Zara and Mike Tindall looked elegant in formal wear as they arrived at Cheltenham Racecourse for the first day of the festival earlier today.

Princess Anne’s daughter, 42, and her former rugby husband, 45, braved the humid conditions as they posed for photos.

Zara and Mike looked suitably glamorous as they arrived at the event this morning in matching attire.

The mother-of-three dressed in a £369 blue Karen Millen cape coat and a matching navy turtleneck jumper. The coat had a thick, matching belt that cinched her waist.

The former rider – who won a silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics – paired her dress with a stylish headpiece – a £365 gray fascinator with a chic decorative feather from Victoria Charles.

The royal completed her outfit with a navy leather bag from Fairfax & Favor worth £345, suede over-the-knee boots worth $950 (£744) from Stuart Weitzman, and a matching pair of gloves to protect her from the cold.

Meanwhile, Mike looked equally dapper in a navy blue overcoat, blue suit and navy blue baker’s boy hat.

Princess Anne’s newly appointed maid of honor, Dolly Maude, 51, arrived at the festival shortly after Zara and Mike.

Dolly, who famously helped deliver Zara’s third child Lucas on the bathroom floor when her 2021 birth plan went awry, looked chic in a bottle green ensemble.

Today is the first of four days at Cheltenham Racecourse, Champion Day. The event witnesses a Jump Racing competition, where each participant strives to achieve the highest hurdle result.

Tomorrow many visitors will compete for best-dressed status during ‘Style Wednesday’, a competition formerly known as Ladies Day.

The prestigious second day of the four-day event is known for attracting a host of royals and celebrities who show off their fashion skills as they enjoy a day out at the races in Gloucestershire.

Some excited racegoers even start planning their outfits for the popular occasion six months in advance.

This day will include the Slow Fashion Awards, open to both men and women, celebrating ‘vintage and borrowed items, but also investment pieces’.

Tomorrow’s Style Wednesday is billed as ‘fast horses, slow fashion’. The style is timeless and the glamor matches the glory,” on the Jockey Club’s website.

Explaining the Slow Fashion Awards, it adds that the event will “celebrate vintage and borrowed items, as well as investment pieces that can be passed down from generation to generation.

‘We encourage all racegoers to showcase their unique and personal style and share the stories behind their amazing outfits with friends, family and on social media.

‘The prizes are open to both men and women, and we can’t wait to see the incredible fashion on display!’

The Cheltenham Festival has recently scrapped its strict dress code as the Jockey Club released new guidelines for its racecourses.

The historic society event, which dates back to the early 19th century, unveiled an ‘inclusive’ dress code, which organizers hope will make spectators feel ‘confident and comfortable’ during their visit.

Already much more relaxed than race rivals Royal Ascot, Cheltenham organizers hope to encourage a younger crowd to the society event, with jeans and trainers no longer looked down upon, and ‘come dressed to feel your best’.

Formal dress codes – which often include a jacket and tie – are being scrapped in an effort to make horse racing “more accessible and inclusive,” the Jockey Club said in an announcement.

Elsewhere, crowds began gathering at the Gloucestershire circuit as early as 8am today, as revelers spilled onto the grounds in high heels and fur hats.

White dresses seemed to be the order of the day, with many guests opting for monochrome tones and nineties-inspired looks, including rara skirts and blazers for a day out.

Others opted for tweed and beige looks, with several female guests, including Jade Holland Cooper, rebelling against traditional dress codes and opting for suits.

A touch of flair was added by two male guests who opted for brightly colored suits.

One headed to the races in a fuchsia two-piece and matching tie, while another paired black boots with a sky blue suit, complete with a map of the world printed on it.

Magpie is a contemporary noir thriller that follows a couple whose lives are thrown into disarray when their daughter is cast alongside a controversial major star.

Zara Tindall looked ready for action as she took part in a training event at the Rectory Farm Arena yesterday.

