Footage shows Kenny and his friend bringing in the giant beast for an hour before finally drawing it the catch out of the water.

Kenny, owner of a shark fishing company and fishing tour group, plans to catch the “biggest shark possible” with him company partner Dylan Wier Tuesday evening at Navarre Beach, about 25 miles east of Pensacola.

The duo set out on their ambitious mission, using the “largest bait possible” to attract sharks.

They raised the head of a 150-pound swordfish head and another head of an 80-pound yellowfin tuna, the New York Post reported.

Wednesday morning, while looking for a big catch, Kenny's line spotted a tugboat and he started reeling in the fish.

It continued for almost an hour as the fish repeatedly retreated back into the water despite Kenny's rigorous efforts to get it out.

Kenny says in the 25-minute clip posted on Coastal Worldwide YouTube channel: “He won't let me take anything.”

“We might have to chase him down at some point.”

“Weir, who was assisting Kenny as his spotter, began making predictions about what the sea creature might be.

“It's a big, big winter shark,” he says.

'There are only a few things it could be: a mackerel, a giant tiger, a white shark or the biggest twilight we have ever seen in our lives.

“We're just going to play it out, not make any assumptions, and does it really matter what's on the other end of the line right now?

“We have one task at hand and that is to keep Blaine locked up. I have to stay locked up.'

After serious efforts from Kenny, Weir begins an overhead search to see what the creature is using his drone.

And the duo soon realized they were reeling in a great white shark.
