The woman at the center of Christian Horner’s sexual misconduct allegations, which threaten to blow up the F1 Red Bull racing team, worked for RedBull for four years, MailOnline can reveal.

The attractive blue-eyed blonde’s claims against 50-year-old Horner have not only lit a fuse under the highly successful motor racing team, but also under Horner’s marriage to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell.

The woman, whom MailOnline is not naming, was identified in a piece published today by BusinessF1 Magazine.

Sources claim that Horner started developing a ‘superiority complex at Red Bull’ last year.

The BusinessF1 piece claims: ‘There were incidents of Horner sending her text messages during Grand Prix weekends asking her to come to his room.

Horner was cleared of misconduct last month after an internal investigation at Red Bull into ‘coercive behavior’ towards the colleague. However, messages leaked between the two.

The leak of messages appears to show that Horner sent her suggestive texts and intimate photos, believed to be key evidence in her complaint, to Red Bull GmbH. There were reportedly more than 100 text messages and photos.

According to the article, the woman who studied at the University of Edinburgh and has a wealthy background, started working in motorsport in the mid-2000s after being hired during her summer holidays, and then as an intern after graduating.

Initially she enjoyed the job at Red Bull, especially the travel and excitement of the F1 grid.

But sources close to her claim that Horner’s attitude changed after a few years and that she did not know how to deal with the change in their relationship.

“At first she was flattered, then shocked by the personal implications,” it was claimed.

The new allegations emerged as images emerged of scandal-hit Horner having a blazing row with his nemesis Jos Verstappen, the father of Red Bull’s star driver Max.

However, Horner’s efforts to put the scandal behind him were hampered by the publication of the lengthy investigation into the matter by BusinessF1.

The article makes a series of new allegations against Horner and documents the apparent power struggle at the top of Red Bull.

Sources close to Horner have dismissed the piece as ‘full of inaccuracies’, but it could be seized upon by his critics.

Chief among these was Verstappen’s father Jos, who has warned that the ongoing scandal was ‘tearing the team apart’.

Footage has emerged of the pair having an animated exchange at the Bahrain Grand Prix on Friday.

The article claims that when the woman first made her claims, Horner’s first call was to former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, 93, for advice.

Despite the off-track controversy, Horner’s Red Bull team had a perfect season on track, with Max Verstappen winning the season opener ahead of Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez.

However, Max’s father Jos has emerged as one of Horner’s most vocal critics, with the pair being filmed having a heated exchange after qualifying on Friday evening.

Some members of Horner are said to have speculated in recent weeks whether V snr may have been involved in attempts to oust him. The implication would be that the Dutchman even had a hand in the email leak.

Verstappen has denied the claims, saying: ‘That wouldn’t make sense. Why would I do that if Max is doing so well here?’

“There is tension here as he (Horner) stays in position,” Jos told MailSport exclusively.

‘The team is in danger of being torn apart. It cannot continue as it is. It will explode. He plays the victim, while he is the one causing the problems.’

De Telegraaf reported that Verstappen’s father has told friends that his son will leave Red Bull if he has to.

Verstappen Snr spoke to Mercedes boss Toto Wolff during the weekend of the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Mercedes has an empty seat for the 2025 season, although Verstappen has a contract with Red Bull until 2028 and currently drives for the dominant team in Formula 1.

Will you get the grade for a graduate job?

With 800,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students leaving UK higher education every year, winning a place on a coveted graduate program could give you an edge in the job market.

However, with around 40 people applying for each place in the graduate programme, it can be very difficult to secure a place.

If you are unable to get into a graduate program – or there is no suitable program in the sector you want to work in – the next step is to look for a graduate position.

Although these types of jobs are not official graduate training programs, they are only open to candidates with relevant degrees and are thus still considered high-status work. Many also offer top quality training.

There are around 50,000 graduate jobs available in Britain at any one time – around one in 18 of all vacancies. So if you have a degree, here’s how you can move up in your career.

Show that you are serious about the sector

Relevant work experience is the most important addition to your CV. If you don’t have one, buy some.

Use your network: everyone you’ve ever met and all their contacts.

Make a few calls, send a few emails, get on LinkedIn and approach companies coolly, even if they aren’t advertising a structured work experience program.

Make your diploma relevant

Show how what you have learned can be applied in practice. If you studied a completely different degree, don’t worry.

Showcase the transferable skills you have learned, such as being able to work independently, understanding and acting on complex information and timekeeping.

Practice makes perfect

Some companies use tests to pre-screen the huge pool of applicants. If you are invited to take a psychometric or numerical test, you can practice it online in advance.