The 42-year-old daughter of the Princess Royal, known for her equestrian prowess, rode two of her horses – the dark brown 'Showtime' and the gray-coated 'Classicals Euro Star' – in what appeared to be gloomy, overcast weather in Gloucestershire.

She dressed in a navy blue waterproof jacket and wore white riding breeches, riding boots and a helmet.

The royal – who won silver in a team event for Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics – appeared in good spirits as she set out to show off her jumping and dressage talents.

Known as much for her sporting prowess as her sartorial choices, Zara attends equestrian events all over the world, both as a formidable athlete when she competes and as a trendsetting fashionista when she is a spectator.

Cheltenham's Festival Trials Day is described as 'the last chance to see the sport's leading lights go to battle on the hallowed grounds of Cheltenham Racecourse before the Cheltenham Festival', which takes place in March.

The website says: 'With an eight-race card, with each race being a trial for a race at the Cheltenham Festival, it doesn't get much more exciting unless it's the festival itself.

'The excitement isn't limited to the track, with fantastic entertainment throughout the day and The Wickermen performing live music after the race, it's a seamless build-up to the Cheltenham Festival.'

Meanwhile, her husband Mike Tindall, 45, with whom she shared three children, revealed earlier this month that one of the few times he has ever cried was over the loss of one of his beloved dogs.

Speaking to comedians Jack Dee and Seann Walsh on the Oh My Dog podcast, the former rugby star spoke about the three dogs he shares with his wife.

Mike, who lives with Zara on Princess Anne's estate in Gatcombe Park, currently has three dogs: black Labradors Storm and Pepper, who are mother and daughter, and Blink the Brindle Boxer, named after 'power women' from Marvel Comics.

He told the presenters: The only times I've ever cried, well, really ever cried, [was] when I had a bull mastiff named Misty who died, and then Cawley, who was also Storm's mother when she died.”

The ex-England captain admitted he is concerned about 15-year-old Storm, Pepper's mother, because she is less active.

“It's hard with her at the moment because she's, you know, unfortunately, very old now and it comes at times like that.

“When you ask the question, does she enjoy what she does, you know?”

He went on to explain that Storm, who was given to Zara as a puppy by her friend, has lost interest in outdoor walks and now prefers to stay in her bed.

'She's just not interested. You shake a belt at her, you go out, you go out. You have to drag her out a bit.

'She says, “I don't want to go.” And I'm like, “Well, yeah, you gotta go a little bit too.”

“You take her outside, you try to get her to do it, and then you let her go to do her business, and then she just runs away.

“She knows exactly where the door is and she knows she can open the door, so she just pushes him straight back onto the bed.

'Maybe she'll take a look in the kitchen along the way.

'So yes, it really is a terrible situation. I think this is the worst place for an owner to be in that situation.”

The father of three then compared 15-year-old Storm to an older person, who doesn't like loud noises and prefers a quiet environment.

'She's like an old person. She hates noise.

“So when she's as happy as Larry, and then you go downstairs for breakfast and she says, 'Please open a door, I'm going into another room because the noise is putting my head in.'

Jamie Redknapp braved the cold weather this week when he went swimming in the sea with his son Charley and brother Mark.

The footballer, 50, took to Instagram as he shared a slew of photos with his eldest child, 19, and his older brother, 53.

The trio took the plunge into the icy water on the beach on Tuesday morning, before posing together in their swimming trunks.

Jamie showed off his muscular physique as his look-alike brother hurriedly put his raincoat back on for warmth.

The expert also shared a group photo of him, Mark and Charley enjoying a meal with Jamie’s other son Beau, 15.

They were also joined by Mark’s sons Harry Junior and Bobbie, who he shares with his wife Lucy.

Jamie shares his two sons with his ex-wife, Louise Redknapp, 49, who he divorced in 2017 after 19 years of marriage.

He married his current wife Frida Andersson in October 2021 and they welcomed their son Raphael the following month.

The group also went to a football-inspired gym with Jamie and Mark’s famous dad, Harry Redknapp, on hand to help the boys brush up on their skills.

