Tyler Cameron looks back on the last messages he shared with his late mother, Andrea Cameron.

On the occasion of the four-year anniversary of her death on Tuesday, February 27, the first Bachelor party Star wrote a letter to his mother and shared a valuable lesson he learned while grieving.

“Today is never an easy day,” Tyler, 31, wrote via Instagram. “Today marks four years since your accident and the last time we spoke. I fucking miss you. We all do. As I write this, I have a lump in my throat. You were such a light and you put that light on anyone who needed it. I could go on and on about you, but I want to use today to remind people to take their time.

Andrea passed away in February 2020 at the age of 55 after being hospitalized for what turned out to be a brain aneurysm.

Since then, Tyler has opened up about his grieving process and shared some of the wisdom he learned while grieving.

“It’s so easy to get caught up in the ways of the world,” Tyler wrote in his latest Instagram post. “Hopping from meeting to meeting, from job to job, from call to call. Work, life, and relationships can so easily pull us away from those who love us most. If we are lucky, we will get one mother and one father in this world. So when they contact you, take your time. Take the time for that meaningful phone call or text message.”

The reality star went on to post the latest messages he shared with his mother. In one text, Andrew thanked her son for the response before adding: “I love you!! So excited for you to come up. Thank you for putting up with me.”

Tyler replied, “You’re good. I just have to keep busy. Love you!”

When reflecting on the texts, the Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test Star said he sometimes took his mother for granted “when I wish I would have taken the time.”

“I’m sharing with you my latest messages with her,” he continued. “They were short and rushed. I didn’t take the time and now I wish I could get that time back to actually call her and tell her I love her and how excited I am to see her. How excited I am to start this new dream project with you. All I ask of all of you is to take the time and call the loved ones who always have your back and always reach out to you. Your call or text will mean a lot to them and you never know when it will be your last chance to do that. We can all get better at this.”

Tyler continues to honor his mother by expanding the Andrea C. Cameron Foundation non-profit which aims to empower and inspire young leaders. This year, the reality star has a goal of awarding $250,000 in tuition assistance to 15 students.

He also hopes his pain can be a lesson for both old and new followers who can still talk to their parents.

“Call your loved ones today, you never know when it will be your last,” he wrote. “I love you mom! I love you all, call home for me.

Full House alumni Lori Loughlin and Candace Cameron Bure reunited Friday night at the star-studded 31st Movieguide Awards Gala.

The annual ceremony, held at the iconic Avalon Theater in Hollywood, focuses on honoring quality family-friendly entertainment that delivers powerful and inspiring stories of faith, hope, joy and redemptive love, according to the event website.

Some of the other high-profile celebrities who lent their support to the gala included Dennis Quaid, Matthew Morrison, Ali Landry, Danica McKellar, Khris Davis, Jasmine Mathews, Donna Mills, Jack Wagner, Bill Abbott, Catherine Lidstone, Sarah Visser, among many others.

Lori, who was nominated for her work in the TV movie A Christmas Blessing, seemed excited to spend time with Candace on the event's red carpet.

The ladies posed for a sweet photo before taking their solo photos for the cameras.

Lori, 59, looked stylish in a black patterned suit, worn with a low-cut lace top and black satin shoes.

She wore a shiny silver choker necklace and carried a black leather bag with a silver link strap.

Candace, 47, looked stunning in a strapless black dress that hugged her fabulous figure and tied at the waist with a built-in belt.

The Los Angeles native also wore black pointy pumps and her blonde locks flowed down her chest.

Loughlin and Bure have a long history of working together dating back to their time on the hit ABC series Full House in the late 1980s.

They starred alongside other castmates such as John Stamos, Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, Jodie Sweetin, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in the beloved sitcom.

After its premiere in 1987, Loughlin joined the cast of Full House for season two and remained there until the series ended after season eight in 1995.

They would both also reprise their roles for the follow-up series Fuller House, which ran for five seasons on Netflix from 2016 to 2020.

Quaid, 69, was one of the high-profile stars who attended the Movieguide Awards Gala wearing an all-black ensemble consisting of trousers and a stylish blazer over a matching shirt.

