The women at the center of Red Bull’s text messaging scandal have today appealed the company’s findings, Mail Sport can reveal.

The unnamed employee initially accused team boss Christian Horner of ‘coercive behaviour’, but an internal investigation involving a QC cleared him of misconduct last month and he remained in charge of the first two races of the season.

On Saturday he will also be in post for a week for the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. But he is being put under further pressure by news of the appeal, which has been lodged with parent company Red Bull GmbH in Salzburg, rather than the Milton Keynes-based racing team.

The woman, who has been suspended with pay, recently changed lawyers – a precursor to her latest legal action.

Messages suggesting her conversations with Horner, the 50-year-old husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, were leaked the day after the investigation cleared him.

The suggestive WhatsApp correspondence was sent from an anonymous email address to 149 figures in Formula 1.

It is believed the female employee insists she was not the source of the explosive evidence. And someone close to her says she feels ‘let down’ by Red Bull and that she ‘behaved correctly during the process’.

Jos Verstappen, father of world champion Max Verstappen, a well-known Horner critic, also denies leaking the information.

No timetable has yet been set for the appeal and a Red Bull Racing spokesperson said last night that they were not aware of the development, adding: ‘It is a matter for Red Bull GmbH.’

A friend of the woman had told MailOnline exclusively: ‘She is so disappointed with how it all went, especially as she did everything by the book.

‘She has raised her concerns privately and has done everything right, but she feels very let down by the company.

“They suspended her because she followed the proper procedure carefully and correctly.”

Earlier this week, Red Bull denied claims that Horner would be fired before the next Formula 1 Grand Prix in Australia on March 24.

According to reports, shareholders of the Milton Keynes-based racing team met in Dubai on Sunday after the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, which saw Max Verstappen cruise to victory in Jeddah, his second victory of the year. Meanwhile, stakeholders agreed that Horner should remain in his role.

“As Christian has said, he is grateful for the full support of shareholders and that remains so,” a Red Bull spokesperson said.

Three-time world champion Verstappen has now called for ‘peace’ at the racing team amid the ongoing situation.

It came after he threatened to walk away from Red Bull if adviser Helmut Marko was suspended following claims he had leaked information to the media.

Marko has since insisted he will remain at Red Bull, with the 80-year-old motorsport consultant holding talks about his future with Red Bull sporting head Oliver Mintzlaff in the Jeddah paddock.

“I have always said that the most important thing is that we work together as a team and that everyone keeps the peace,” said Verstappen.

‘And I think we all agree on that within the team. So hopefully that will be completely the case from now on.

‘Everyone is trying to focus in the same direction. And I think the positive of all this is that it didn’t hurt the performances. So it is a very strong team.

“I also think mentally, what you can see not only from the driver’s side, but also from the mechanics, the engineers: everyone is there to do their job.

“And I think everyone, even when things are going on or whatever, they’re just focused on their work as they should be.”

Spencer Barbosa (@spencer.barbosa) filmed herself tackling the situation in a video on TikTok.

She wore an oversized T-shirt with no bra underneath.

“It’s so gross and inappropriate not to wear a bra,” the text read, echoing her haters.

She responded by dancing and touching her own breast, to make it clear that she doesn’t wear a bra and doesn’t care about the opinions of others.

“Why are women taught to be scared of their own bodies?” she added.

The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.

Several viewers supported Barbosa’s decision to join the “braless club.”

“I will never feel guilty about not wearing a bra,” one person wrote.

Dancing On Ice put on a steamy show on Sunday night as they welcomed the cast of Magic Mike Live to perform on the show.

Host Holly Willoughby turned bright red as she watched the muscular dancers twirl and bounce to the music.

The six handsome young men soon took off their T-shirts to show off their impressively chiseled six-packs.

A blushing Holly managed to catch a shirt in mid-air and used it to cover her face as the dancers moved seductively around the stage.

However, some viewers at home were less than impressed with the performance, deeming it ‘inappropriate’ for a family show and to ‘think about the children’.

One person tweeted: ‘Strange entertainment choice for a family show’, while another echoed: ‘@itv really a magic mic on @dancingonice??? Shocking’.

Sunday’s show also saw Eddie the Eagle become the latest star to be eliminated from the skating competition.

The English ski jumper and Olympian, 60, and his professional skating partner Vicky Ogden found themselves in the skate-off against Love Island star Amber Davies and her professional partner Simon Proulx-Senecal.

After Eddie and Vicky performed a graceful routine to Sir Elton John’s Rocket Man, and Amber and her partner Simon danced a dramatic performance to Little Mix’s Power, the judges cast their votes.