Captioning the series of family photos, Jamie wrote: ‘Started with a lovely dinner at @the_pig_hotels with the family.

‘Early morning swim with big brother @markyredknapp and @charley_redknapp to wake us up.

‘Then a great session @ftylab_ Great place for @beau_redknapp and @bobbieredknapp if you want to develop your talents.’

It comes after Jamie shared several sweet photos of his family enjoying Christmas together last week.

He, Charley and Beau all wore matching Liverpool Football Club Christmas jumpers, in tribute to his 11 years playing for the club.

He shared a sweet photo with his wife Frida and their two-year-old Raphael’s opening gifts.

The couple also posed for a heartwarming photo with Jamie’s father Harry and his mother Sandra.

He captioned the photos: ‘Happy Christmas & God Jul @frida_redknapp has created the most beautiful Swedish ‘Julbord’. Great to spend the day with so many loved ones.’

The supermodel, 28, had the door held open for her as she left her swanky apartment complex – where she owns a $5.8 million penthouse – alone.

She later met her younger brother Anwar Hadid, 24, to run errands in Soho.

Gigi – who is dating Bradley Cooper, 48 – bundled up in a black wool coat over a black cardigan and white T-shirt.

She completed the outfit with loose-fitting flared trousers and black leather loafers.

The catwalk maven’s wavy, bleach-blonde hair flowed from beneath a blue beanie.

She further dressed up with black sunglasses, a shiny gold choker necklace and a black leather belt with a gold buckle.

Gigi carried her essentials in a small leather bag and held her iPhone in hand.

Anwar looked cozy as he wore a gray hoodie under an oversized black sweatshirt with black pants and boots.

Their sister Bella Hadid, who was shopping alone in the city, was missing from the action.

Gigi’s getaway to New York comes days later Page six reported that her boyfriend Bradley had recently purchased a house near her family’s horse farm in Pennsylvania.

The actor and the supermodel sparked up a romance in October after they were reportedly ‘introduced’ by Bradley’s ex Irina Shayk, 37.

A source tells the outlet that Bradley – a Pennsylvania native – recently purchased a home in Bucks County.

It’s close to Gigi’s mother Yolanda Hadid’s $4 million ranch in the quaint town of New Hope, which has a population of less than 3,000.

Yolanda moved to the 32-acre property in 2017 and it has since become a safe haven for Gigi and her siblings.

Gigi spent much of the COVID-19 lockdown at the picturesque location and reportedly gave birth to her three-year-old daughter Khai there.

Yolanda previously said the farm is where the family “feels like ourselves again.”

Bradley was born and raised in Abington Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, 22 miles outside of New Hope.

In addition to reportedly going to her boyfriend Taylor Swift’s home in Rhode Island, Bradley and Gigi are also said to have spent time in Pennsylvania.

Last month, PEOPLE reported that the couple was staying at the River House at Odette’s – a luxury hotel in New Hope – just a mile away from Yolanda’s farm.

Both Gigi and Bradley are based in NYC and Page six noted that the relationship becomes “serious very quickly.”

Earlier this month, AND reported that they have tried their best to be with each other and that they are ‘in love’.

“Gigi and Bradley spend a significant amount of time together when their schedules permit,” the insider said.

They also said that Gigi and Bradley have the approval of their family and friends, including their exes Zayn Malik and Irina Shayk.

Gigi and Bradley are both parents and are said to have “similar personalities,” meaning they “get along great.”

Princess Leonor looked completely in her element as she completed military training exercises in the snowy mountains of Spain.

The royal – who celebrated her 18th birthday in October – was pictured braving the frigid temperatures in Astún this morning before hitting the slopes.

Arriving at the ski resort in the Pyrenees, the future queen was pictured wearing a zip-up camouflage jacket with the Spanish flag sewn onto the arm.

Leonor’s military uniform also consists of green pants and a matching hat.

The royal tied her long hair into a bun and tucked most of it into the back of her jacket.

She was also seen carrying a large camouflage backpack and brown suede hiking boots during the excursion with her peers.