Prepare as if it were your final

If you reach an interview stage, prepare with thorough research.

Make sure you know the names of the CEO and leadership team, read the company’s website and follow all its social media channels.

Read press coverage, industry publications and newsletters to get a broader picture and identify and learn about their top competitors.

Always include questions in a job interview

Many recruiters know graduates who have lost a job because they didn’t ask questions, and the interviewer interpreted that as a lack of interest.

Rise to the top of the class with these great graduation assignments from Sun Jobs this week.

Jamie Gao was tall, handsome and just 20 years old when his dreams of making it big in the underworld led to him being shot dead and dumped in the ocean.

Gao was a young man with a bright future after graduating from the selective Caringbah High School in Sydney’s south and being accepted into a business degree at UTS.

But, after a friend gave him a taste of the big money and high life the drug game had to offer, he ditched university believing he could build a similar business with bigger profits and lower risk.

That fateful decision ultimately brought him to a storage unit at Padstow in Sydney’s south west in May 2014, where he was murdered by two former NSW police detectives during a drug deal gone wrong.

Roger ‘The Dodger’ Rogerson and Glen McNamara were found guilty of Gao’s murder and both received life sentences.

They stole 2.78kg of methamphetamine with a street value of up to $19million from Gao after wrapping his body in a tarpaulin and dumping it at sea.

Rogerson, Australia’s most notorious corrupt cop, was also one of the NSW police force’s most decorated, having received more than a dozen rewards for bravery.

He died on Sunday in Sydney’s Prince of Wales hospital at the age of 83 after suffering a brain aneurysm at the Long Bay prison.

McNamara, now 64, worked as a private investigator and claimed that Gao was his informant for a true crime book he was writing on the Hong Kong Triads in Sydney.

Both men maintained their innocence and fought their sentences but ultimately lost separate appeals in the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal.

Their shocking crime has been detailed in a new book titled Roger Rogerson: From Decorated Policeman to Convicted Criminal – The Inside Story, by Duncan McNab.  An extract is published below.

Drug dealer and aspiring gangster Jamie Gao was just 20 when he was shot dead during a drug deal that went wrong inside a storage unit in Padstow in Sydney’s south west in May 2014

THE NEW FACE OF CRIME

The criminals that Roger Rogerson and Glen McNamara had faced in their police careers were mainly of the old school.

With a few exceptions, they were male, from poor or working-class backgrounds, had a basic education but not the opportunity for university or even six years of high school.

Many came from families who’d been involved in crime for generations. They were shoplifters, housebreakers, car thieves, armed robbers and safebreakers, who learned their trade through mentoring.

Their jobs were risky, the money was sometimes dismal, and the chance of being caught was high.

Prison was a paid holiday and a chance to network and get some professional development. The irony of getting it from someone who’d been convicted escaped them.

The contemporary breed of criminals is very different. They’re enticed into a business dominated by drugs like ice and cocaine, where the profits are staggering and the risk low.

Most finish high school and many have gone on to university – finance or law degree are great sales tools if you’re looking at entering a life of crime rather than the ‘straight’ world.

Unlike the older crims, they don’t factor in getting caught, and many don’t quite understand the dangers and brutality of the world they’re entering.

Jamie Gao was one of these young men.

As he’d find out in 2014, a life of crime wasn’t like the one he’d seen so often in the Hong Kong action films he and his mates loved.

Duncan Mcnab writes in his new book of how Gao was lured into a life of crime after seeing one of his uni friends reaping the benefits of the gangster life

Jamie’s family was well-to-do middle class, originally from Hong Kong. He’d grown up with his mother and grandmother in their large family home in a quiet street in Hurstville.

It wasn’t a flash home, but it was obvious the Gaos weren’t short of a quid.

Jamie went to Caringbah High School, one of the state’s selective schools that, according to the NSW Department of Education, ‘cater for gifted and talented students who have superior to very superior academic ability which is matched by exceptionally high classroom performance’.

Jamie was a tall, handsome lithe young man with long black hair that swept over his face. He was charismatic, funny and had an edge that made him stand out from his studious mates.

As Sydney crime writer and former detective P.M. (Pam) Newton wrote of Jamie in The Drum on 28 May 2014, ‘It’s the face that stays with you. The photo of the bright, beautiful boy, with the funky haircut, the shiny smile.’

And as Newton observed, ‘Sydney’s underworld isn’t glamorous – it’s cruel.’

Jamie didn’t have Newton’s insight, nor does it seem he did any research on the two older men he’d encounter just after his twentieth birthday.