Knots Landing star Donna Mills, 83, was hard to miss as she dazzled the red carpet in a glowing solver and peach sequin ensemble with matching peep-toe heels and her blonde wavy locks still flowing past her shoulders.

Big George Foreman nominee Khris Davis looked cool in a blue pinstripe suit and co-star Jasmine Mathews in all black as they snapped a photo or two before the ceremony.

Former Eve star Ali Landry, 50, stunned in a red dress with a plunging neckline and silver open-toe heels with her brunette locks pulled to the side with a center parting.

The Wonder Years alum Danica McKellar, 49, is leggy in a black one-shoulder dress with silver pointy heels and her raven hair up in a stylish bun.

As for Glee star Matthew Morrison, 45, he looked handsome in a black suit, white shirt and black tie as he posed solo on the red carpet.

The 31st Movieguide Awards Gala will air on Great American Family later this spring.

James Cameron has already made plans for the sixth and seventh Avatar films.

The 69-year-old director has mapped out the future of the epic sci-fi franchise until the release of Avatar 5 in 2031 and revealed he still has ideas – even though he will likely have stepped away from his directorial duties by then.

“We're completely written into film five, and I have ideas for six and seven, although I'll probably pass the baton at that point,” James shared. People magazine at the Saturn Awards on Sunday.

“I mean, mortality is catching up with her. But I mean, we enjoy what we do. We love it. We get to work with great people.”

Cameron – whose film Avatar: The Way of Water took home four awards at the ceremony in Los Angeles – explained that he wants the 'Avatar' franchise to emulate the popularity of sci-fi giants 'Star Wars' and 'Star Trek'.

The Titanic filmmaker said, “Star Trek, Star Wars, the world-building franchises that have been around since I was a kid, those were my inspirations.

“And like I said, we're still a young universe. We're only two films in, we're now halfway through our third. To have such a cultural impact in the long term, you have to put all your heart and energy into it.'

Cameron added: “People always ask us, 'Then why did you just keep working in the same thing…' Why did (George) Lucas keep working in the same thing? Why did (Gene) Roddenberry keep doing the same thing?

'Because if you connect with people, why waste it? Why start over with something else that might not fit in?'

“Avatar” producer Jon Landau added that there are “more stories to tell” in the record-breaking franchise.

He said, “I mean, it's not like we're trying to make up stories. He (Cameron) has the stories and we took the time to spread them across all four sequels.”

Meanwhile, production on Avatar 3 continues in February.

Sam Worthington – who plays Jake Sully opposite Zoe Saldana as Neytiri in the epic fantasy franchise – has provided a major update and work will resume in February, ahead of the film's planned 2025 release.

'We'll be working on it again in a month and it's big. It's bigger than you can imagine,” he said People magazine.

It's unclear what work remains to be done, but the 47-year-old star clearly expects big things from the film.

Cameron recently confirmed plans to spend two years on 'post-production' of Avatar 3, while still aiming for launch by the end of next year.

Speaking at a breakfast for 'TV New Zealand' he said: 'We're in a very hectic two years of post-production at the moment, so it's going to be Christmas of '25.'

Earlier last year, he gave a hint at what fans can expect from the next sequel, as he continues with plans to have five films in the blockbuster series.

He told Deadline: “Fire has a symbolic purpose in the film and there is a culture that revolves specifically around that concept. That probably says too much at this point.”

Disney previously announced that the next three films in the sci-fi franchise have been delayed by a year, with 'Avatar 3' – the follow-up to last year's 'Avatar: The Way of Water' – releasing on December 19, 2025.

'Avatar 4' will be released four years later, while 'Avatar 5' is expected on the same date in 2031, 22 years after the first film was released in 2009.

Worthington will be 55 years old in the final film, while Saldana previously expressed her dismay about how old she will be.

In her Instagram Story last summer, the 45-year-old actress wrote: 'Amazing! I'll be 53 when the last Avatar comes out [shocked face emoji].

'I was 27 when I photographed the very first Avatar.'

Pigeon Cameron found a “better boyfriend” in Damiano Davidwho debuted their romance on the red carpet.