Judge Oti Mabuse voted to keep Eddie, while guest judges Johnny Weir and Jayne Torvill voted for Amber.

When the vote was split, it came down to head judge Christopher Dean, who opted to keep Amber as well, leaving Eddie packing.

Sunday’s show saw the contestants give it their best shot in the hope of making it to the semi-finals next week, with a number of performers claiming the highest scoring title throughout the night until Adele Roberts ultimately came out on top.

The radio DJ, 44, and her partner Mark Hanretty surpassed their fellow contestants at the eleventh hour to achieve the show’s highest score yet, with 39 out of 40 points for their elegant routine to Jane McDonald’s You’re My World .

Adele became emotional after receiving the score as Mark praised her as an ‘incredible’ woman.

Judge Christopher said the routine had ‘everything I want to see in a performance’, including ‘passion and connection’ between the pair.

While guest judge Johnny said the performance had a “seductive quality”, he praised Adele as the “strongest skater in this competition” in relation to her basic skill.

Mel B has revealed that the Spice Girls are supporting their bandmate Geri after her husband Christian Horner was accused of inappropriate behaviour.

Former racing driver Christian, 50, is currently under investigation over claims he sent ‘sexually suggestive’ text messages to a female employee of his Red Bull F1 team – allegations he has vehemently denied.

Geri, 51, is said to be ‘devastated’ by the scandal, with a source telling MailOnline that she had felt unable to get along with her bandmates – even going so far as to ban all Beckham’s on social media more followed.

She also dropped Red Bull star Max Verstappen, but later seemed to change her mind when she re-followed David, Victoria and Max some time later.

Now Mel B has insisted the girls have been in touch with Geri, and is leaning on Victoria for support, with Posh ‘supporting her in every way possible’.

Speak with The sun Scary Spice said on Saturday: ‘We have a WhatsApp group and we have been messaging.’

It was also revealed that Geri is ‘leaning on’ Victoria for support, as she previously helped the designer through her own marital problems.

A source said OK! Magazine: ‘They always got along well and were there for each other in the difficult times.

‘When Geri had a bit of a stormy relationship with some of the other Spice Girls, Victoria supported her and helped her through it. It’s the same now that Victoria wants to support Geri in any way she can.

‘Victoria and David have had some really low moments as a couple and Geri was there for her.’

MailOnline has contacted Geri’s representatives for comment.

It comes just days after Geri unfollowed her Spice Girls bandmate Victoria – and David and Brooklyn Beckham – as the fallout from the scandal turned toxic.

A source told MailOnline at the time: ‘There have been hundreds of arguments between Geri and Mel B over the years, not least when Mel mentioned that she and Geri had slept together a few years ago.

“But Geri has never had any problems with the Beckhams until now.”

They continued, “You get different stories from different people about what’s going on, but the bottom line is that she seems to be taking Christian’s problems very seriously.

“All the girls have contacted her, but she doesn’t feel like she can connect with them. She is devastated and it is possible she feels the Beckhams could have given her – and Christian – more public support.”

It signaled an extraordinary infighting, with F1 insiders saying the current allegations, involving alleged bullying and ‘inappropriate behaviour’ by a female colleague, appear to be part of a ‘power struggle’ within the team.

While Christian denies the claims, a Dutch newspaper, The Telegraph, claimed to have seen messages at the heart of the investigation, claiming they were ‘sexually oriented’.

When the news broke on February 6, all it said was that he had been accused of “incredibly controlling behavior” by a female colleague. He denied it completely and appeared relaxed at a media event when he said he had a ‘very supportive wife’ in former Spice Girl Geri, who stands by him.

Two weeks later, De Telegraaf reported that Horner had sent sex messages to the female employee ‘over an extended period’.

The source of the leak has caused a lot of commotion: Red Bull’s star driver, Max Verstappen, is Dutch, just like his influential father Jos.

It is perhaps a shame that Geri Verstappen ‘unfollowed’ on Instagram shortly after the De Telegraaf story appeared.

After the unfollowing became public, Geri quickly re-followed Verstappen, David and Victoria. It is not clear what the Beckhams did to be drawn into the scandal.

Geri’s publicist claimed — despite screenshots that appear to show the opposite — that it is “incorrect” to say Geri has unfollowed anyone.

A friend told the Mail: ‘Geri worked very hard to make that marriage happen – there’s no way she can let it go. She always said she was determined to find her prince, and she felt like she had done the same with Christian.”