The royal was later pictured wearing a helmet while taking skiing lessons with the group.

For this activity, Leonor was seen wearing a black helmet and skis before heading to the ski lift with her heavy backpack.

The future queen appeared particularly cheerful as she happily posed for a group photo.

The trip to the mountains is part of Leonor’s training at the Military Academy of Zaragoza.

Following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather, the royal family enrolled at the academy in August and completed a three-year course there.

When she first arrived at the academy, Leonor completed a module to help her adapt to military life – with the palace releasing footage of the royal family taking part in classroom lessons.

According to heraldo.es, she is staying in a hut with as many as twelve other students and was given basic military equipment before the first training.

During her three years at the academy, Leonor is entitled to a salary of €417 per month. However, the palace has said she will not claim the salary.

Like a boarding school, the military academy follows a strict timetable during the week. but Leonor is allowed to return home on weekends when she is not maneuvering.

Leonor graduated in May with the International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College in the Welsh province of Vale of Glamorgan.

After training at the General Military Academy in Zaragoza, Spain’s equivalent of Sandhurst, she entered the naval school and completed her three years at the General Air Academy.

In July, the Princess revealed her enthusiasm to soon become a cadet at the Princesa de Girona Foundation awards ceremony in Girona, Catalonia.

She said: “I have just finished high school and am about to start a new phase with a period of military training.

“I am happy because I know how much the Spaniards appreciate our armed forces… it is an important moment in my life and I feel very excited and determined to keep learning and doing my best.”

Princess Leonor’s latest appearance comes at a particularly turbulent time for the Spanish royal family – after Queen Letizia’s ex-brother-in-law sensationally claimed to have had a relationship with the royal family both before and after her marriage to King Felipe.

Jaime Del Burgo, 53, who currently lives in Britain, recently contributed to a tell-all book on the Spanish royal family, making the far-fetched claim that they were still romantically involved after Letizia’s marriage to King Felipe in 2004.

Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes have further solidified their BFF status as the pop singer borrowed a red teddy coat from Patrick Mahomes’ wife while cheering on Travis Kelce in Green Bay on Sunday.

The Bad Blood hitmaker, 33, was spotted stepping onto a private jet with Brittany, 28, as they flew to Wisconsin to watch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.

Swift and Mahomes have been spending time together since the star’s romance with the Chiefs tight end came to light.

Taylor was spotted flashing a big smile as she made a grand arrival to Lambeau Field, with Brittany close by her side. 

Along with sporting a long-sleeved, black shirt and a stylish miniskirt, the songstress added a red coat on top – which her new BFF has been seen wearing on various occasions in the past. 

Her blonde locks were swept back into a chic up do, allowing her bangs to fall down straight onto her forehead.

Earlier on Sunday, both Swift and her close pal were spotted stepping onto a jet at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City in photos obtained by DailyMail.com. 

Brittany was seen arriving to the plane first as she climbed out of a sleek, Lamborghini SUV ahead of the game.  

Only a few minutes later, the Love Story hitmaker was also seen arriving in a black GMC to board the jet. 

Kelce notably flew to Wisconsin one day earlier on Saturday to join his Kansas City Chiefs teammates before playing against the Packers. 

And on Thursday, Swift made a glamorous appearance while attending the star-studded premiere of Beyonce’s movie called Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end referenced to the Grammy winner as ‘Tay’ on the latest episode of his New Heights podcast with brother and Philadelphia Eagles center, Jason Kelce.

The moniker was revealed when the two NFL stars discussed an Instagram post that celebrated Travis becoming the fastest tight end to reach 11,000 yards after competing against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

‘I’ve never been a man of words,’ he expressed to the outlet, and gushed, ‘Being around her, seeing how smart Taylor is, has been f***ing mind-blowing. I’m learning every day.’

He also explained that he had been thrilled to attend the singer’s sold-out Eras Tour. ‘Blank Space was one I wanted to hear live for sure. I could make a bad guy good for the weekend. That’s a helluva line!’
