THIS is the stomach-churning moment a McDonald's customer pulled a sickening item from her McFlurry.

Kellie Ulmer shared a clip of her sickening discovery at the bottom of the sweet treat cup TikTok.

In her video, which has almost two million views, she is shocked to see the McFlurry-covered garbage bag.

The shocked customer claimed it appeared the bag had been “deliberately” placed in her dessert.

“It was so on purpose like it was folded so small at the bottom,” Ulmer captioned her viral TikTok.

She speculated what the mysterious item could be and said it looked like a garbage bag.

But some users claim to be McDonald's employees have stated that it is actually the sleeve in which the cups are kept.

One commented: “That's literally the bag for the McFlurries' tops. I'm pretty sure someone probably put it in a cup instead of throwing it away.”

Ulmer is seen laughing in the video as she debates with her friend whether to sue the burger giant.

But it is unclear whether the disgruntled customer contacted McDonald's after the disturbing discovery.

Many found the incident “disturbing” and said it would make them cry, while others urged Ulmer to sue the food company.

“If so, you better get a lawyer yesterday. Wow,” said one user.

Another added: 'You better you money.”

Other viewers have shared their thoughts horror incidents among the popular ones Fast food necklace, with one text: “I once found a whole glove in my McDonald's Coke”.

Another added: “Same thing happened to me, I need compensation. They said it was a mistake so I can't get any compensation.”

This isn't the first time the fast food giant has been embroiled in controversy after disturbing items slipped into their products.

Customers were also shocked then McDonald's employee leaked a video of worms in a soft drink machine.

The video, posted on TikTok by whistleblower @McOldKentRoad, shows earthworms wriggling in the machine's drain.

The user – who does not speak in the video – added the word 'maggots' below the video.

Officials at the major chain, however, say the creatures were actually worms — a clarification that won't necessarily cheer up customers.

The beverage station was immediately closed and a deep cleaning was conducted, they said.