She has built an idyllic country life with her husband and children on their Cotswolds estate.

But sources say Geri has been ‘flattened’ by the scandal – especially because the alleged recipient is a colleague she knew well – and by the nature of the messages.

A friend added this week: ‘Geri is devastated and has trouble eating and sleeping. Her family and fellow Spice Girls worry about her.

‘I hear Christian is trying to cheer her up to stay positive, but she’s hit the ground running like she did after she left the Spice Girls. She doesn’t talk to anyone.’

The source believes Geri may skip the trip to Bahrain for the Grand Prix because she cannot handle the criticism.

Christian declined to comment Thursday on the investigation into his own alleged “inappropriate behavior,” but said he hopes a resolution is reached as soon as possible.

Horner carried out his customary execution of his Red Bull team boss in Bahrain amid the investigation launched earlier this month.

At the press conference during F1 testing, Horner said he could not talk about the ongoing investigation because he was ‘part of it’, but said the ‘process was ongoing’.

Horner, who was reluctant to elaborate further, ended by saying he hoped a solution would be found as soon as possible.

The 50-year-old said: ‘There is a process underway and as I am part of it I cannot comment on it. We hope that a solution will be found as soon as possible.’

The allegations against Horner have overshadowed the run-up to the 2024 F1 season.

Horner emphatically denies the claims and his wife Geri, formerly Halliwell, supports him in his fight for his reputation.

Mail Sport understands a decision on the investigation could be made by the end of the week.

Taking a selfie at the Auschwitz memorial is known to cause a nuisance, but the museum's social media manager says he does not consider it inappropriate.

Pawel Sawicki, 42, from Poland, has spent the past sixteen years working in Nazi Germany's largest concentration and extermination camps.

He has seen a handful of disrespectful people smoking and throwing their butts on the ground or posing on the train tracks that transported Jews to the death camps.

However, in conversation with ShamePawel put forward an alternative narrative, claiming that it is not necessarily disrespectful to take a selfie in the museum.

“Selfies are a visual expression of our times,” he said.

Pawel explained that there are conditions that make a selfie acceptable, such as a sensitive caption.

'Selfies are a visual expression of our times. I think it's very normal that people want to document the places they visit in this way,” he explains.

The social media manager, who holds various positions at the museum, added that he often uses photos of Auschwitz from social media for lectures.

However, he draws the line at individuals “fooling around” and “making funny faces” for the camera, and will inform tourists when they cross that line.

'There are also visitors who take professional photos with expensive cameras and then write an inappropriate caption. When I see those messages, I report them. There are more than 500,000 photos on Instagram under the hashtag,” he added.

Despite the inconsiderate tourists, Pawel stated that most visitors are respectful and interact with the museum in an appropriate manner.

On the social media accounts that the site does have, Pawel monitors all online comments.

Across all platforms, the center receives roughly 5,000 new comments per day, and Pawel reads them all.

Only a small number leave negative comments, and he typically blocks between five and 20 accounts a day, some of which are bots.

Founded shortly after Nazi Germany invaded Poland in 1939, Auschwitz became the largest killing machine in history.

By the time of the liberation in 1945, more than 1.3 million people had died in the gas chambers, through executions and torture.

It comes after dozens of tasteless photos of tourists posing at Auschwitz appeared online in April last year after the memorial museum urged visitors to show respect at the death camp site.

The debate started after a photo of a woman at the Auschwitz Memorial Museum went viral on Twitter.

The woman's social media post sparked outrage as she was seen sitting on the railway tracks where the Nazis transported 1.1 million Jews, including a million, to their deaths.

The Auschwitz Memorial Museum has since called on so-called 'Holocaust tourists' to 'respect' the site.

But despite the museum's calls for restraint, dozens of other photos have been unearthed on social media of tourists posing crudely at the death camp.

In one case, a glamor model claiming to have the biggest breasts in Spain posed under the 'work sets you free' sign at the entrance to the death camp.

Elsewhere, tourists have posed tastelessly on the tracks that have transported more than a million people to their deaths.

The brunette beauty revealed that she had a dress code and had to put on a T-shirt or step out as an outfit.

On social media, Azucar shared her frustration at being told her outfit was “too distracting for other gym-goers.”

She said, “This is my workout clothes and they just told me I can't workout like this, I have to put on an extra piece of clothing.”

Frustrated, but not wanting to end her workout just yet, Azucar wore what looked like a larger top to wear during her gym session.

Despite being annoyed by the request, many people responded to the comments on the clip and seemed divided over who was right.

