Catriona recommended that travelers bring a wool sweater, antibacterial wipes, lip balm, a nail file, acetaminophen, facial wipes, eye drops, moisturizer and a shoulder bag to stay organized and hydrated while flying.

The TV presenter suggested making sure travelers have a “layer of wool” on hand, as “you WILL freeze/cook everything within five minutes of each other.”

To sanitize surfaces and clean up spills, Catriona always brings Wet Ones wipes, and to “make every effort to keep the plane from sinking to the bathroom,” she also packs facial wipes.

“You know you lose everything right when you need them,” she said in a post.

Since the air in the airplane cabin can dehydrate passengers “like no body,” Catriona packs Lanolips lip balm, as well as a sachet of Panadol and eye drops.

She also brings a nail file as a joke: ‘eight hours with a scratchy nail is like Chinese water torture’.

Finally, Catriona has a tube of Clairns Beauty Flash balm in her bag and says she layers it right before takeoff and landing.