Gao's family was well-to-do middle class and lived in a quiet street in Hurstville. He went to Caringbah High School, a school known for its student's 'superior academic ability'

At school Jamie had a close group of mates, and following the HSC they went on to university and stayed close.

For Jamie, his higher education was a business degree at UTS, located near Sydney’s Chinatown.

One of Jamie’s friends, Bing-Jie (known as BJ) Wang, was Jamie’s ticket into the underworld. Around late 2011, Wang was working as a drug dealer, pulling in big money and living the life that Jamie wanted.

BJ and his cohorts, the Lam brothers, ran a drug ring that was likely to be affiliated with one of the Hong Kong Triads, but they were clumsy.

They talked openly of their business on mobile phones and handled the packages of drugs without the sense to use gloves, thus leaving fingerprints and DNA evidence.

Their stupidity resulted in them being arrested in May 2012 for drug trafficking, but the arrest of his friends didn’t deter Jamie Gao.

Instead of learning that crime was a dangerous business – by being arrested and also risking offending brutal gangs such as the Triad – he went the other way, believing that he was smarter and could build a similar business with greater profit potential and less risk of being caught.

It’s likely Gao’s relationship with Wang also put him on police radar.

Around late 2011, one of Gao’s university friends was working as a drug dealer, pulling in big money and living the life that Jamie wanted

The Daily Telegraph of 31 May 2014 reported the AFP had been interested in him from around late 2011 because of his connection to drug importations.

One legal source told me Jamie had also come to police attention because of a few deals he’d done with large numbers of cheap mobile phones used for pay-as-you-go customers – popular in the drug trafficking business for single use then discarded, thus making electronic surveillance difficult.

Police also confirmed they were looking at links between Jamie and casino high roller Peter Hoang who was shot dead at Croydon Park on 7 September 2014, and the former Bakers Delight franchise holder Paul Nguyen, who went missing on 1 May 2014.

Police were suspicious the three were involved in drug trafficking and money laundering.

In early 2014, Jamie met Misaki Takebayashi who was from Japan and studying at UTS. Misaki had rudimentary English and even less Cantonese and Mandarin, but the two fell fast for each other.

However, while she knew her boyfriend had interests other than study and her, she had no idea of his growing involvement with drug trafficking.

Jamie had his first direct brush with police when he was arrested for unlawfully detaining 19-year-old student Jaiwei Yu, and assaulting him causing actual bodily harm.

Gao and two other young men went to Yu’s home unit in Sydney’s Carlton, allegedly to sort out one of Yu’s flatmates, Alex Li, over his bust-up with a girlfriend.

Yu said the girl had wanted revenge and Jamie had taken on the job as standover man and punisher.

Unfortunately for Yu, Alex wasn’t home at the time, so Gao decided Yu would do.

The three men took the slightly built man out to their car, manhandled him into the boot, took him for a brisk drive around, and finally stopped at a park where he was unloaded, and taken into the park where Jamie punched him in the mouth.

The three left him.

Unfortunately for Jamie and his crew, Yu and Li weren’t intimidated and went to the police. Gao was arrested on 22 March and faced his first time in court on a criminal charge at Kogarah court on 15 April 2014.

The case was later adjourned to 10 July and then withdrawn, because by then Jamie was dead.

Gao had just gotten his foot in the door of organised crime when he ran into his first trouble with the law but before any charges could be laid he had already been murdered

Gao had just gotten his foot in the door of organised crime when he ran into his first trouble with the law but before any charges could be laid he had already been murdered

Another lawyer source told me the incident with Yu wasn’t Jamie’s only standover venture, telling me he’d kidnapped and assaulted a Sydney businessman over a debt.

The police had also visited Jamie’s home in early 2014 with a search warrant looking for drugs, but the visit hadn’t resulted in charges.

His mother Katherine said in a statement, ‘Since the drug search with the police I would talk to Jamie about drugs and he told me he wouldn’t do that. He was cranky that he was involved in this and kept saying that the police always have eyes on him and that he hasn’t done anything wrong.’

In late February Jamie flew to Hong Kong where he caught up with a mix of Sydney and Hong Kong friends and relatives, and allegedly with Triad connections made probably through BJ and the Lams.

It was on this trip Jamie was likely to have started work on the deal that would eventually lead to his murder. T

The original deal he put to the alleged Triad heavies was 10 kilograms of ice on credit, with payment in full as soon as it was sold.

Jamie, by that stage well entrenched with the Rogerson/McNamara team, had a tantalising opportunity for the Triads – access to the outlaw bikers and their distribution networks.