Cameron, 28, and the Måneskin singer, 25, confirmed their rumored relationship on Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala red carpet on Saturday, February 3. The actress wowed in a strapless floor-length red dress as she held David's arm during the photo session. David, who looked dapper in a gray suit and mismatched earrings, then gave Cameron a kiss on the carpet.

Cameron and David were first linked in September 2023 after attending his Måneskin concerts in New York City and Brazil. Two months later they were spotted in Australia.

Neither Cameron nor David addressed the relationship speculation at the time, which marks the Eurovision winner's first romance after a recent split. David, for his part, split away Giorgia Soleri in 2023, while Cameron's last public relationship was with Cameron Offspring 2 Co-star Thomas Dohertywith whom she dated for four years until they split in 2020.

“The breakup hurt me,” Cameron said Entertainment tonight in November 2023. “It was very difficult, and I needed something that would take me from where I was, in the grieving process, to the other side.”

The split seemingly inspired several songs on her debut album, Alchemical: Part 1.

Walking arm in arm with wife Samantha, 52, the British Foreign Secretary braved the cold today to attend Cocklebarrow races near Gloucestershire.

The former prime minister, who appears to be enjoying political life again, walked into the event with his wife of 27 years.

The pair exchanged cheerful glances as they strolled through the muddy field.

Samantha looked stylish in a £200 corduroy maxi skirt from her brand Cefinn, with contrast stitching.

Ms Cameron completed the look with a chic oversized blazer and a pair of statement gold hoops.

Meanwhile, David kept it simple and opted for a chocolate-colored hunting jacket with jeans.

The Cameron's would have enjoyed a busy day at the Cocklebarrow races, which included pony racing and P2P racing, and also had a shopping market to browse.

Last month the ex-prime minister revealed his return to politics came after Rishi Sunak refused to let him leave Downing Street when the pair met for drinks.

Lord Cameron made a shock return to Cabinet in November when the Prime Minister appointed him Foreign Secretary as part of his reshuffle.

The former prime minister had enjoyed a drink with Mr Sunak in his flat above Number 10 a week earlier, at what he thought was a meeting designed to rack his brains for friendly advice.

But he was blindsided when the Prime Minister refused to let him leave and instead offered him a return to frontline politics, seven years after he resigned.

Lord Cameron told it Sunday Telegraph: 'He asked my advice about certain things, we were talking about things in general, and I kept grabbing my coat and saying, 'Well, I have to go, I've taken up way too much of your time.' He kept saying, 'No, no, sit down, there's something else I want to ask you.'

Ultimately, Mr Sunak asked him to return as Foreign Secretary and although he was surprised by the directness with which he wanted to say 'yes', Lord Cameron asked if he could think about the decision with his wife Samantha and their children.

It was a full-circle moment for Lord Cameron, who stood on the cusp of Number 10 in 2016 and hugged his family after an emotional farewell in which he announced he would step down as Prime Minister following the Brexit referendum vote.

In his farewell speech, he shared a rare glimpse into family life behind the famous door, with the children sometimes 'kicking the red boxes full of work'.

He recalled how his daughter, Florence, had climbed into his red ministerial box just before a trip abroad and begged to be taken along.

He promised 'no more boxes', so perhaps it was no surprise that 'there was a bit of eye rolling' when Lord Cameron asked his children Nancy (19), Arthur (17) and Florence (13) about his possible return.

'She [the children] were generally positive,” he said. “They know this is what really interests me and they have been very supportive.”

After getting the green light from his family, Lord Cameron told Mr Sunak he would take over the post and the two men agreed the outlines of a comeback deal.

Lord Cameron would use his network of contacts and status as a former leader to boost British foreign policy.

In return, he would drop his lucrative and controversial business interests and agree to toe the line on issues he publicly disagreed with.

Mr Sunak could not contain his joy and was seen rejoicing at the shock move to bring him back.

In a slick video released by No10, the Prime Minister was shown crowing about the fact that news of the ex-PM's return had not emerged ahead of the dramatic reshuffle that saw Suella Braverman dumped as Home Secretary.

