A BARGAIN HUNTERS have shared their impressive haul after paying just £4 for the contents of an abandoned storage locker.

The man documented his finds through a video posted to his TikTok channel, where he is known as @storageacutie.

The TikToker often uses the account to show off the gemstones he finds in abandoned storage lockers.

His videos are very popular among social media users and he has amassed over 290,000 followers on the video sharing platform.

Millions of people in the UK and around the world store their excess belongings in storage units when they travel, move or don't have enough space in their home.

When you bid on a storage unit, you're allowed to look in the vault, but you're not allowed to rummage around, so most of what you end up finding will be a surprise.

In the video, the storage hunter gives viewers insight into the contents of the unit.

He said he bid on the safe because he saw a subwoofer and a lot of mysterious boxes, which intrigued him.

The first things the savvy salesman removed from the unit were some old mattresses and bed frames, which he decided to throw away.

The harvest didn't look great at first, as the first three boxes only contained some old gift bags.

However, the fourth box contained some car amplifiers and a stereo, which he managed to sell for around £80.

The final box contained some video game paraphernalia, which the man described as an “amazing” find.

There was an Xbox 360 with four controllers, which he sold for £70, and a GameCube which he sold for £80.

The subwoofer sold for £120 (30 times what he bought the whole unit for) and he also found a laptop and a vinyl collection.

In total the seller made £460 from the storage unit, which is an absolute steal.

The video has clearly left many people speechless as it has already been viewed 4.3 million times.

TikTok users rushed to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts on the impressive haul.

One user said: “That vinyl collection is insane”.

Another user said: “You did a great job getting all that stuff for a fiver.”

A third user said: “I would have kept most of that stuff for myself.”