The bikers didn’t mind where the product came from so long as it was of good quality, and for the Hong Kong criminals, traditionally insular in who they dealt with, it was an opportunity to plug into Australia’s most successful distributors.

It was a win for everyone – in theory.

However, the Triad heavies had generations of experience behind them and decided that while they’d risk a shipment to a new network, the risk would only be three kilograms.

If that deal worked to their satisfaction, then the amount would increase. Jamie didn’t have a choice and readily agreed.

The Hong Kong connection would arrange for the drugs to be couriered to Sydney from their sources in mainland China and delivered to Jamie.

Two trusted Triad henchmen would be sent to Australia to keep an eye on Jamie and the deal. Gao’s likely involvement in organised crime was why the NSW Police Robbery and Serious Crime Squad became involved when his disappearance was finally reported.

Temporary visa for graduates: The Australian High Commissioner, after announcing Australia’s new migration policy, emphasized the country’s commitment to upholding agreements made under the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (AI-ECTA). This development has confirmed and ensured that Indian graduates are eligible for a temporary graduate visa in accordance with the conditions laid down in the AI-ECTA.

Under this agreement, Indian graduates with a bachelor’s degree can stay in Australia for two years on the Temporary Graduate Visa, while those pursuing a master’s degree are eligible for a three-year visa. In addition, individuals completing a PhD are entitled to a temporary four-year graduate visa.

Philip Green, Australian High Commissioner to India, while addressing the media, expressed optimism about the continued growth of the number of Indian students in Australia.

“The commitments agreed by India and Australia under the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (AI-ECTA) will be maintained under the new migration strategy. This means that Indian graduates will continue to be eligible for a temporary graduate visa for two years for a bachelor’s degree, three years for a master’s degree and four years for a doctorate,” Green said.

Highlighting the Australian Government’s commitment to welcoming high quality students seeking educational opportunities, the High Commissioner stated: “The Government will continue to welcome high quality students seeking educational opportunities to Australia. I see no reason why Indian student numbers should not continue to grow.”

Australia’s Department of Home Affairs has said the country now has a strategy for its migration system. The government’s migration strategy was released on Monday and sets out a new vision for Australia’s migration system, with a policy roadmap of eight key actions and more than 25 new policy commitments and areas for future reform. This migration strategy is the result of extensive consultation with businesses, trade unions and other stakeholders, and more than 450 submissions have been received as part of the migration system overhaul.

“Today, together with @unionsaustralia and the @BCAcomau, I launched the Albanian government’s migration strategy with @andrewjgiles. This is a major step forward in reforming Australia’s broken migration system with the biggest migration reforms in a generation,” Claire O Neil, the Home Secretary, wrote on X.

“A once-in-a-generation review of the migration system found that it was a deliberate decision to neglect the system” and that it was “so badly broken” that it “needed a decade of rebuilding.” The Albanian government is solving this,” her message added.

Conjoined twins from North Carolina who survived separation surgery despite only a two percent survival rate have graduated kindergarten.

Abby and Erin Delaney, 6, were born at 30 weeks in July 2016, conjoined at the head due to a one-in-million developmental defect that occurs when an early embryo is only partially separated in the womb. Together they weighed just six pounds.

In June 2017, the girls underwent a complicated 11-hour procedure to separate their skulls at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Despite the low odds, the operation was a success.

The girls are now developmentally delayed, but their mother, Heather Delaney, said they are both thriving as they approach their seventh birthday.

“When we saw them graduate, it was like we were dreaming,” said Ms Delaney, age 33. “It’s one of those things you think will never come.”

‘We don’t yet know what they can achieve, so the sky is the limit for them.’

Conjoined twins at the head are known as craniopagus conjoined twins. Doctors told the Delaney family that the chance of having craniopagus twins was one in 2.5 million. According to CHOPit is the least common form of conjoined twins, accounting for about two percent of cases.

About 70 percent of these children are female, and in the case of craniopagus twins, they are always genetically identical and of the same sex.

It’s unclear exactly what causes conjoined twins, but there are two theories. One is fission, in which an early embryo splits into two bulbs but does not separate completely. These spheres then develop independently into conjoined twins.

The second theory is fusion, where an identical twin pregnancy contains two early twin embryo spheres that fuse and meet at a random point.

About 40 percent of these twins are stillborn, and another 33 percent die shortly after birth, often due to organ failure and other abnormalities.

Ms Delaney learned when she was just 11 weeks pregnant that she was pregnant with conjoined twins. She was hospitalized at 27 weeks, but gave birth naturally at 30 weeks.