Mr Sunak told Lord Cameron: 'This is somehow the best kept secret,' to which the former Prime Minister replied: 'Unbelievable.'

Not everyone was apparently happy with his return to Boris Johnson this month, who appeared to mock his return.

In a thinly veiled swipe at the Foreign Secretary, Mr Johnson suggested that Lord Cameron was a prime example of 'nails peeling from the lids of coffins' around the world.

Speaking to real estate agents in Ontario, Canada, Mr. Johnson said: “Look, I think this is great news for renewals everywhere.”

In his 2019 memoir For The Record, Lord Cameron revealed how he and Samantha had often argued about how his career would affect their private lives.

At the time, she was a 21-year-old art student in Bristol, while he was 25 and working as an adviser to then Tory chancellor Norman Lamont.

Describing how his friends doubted their relationship, he said: 'I was the ambitious Tory apparatchik. She was the hippie-ish art student.

“My friends would say she helped turn a fairly traditional Home Counties Tory boy into someone a little more rounded, questioning and open-minded,” Cameron wrote.

“But a lot of the discussions we had about politics were really about logistics, not issues. Samantha was very concerned about how this would affect our lives. Where would we live? How would we stay together? How much would we see of each other?'

Tis the season – at least according to social media – for love and romance; with kisses under the mistletoe, matching pajamas and festive marriage proposals to go with it.

However, there may be one gift you can give to your loved one this Christmas that could especially benefit your relationship, and even repair an ailing gift: a bedroom of their own.

There is increasing evidence that you fall asleep alone, undisturbed Snoring, coughing, duvet-stealing and other snooping crimes are the key to better sleep, and many famous faces have gotten behind the idea.

The latest is Hollywood star Cameron Diaz, who is very happily married to rock star husband Benji Madden.

The 51-year-old star revealed she believes society should ‘normalise’ couples sleeping in separate rooms and even separate houses.

The actor shared her take on “sleep separation” on an episode of model Molly Sims’ podcast, as they chatted about what they consider a healthy lifestyle.

“We need to normalize separate bedrooms,” Diaz said before explaining her reasoning with Sims and co-host Emese Gormley.

“For me, I would literally say, I have my house, you have yours,” she admitted. ‘We have the family house in the middle. I’m going to sleep in my room. Just go to sleep in your room. I’m fine.’

“And in the middle we have the bedroom where we can gather for our relationships,” the mother of one concluded.

While Diaz has taken pains to point out that she does indeed share a bed with Madden, she isn’t the only one who thinks a sleep separation could provide future-proof relationship happiness.

As the health benefits of good sleep quality are increasingly heralded by doctors, it seems that more and more people who are happy together are choosing to sleep alone.

Many members of the royal family traditionally slept in separate rooms; with King Charles and Queen Camilla reportedly retreating to their own rooms late at night, as the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip once did.

It is also thought that the Prince and Princess of Wales slept separately when they lived at Kensington Palace.

Actress Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton lived happily in separate homes for 13 years before divorcing in 2014 – in neighboring townhouses in London.

And TV star Susannah Constantine admitted earlier this year that she had had a sleep split with husband Sten Bertelsen, saying an ongoing war over who snored ‘the loudest and longest’ had led them to use separate beds.

In an article for MailOnline last month, the stylist wrote how tackling nighttime nuisance had helped ‘fix’ her marriage, saying: ‘We have now thrown in the towel and retreated to separate rooms.

‘I know there’s a stigma about this, but please don’t get me wrong: I love my husband dearly.

She explained: ‘My parents always slept in separate rooms and as a teenager I assumed it was because their marriage was on the rocks. But now I think it’s much more likely that my father’s snoring was the cause.

‘When Sten and I started our sleep separation, I was afraid that our children – aged 24, 22 and 20 – would also think this was the beginning of the end; but in reality, I told them, it was the snoring storms that were putting a strain on the marriage. This was the solution, not the problem.’

There is no escaping the science, says sleep expert and board advisor at Dozy Sleep, Korina Burkhard.

‘People sleep better alone due to less disruptions from a partner and the ability to create an ideal sleep environment.

