience member.

He recommends sprinkling seeds in egg cartons before filling them with dirt and placing them on a windowsill with sunlight.

A WOMAN who lives in the smallest council house in the world has revealed she has to give visitors tours of her property every week.

The property is only 6 meters wide and was probably built in 1621 by Dutch settlers, who came to Essex to work on the sea defenses.

The octagonal house is a Grade II listed building and is believed to be one of the few Dutch cottages left in Britain, and the only one owned by the council.

Fay pays just £75 a week to live in the cute thatched cottage, and is ecstatic with her tiny home.

Fay told MailOnline: “It’s compact and bijou, but it’s just such a beautiful place to live, it’s really quirky.”

Read more real life stories

Fay was one of fifty applicants who applied to live in the house, and the council decided she was best suited to live there.

She said: ‘I asked for it and hoped to get it. You had to write a letter explaining why you wanted to live here.

“I wrote and said I was only 6ft tall so I would be well suited for a small house.

“I don’t think it was the deciding factor, but I’m sure it helped.”