“When we found out we went into shock first, we had no idea what to think,” she said.

“It’s something you only see on TV, I thought this doesn’t happen to people.”

Abby and Erin were born on July 24, 2016 at 1:02 a.m. via C-section. They shared a skull, skin and their superior sagittal sinus – a critical vessel that carries blood away from the brain.

Despite being aware of the two percent survival rate, the parents were told that their girls might be eligible for separation surgery after birth. It would be CHOP’s first surgery of its kind due to the rarity of the girls’ condition.

It also had risks — ranging from mild brain damage to death — and the twins underwent several minor surgeries to prepare for their separation.

On June 6, 2017, Abby and Erin underwent 11-hour separation surgery.

The parents said it was ‘hard’, especially with Abby, who had ‘lost 10 to 15 times her blood volume’, Ms Delaney said.

“They replaced her entire body’s worth of blood several times when the surgeons had to cut her sagittal sinus to separate her from Erin.

“The surgeons basically told us that they had never given so much blood to a patient before and that the patient had survived.”

It took five months for both children to finally be released from the hospital to return to their home in Statesville, North Carolina.

The surgery lasted 11 hours and Abby in particular had a touch and go experience. She lost

Both girls have some intellectual disabilities.

Approaching their seventh birthday, Ms Delaney said the little girls are currently around 15 months of development.

They are both nonverbal, but Erin has been walking since she was five, and now Abby is starting to walk too.

“If Abby can run too, I’m in trouble—it’s hard enough chasing one,” Mrs. Delaney said.

Earlier this month, Abby and Erin graduated from kindergarten, a milestone the parents never dreamed of when the twins were babies.

At their graduation, Erin was awarded a “dolphin award” for her “adventurous heart” and love of discovery.

Abby was awarded the “deer award” for being a “merciful friend who treats all people in a gentle and kind manner.”

“I’m so proud of them both,” said Mrs. Delaney.

Although the girls don’t remember their surgery, they see pictures in the house from when they were conjoined. “One day we’re going to sit them down and have a good talk about it – we want them to be proud of who they are and where they come from,” Ms Delaney said.

Graduate breaks down in tears when she learns she’s qualified to practice law – after her grandparents re-mortgaged their home to help her pursue law school

TikToker shared the emotional moment when she found out she passed the bar and qualified as a lawyer.

Seren Lewis, from Cardiff, Wales, took over her TikTok @serenlewis1 to share the heartwarming video of her sitting next to her grandparents.

The video, which has been viewed 1.4 million times, shows a nervous Seren anxiously checking her Bar results.

At the beginning of the clip, the 22-year-old reveals she’s going to cry before learning she’s passed away and broke down in tears of happiness.

She captioned the video, “Passing the bar and qualifying as a lawyer is my greatest achievement to date.

@serenlewis1

Passing the bar and qualifying as a lawyer is my greatest achievement to date. However, it would never have happened without my grandparents, for whom I can only be eternally grateful. Taking me in at age 2 and retiring early to care for a toddler was the most selfless act anyone could have done for me. Bar school is extremely expensive and is still so inaccessible to the majority of people living in the UK. In order to attend, they decided to re-mortgage their home that they had paid off so many years ago and without it I wouldn’t be where I am today. So as much as this achievement is due to my hard work and MANY late nights, I share this achievement with them.

Black graduate and OnlyFans star snatches mic from white clerk who wouldn’t let her say her full name as accusations of racism fly in the wake of viral videos

  • Kadia Iman was seen in a TikTok video wrestling a microphone from a white teacher’s hand as the graduates lined up to receive their diplomas
  • She claimed the woman “pulled the mic down super fast for some black people” and stole the mic back to say her full name
  • “I don’t like how you snatched the microphone from my hand and today is all about me,” she told the clerk in a now-viral video

A black graduate snatched the microphone from a white clerk after she cut her off during her opening speech, and footage of the incident has sparked backlash online.

Kadia Iman was seen in a TikTok video wrestling a microphone from a white teacher’s hand as graduates lined up to receive their diplomas at an unknown school.

“I want the microphone,” Iman can be heard yelling at the teacher as she aggressively pulls the electronics away from her. ‘Let go. You didn’t let me have my moment.’

Each student got a chance to say their name, major, and a few little things about themselves as they traveled to the podium, the influencer and Only Fans star admitted in a separate TikTok video. But when she and other black students got a chance to speak, she said she noticed the woman “pull the mic down super fast for some black people.”

Iman went to “reclaim” her moment and told the crowd her full name.