‘If you sleep alone, you are less likely to be disturbed by someone else’s movements or sounds. Your sleep cycles are not interrupted. This allows the brain and body to fully progress through the essential stages of sleep. You rest better and recover better.’

Kora Habinakova, a sleep expert at Sleepseeker, told MailOnline that we also need to stop thinking about falling asleep alone as a negative for a partnership.

She said: ‘A sleep divorce is a divisive topic and people often associate it with the breakdown of a relationship, but that is not the case. Sharing a bed with someone can often lead to a restless night’s sleep, and a sleep separation may even be the key to improving your relationship.

‘Persistent poor sleep patterns can cause irritability, mood swings and reduced communication and problem solving, all of which can put a strain on your relationship.

‘So if you find yourself losing sleep because of you or your partner’s habits, sleeping separately can be the perfect way to help you both feel more rested and actually reduce conflict.’

What about intimacy? Although many assume that sleeping apart is not conducive to a healthy sex life, Habinakova says that sleep and sex are very different things.

“There are many ways you can maintain intimacy while doing a sleep separation, and many find that the separation actually helps with intimacy because each partner is better rested and less irritable.”

She advises: ‘The most important tip is to prioritize your time, this could be anything from having a meal or spending time in bed together before going to your separate beds.

‘Many couples find that they only need sleep separation during the work week, when life is a bit more hectic, and that returning to the same bed on the weekend, when they have more free time, is a good way to balance both sleep and intimacy to bring.’

There are other variations on the concept if you can’t bear to be separated from your loved one; in Scandinavia, the popular separate duvet keeps couples in the same bed… but gives them a better night’s sleep, killing any argumentsr stealing a double duvet.

Scandinavians have long claimed that every duvet, often in the individual sleeper’s favorite sleepwear, leads to what we all dream of: a decent night’s sleep.

Cameron Diaz wants to ‘normalize separate bedrooms’ for married couples – and she may be on to something!

Diaz, 51, reflected on what she previously thought was her dream situation of living together during an appearance on the Tuesday, December 19, episode of Molly Sims And Emese Gormley“S”Lipstick on the edge“podcast.

“For me, I would literally say, I have my house, you have yours. In the middle we have the family house. I’m going to sleep in my room. Just go to sleep in your room. I’m fine,” Diaz said after one of the ladies mentioned that her husband snores. “And in the middle we have the bedroom where we can meet for our relations.”

This saw a huge turnout from the hosts and Diaz’s Avaline wine business partner, Katharina Macht, who also guested on the episode. The ladies gushed with their thoughts, even joking that Diaz shouldn’t have shared her attractive take on marriage publicly.

“I already said it,” Diaz shrugged before noting that her opinion had changed, “Besides, I don’t feel that way right now because my husband is so great. I said that before I got married.”

Diaz married Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden in 2015, and they welcomed their daughter, Raddixin January 2020.

The Other woman actress isn’t shy about the fact that Madden, 44, has changed her outlook on life.

“[Marriage] was the biggest thing I did in my 40s, and it opened me up in different ways,” Diaz shared Harper’s Bazaar in May 2016. “It’s pretty amazing. I didn’t think it was something I would do, and I don’t know if I would have done it if I hadn’t met my husband. It was a surprise.”

While Diaz was linked to many A-list men in the early 2000s, including Justin Timberlake, Matt Dillon And Alex Rodriguezshe said that “no one compares” to Madden.

“Everything else washes and slides away,” she said Andy Cohen during an interview in 2016. “You realize, ‘Oh yeah, this is what the real deal is. This is what real love is. This is what true dedication and commitment is. This is the person you build your life with.” … And I know this is special.”

Needless to say, the feeling is absolutely mutual. Madden praised his “true love” via Instagram in 2018.

“So many things that make me so proud of you and how special you areThank you for being the best friend and partner to me and on this journey of marriage,” Madden wrote at the time. “The way you live every day, and your compassion for the world shines through [sic] in your eyes and you inspire me to want to be the best man I can be in this life. You are the realest. I am so grateful to be yours, Always&Forever, and to call you my One&Only. True love.”
