Jon Bon Jovi looked like he had barely aged since his band’s heyday in the 1980s and 1990s as he attended the premiere of a new docuseries at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.

The 62-year-old rocker was joined by the rest of his eponymous band Bon Jovi to attend a screening of Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story.

Debuting April 26, the four-part Hulu series will feature interviews with the band members and chart the ups and downs of the legendary groups and continued success.

Jon Bon Jovi (real name: John Bongiovi) graced the festival shortly after sharing an update on his relationship with former Bon Jovi member Richie Sambora.

The frontman admitted to Ultimate Classic Rock that he and the guitarist ‘no longer have contact’ now that Sambora is officially out of the band, although Sambora said last year he hoped to kick off a reunion with the older line-up.

Jon’s hair may have been considerably grayer than it used to be, but he still had an impressively thick head when he arrived on the red carpet.

He wore a simple black shirt and slim matching trousers that emphasized his fit, and he contrasted the dark look with a cool cream leather biker jacket.

The singer-songwriter wore chunky black shoes with bright red soles, and he looked too cool for school in aviator sunglasses.

The premiere was a family affair and he brought along members of the current Bon Jovi lineup.

Keyboardist David Bryan rocked a black leather and denim jacket with matching T-shirt and jeans.

He was wearing thick sunglasses and had long frizzy hair that would have been appropriate for the 1980s.

Drummer Tico Torres kept it casual in a black button-up jacket and matching black pants.

The premiere comes after Bon Jovi clarified his relationship with one of his former close collaborators, Richie Sambora.

He handled the majority of lead guitar duties from the band’s inception in 1983, until he suddenly left the group just before a show during the 2013 tour to reportedly spend more time with his family.

But even 11 years after that tumultuous event, Bon Jovi still has no agreement with Sambora.

“We are no longer in contact because he is no longer in the organization,” the singer explained to Ultimate Classic Rock.

“Doesn’t mean love isn’t forever,” he quickly clarified, “but it’s been eleven years since he just stopped showing up.

“And there were emotional issues that he had to deal with as a single father, and there were substance abuse issues that, you know…” he added casually.

Sambora left the band with little explanation just before a show on April 2, 2013 in Calgary, Canada.

Ultimately it came down to a question of reliability, which he illustrated with a comparison to Richie’s successor, guitarist Phil X.

“Phil X had to show up one time, and then Phil X had to show up again. And then, again, There is a show that evening. What do we do?’

The frontman also clarified that he and Sambora did not communicate at all about the upcoming docuseries.

“Not a word,” he said. “This wasn’t a puff and these weren’t bulls***. This isn’t us pulling the strings behind the scenes. Oh, no, no, no,” he declared. ‘They interviewed Richie in London. I was not there. I had nothing to do with it. No, I still haven’t seen that one [finished] Product.’

Despite the former conflict with his ex-bandmate, Bon Jovi still enjoys playing music with his long-running band.

“What’s more important to me right now is just being here with my friends, writing the song I want to write and living the life I want to live,” he continued.

Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story premieres April 26 on Hulu in the US and on Disney+ internationally.

Sweden has said it will discuss with NATO leaders plans to step up militarization of the island of Gotland, a 1,000-square-mile spit of land widely seen as the most strategic location in the Baltic Sea.

Described by analysts and commentators as a ‘gigantic aircraft carrier’, Stockholm-ruled Gotland lies just 200 kilometers off the coast of NATO’s Baltic triad of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, but also just 470 kilometers north of the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad.

The prime location offers enormous advantages in the deployment and control of air and sea traffic in the Baltic Sea, and is regularly cited by military analysts and commentators in the Russian media as a highly desirable target.

Sweden maintained a military presence on Gotland during the Cold War and at its peak the island housed some 25,000 troops, but in 2005 it was almost completely demilitarized.

With Sweden’s accession to NATO now complete, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson said the prospect of rearmament of Gotland was “an obvious topic to be discussed with our new NATO allies” as part of a broader increase in military preparedness in the Baltic Sea.

“Anything to do with the Baltic Sea is such an obvious candidate (for deploying military resources),” Kristersson told the FT in an interview earlier this week.

‘That applies in terms of presence on Gotland, but also in terms of surveillance, in terms of submarine capabilities.’

Russian military analyst and retired navy captain Vasily Dandykin told Russian news channel Sputnik that a remilitarization of Gotland would be seen as a major problem in the halls of the Kremlin.

‘The size of this island allows aviation, airfields and naval bases… (to serve) the dream of both the NATO bloc and the Americans to turn the Baltic Sea into a NATO sea… We understand what kind of threat is this,’ Dandykin said.

‘At least more intensively [Russian] exercises will take place in the Baltic Sea. We must understand that Finland is also already a member of NATO. Therefore, our actions will be adequate – both from Kaliningrad, where the Baltic Fleet is stationed, and from the rest of Russia.”

Sweden has not gone to war in more than two centuries and until recently had limited its military capabilities to such an extent that its population, so ill-prepared for the possibility of conflict, even developed a term for it: ‘fredsskadad’, or ‘fredsskadad’ . peace damaged’.