Some people sided with Azucar throughout the debate, claiming it was wrong to tell her to cover up.

One person wrote: “You were doing well, shame on the gym for not letting you train like that!”

Another commented: “You're watching [hot]. Ignore the coach.”

“In my opinion“You're so good, well, you sweat when you work out and I think you're cooler that way,” a third wrote.

Others, however, could understand why other gym-goers might feel uncomfortable.

A fourth said: “Of course your bra is beautiful! But it's a bra, it's not workout clothes. I could wear boxers and say they're workout clothes, but no.”

“It's because you're distracting the instructors,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “A sports top supports you during exercise. Things as they are. You just want to watch the world burn.”

In August, Mayawati ruled out forging alliances for the 2024 general elections, saying her party would not work with either the INDIA bloc or the NDA.

Lucknow: Amid the ongoing tussle between the Opposition and the Center over Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar’s impersonation and the Parliament security breach incident, Bahujan Samaj Party leader Mayawati on Thursday stated that it was not for any party it is appropriate to make comments against parties who are not part of the party. INDIA bloc, because no one knows when the parties will need each other in the future. She said such leaders and parties may be embarrassed later, according to a statement by Mayawati without naming any specific leader or party.

Notably, the BSP chief stated in August this year that her party will join an alliance for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. She stated that the BSP would neither collaborate with the Indian National Development Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), nor with the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA).

“It is not appropriate for anyone to make idle remarks about the parties, including the BSP, which are not part of the opposition alliance. My advice to them is that they should avoid this because no one knows when someone will need someone in the future for the sake of the country,” the statement quoted Mayawati as saying.

“It’s not right… Such people and parties who make comments will later suffer a lot of shame. The Samajwadi Party is a living example of this,” she said.

According to recent media reports, Samajwadi Party chairman Akhilesh Yadav is not in favor of BSP joining the INDIA bloc. Notably, the BSP contested the previous Lok Sabha with the Samajwadi Party and has 10 Lok Sabha MPs.

The BSP supremo termed Kalyan Banerjee’s impersonation of Vice Present and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar at the Parliament building complex as “indecent”.

“Incidents of disagreements, tensions and confrontations between the government and the opposition are destroying the country’s democracy and parliamentary traditions,” she said.

The political battle between the Opposition and the BJP started after TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee impersonated Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar during the Opposition’s protest on Parliament premises against the suspension of MPs on Tuesday. During the incident, Rahul Gandhi was seen shooting the video of Banerjee impersonating Dhankar.

Reacting to the Parliament security breach incident, Mayawati stated that it is a matter of serious concern.

Instead of accusing each other, leaders should work together on this serious issue. It is important to take strict action against the suspects, she said.

On December 13, two men jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the visitors’ gallery and tried to reach the Speaker’s chair during the Zero Hour. They also released yellow smoke from the buses. They were arrested by MPs present in the House of Representatives.

As many as six people have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Shane MacGowan’s widow, Victoria Mary Clarke, has responded to criticism of the star’s funeral by sharing a sweet post praising the ‘magical’ event.

The widow shared her heartfelt message after a priest branded the star-studded funeral a ‘scandal’ and said the inclusion of The Pogues’ 1988 festive classic Fairytale of New York was ‘completely out of place’.

“The words used in that song and in the church show no understanding of the sacredness of what the place is and the sacredness of the Mass,” Father McCafferty told Belfast Live.

“It was, to say the least, completely inappropriate, to the point of scandal, and something must be done about these so-called celebrity funerals in a Catholic church…

“We are not there to entertain, we are there to celebrate the worship of God and lead people in the worship of God. I wouldn’t allow that in my church.”

MacGowan, who died after a battle with pneumonia, is best known for the Christmas classic Fairytale Of New York, which is expected to reach number one in the charts over the festive period.

The Irish singer had been released from hospital more than a week earlier after undergoing treatment for viral encephalitis, a condition that causes swelling in the brain.

His funeral took place on December 8.

The service in Nenagh, Co Tipperary, was well attended by celebrities including Johnny Depp, who carried his coffin, Nick Cave and Bob Geldof.

Johnny was joined by Liam O’Maonlai, frontman of Irish band Hothouse Flowers, as they read out the prayers of the faithful during the service.

During the service, Johnny paused as he touched the casket of his friend and Pogues singer.

Shane’s coffin was brought to the front of the church, draped in an Irish tricolor flag and placed close to a large black and white photo of him.

Later, a group of men, including Johnny, helped carry Shane’s casket from the service to loud applause.