Sweden’s demilitarization of Gotland in 2005 raised concerns among NATO allies, especially the Baltic states that had only just joined the alliance a year earlier.

War planners have long struggled to figure out how to prevent these countries from being cut off from their allies if Russian land forces were to seize the 40-mile Suwalki Gap between Belarus and the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad.

If the Kremlin were to also gain control of Gotland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania would remain sandwiched between the Russian mainland to the east, Kaliningrad to the west and yet another strategic location to the north.

NATO repeatedly urged Stockholm to recognize Gotland’s strategic importance, but the government continued its demilitarization and the Swedish armed forces effectively abandoned their “giant aircraft carrier.”

Fears for the Baltic states were justified in 2013 when Russia carried out a widely condemned military exercise in which two of Moscow’s Tu-22M3 nuclear bombers, along with an escort of Su-27 fighter jets, carried out dummy bombings, deploying their wings within a radius of only 38 kilometers from the nuclear bombers. Island.

This shock prompted Stockholm to restart a program of steady rearmament, but it was not until Russian tanks and fighter jets crossed the Ukrainian border on February 24, 2022 that the militarization of Gotland accelerated.

The invasion of Ukraine marked a turning point in Swedish foreign policy, prompting the government to abandon its two-century policy of military neutrality and non-alignment and to apply to join NATO.

Two years later, SwedenThe flag was raised at NATO headquarters in Brussels on Monday, cementing the Scandinavian country’s place as the security bloc’s 32nd member.

“Russia’s brutal, large-scale invasion of Ukraine united Sweden behind the conclusion that full NATO membership is the only reasonable choice,” Kristersson said.

Now the Scandinavian state appears fully aware of the Russian threat and has developed a well-trained and well-equipped military that boasts one of the most advanced submarine fleets in the world and a highly capable air force, with around 80 Gripen fighter jets.

Swedish armed forces are now also involved in the Nordic exercises of NATO’s massive military exercises, Steadfast Defender 2024, which will see around 90,000 troops take part in large-scale war games taking place from January to June.

‘We are modest, but also proud. We know that expectations are high for Sweden, but we also have high expectations for ourselves,” Kristersson told reporters earlier this week after his country’s accession to NATO.

“We will share burdens, responsibilities and risks with our allies.”

The country has been working closely with the security alliance during military exercises in recent years, even before joining.

Sweden also meets NATO’s defense spending target of 2% of gross domestic product.

Sweden’s entry into the security alliance last week came days after Germany’s defense minister said Putin’s military could launch an attack on allied countries within “five to eight years.”

Boris Pistorius said the US, UK and EU “hear threats from the Kremlin almost every day… so we have to take into account that Vladimir Putin could one day even attack a NATO country.”

Pistorius told German newspaper Der Tagesspiegel: “Our experts expect a period of five to eight years during which this could be possible.

“We must learn to live with danger again and prepare ourselves – militarily, socially and in the field of civil protection,” he concluded, pointing to an alarming speech by the Swedish Minister of Civil Defense earlier this year in which he called on citizens to prepare. for the prospect of war.

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas believes a confrontation between Russia and NATO is even more threatening, giving Europe just three to five years to prepare for a serious military threat on the alliance’s eastern flank.

And Admiral Rob Bauer, the chairman of NATO’s Military Committee, urged both citizens and governments to prepare for cataclysmic conflict and the chilling prospect of conscription.

‘We must realize that it cannot be taken for granted that we will have peace. And that’s why we [NATO forces] have the plans, that is why we are preparing for a conflict with Russia,” Bauer told reporters after a recent meeting of NATO defense chiefs in Brussels.

‘But the discussion is much broader. It is also the industrial base and also the people who need to understand that they have a role to play.”

The fraud netted $1.2 million. Ultimately, the group’s members disagreed over how the money would be distributed, with some believing that one of the leaders had withheld thousands of dollars in proceeds and kept the money in a safe in his apartment. Two people, including Sameera Roberts Baker, 34, broke into the leader’s home, Mr Bragg said. The other burglar has not yet been charged, he said.

Charde Baker, 35, was a ringleader in the scheme to defraud the pandemic relief fund, Mr. Bragg said. She worked for the Department of Homeless Services and used her job there to steal the identities of homeless people, he said. She used the money from the fraud to finance two trips to Mexico and another to Tanzania, Mr Bragg said.

As the scammers filled out bank card applications, they discussed different professions they could list for the homeless people they were impersonating. In one text, an unnamed co-defendant told Ms. Baker in September 2020 that she had described a homeless person as a freelance writer, which she hoped “wasn’t a cliché,” according to the complaint.

A month later, a defendant, Shanice Roberts, 30, texted Mr. Baker suggesting they describe someone as a hairstylist. “Do it right so the bread can be split in three directions,” Ms. Roberts wrote.

As investigators closed in, the conspirators also took steps to suppress evidence, Mr. Bragg said. After one person was arrested, that defendant texted another: “Throw it out the window… brother… throw it out,” referring to ghost gun parts and manufacturing equipment.

The recipient, a defendant named Adrienne Manigault, 25, texted back: “I did.”

The sprawling scheme involved members who conspired on some issues but not on others, Mr. Bragg said. In a wave of crimes involving illegally manufactured weapons, identity theft, defrauding the government and burglaries, Mr. Bragg said, “We have intertwined street crime and white-collar crime,” describing an increasingly common pattern. “We see a clear link between those who simultaneously engage in violent crimes and traditional white-collar fraud.”

A royal photographer has claimed Meghan Markle was ‘noticeably’ more tactile than the other royals when she joined the family.

Award-winning photographer Samir Hussein captured the famous photo of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex holding their arms under an umbrella at the Endeavor Awards in 2020, describing the photo as ‘unusual’.

Harry and Meghan are known to have broken away from the usual formality seen in royal relationships by openly showing affection and holding hands when out in public.

Mr Hussein told The Telegraph: ‘It was really striking when Meghan came on stage how tactile she was, like she was holding the duke’s hand and she was arm in arm, so that was quite unusual.’

The image of the couple admiringly looking at each other in the rain went viral and was taken during one of the couple’s last engagements before they step down as senior royals.

It will now go on display in London in a new exhibition charting the Hussein family’s photography of the monarchy over the years.

The exhibition, titled Princess Diana: Accredited Access, opens on May 25 at St Katharine Docks, London.

The film follows successful runs in the US, Australia and Canada and features photographs taken by Anwar Hussein, the longest-serving royal photographer and Mr Hussein’s father.

A collection of photos from his and his brother Zak’s collection will also be on display.

The trio have put together a collection of official photographs spanning seven decades, including five generations of the monarchy.

Samir and Zak, now both in their 40s, spent much of their childhood surrounded by royalty because of their father, including going to polo to watch Prince Charles play while Princess Dianna looked on.

They described playing with young Harry and William in a ‘very relaxed’ atmosphere, with their similar ages meaning they were able to ‘interact’ with the princes in a different way to other members of the family.

The brothers want to continue their father’s “candid” style of photographing the royal family, capturing them in moments that show their “more human side, making them more relatable.”

The exhibition, which runs until September 2, shows the family’s photos in life-size.

Samir and Zak also provide a unique audio tour to accompany the experience.

Anwar said: “I am delighted that the images captured, as well as those of my sons, are coming to London to recognize and commemorate such a remarkable woman and her sons.

“There are so many memories of our two families bonding and building a special relationship, and I am pleased to be able to showcase these in such a unique way through the exhibition.”

The Greek royal family presented a united front today as they arrived at the memorial service for King Constantine in Windsor.

Crown Princess Olympia, 27, looked glamorous in a fitted square-neck navy dress and a black oversized coat as she arrived at St. George’s Chapel with her brothers.

Her father, Crown Prince Pavlos, 56, opted for a navy double-breasted suit and matching tie for the occasion.

Crown Princess Marie-Chantal, 55, looked suitably chic in a burgundy dress and matching shawl.

The mother of four completed her ensemble with a pair of matching suede heels and a black leather clutch.

Meanwhile, Pavlos’ brother Philoppos and his wife Nina arrived arm in arm and dressed in navy blue.

Princess Nina opted for a navy blue co-ord set with a peplum skirt and matching headband.

Today’s service will be attended by several of Europe’s ruling houses, including the former King of Spain.

The Prince of Wales, 41, was expected to give a reading at his late godfather’s service but pulled out at the last minute due to personal reasons.

William called the Greek royal family to apologize, while Kensington Palace confirmed the Princess of Wales is “doing well” as she continues her recovery from abdominal surgery at home.

Today’s service in St. George’s Chapel is held in honor of King Charles’ close friend and great-nephew, Constantine II, the former ruler of Greece.

Greece’s last king died on January 10 last year at the age of 82 after months of illness – more than 50 years after he was exiled in a military coup.

The late king – the only son of King Paul and Queen Frederica – was also the Duke of Edinburgh’s cousin and Prince William’s godfather.

It is understood the Duke of York is attending as a member of the British Royal Family and was invited by the Greek Royal Family.

King Charles is not expected to attend his memorial service in Windsor after retiring from public life following his cancer diagnosis.

Camilla’s role in the agency will see her take charge again as she tries to take the pressure off her husband.

Members of the royal family have rallied behind the king, with Prince William returning to his duties after spending time caring for his wife, Princess Kate.

Due to a separate health crisis, the Princess of Wales was admitted to the London Clinic for a planned abdominal operation, and will be unable to fulfill royal duties until at least Easter.

Last month, Greece’s royal family put on a somber display as they attended a memorial service to mark one year since the death of King Constantine.

He died “of a stroke”, local media reported, after several hospital admissions in the previous months.

High-profile royals including Constantine’s son Crown Prince Pavlos and Dowager Queen Anne Marie attended a private ceremony at the former summer palace of Tatoi, just outside Athens.

Last year, Crown Princess Olympia split from her boyfriend of three years Peregrine Pearson – shortly before the aristocrat was pictured kissing Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner.

A man in New Orleans who is lonely because of a possum named Saffron, which he raised as a pet and dressed in a colorful sweater, is appealing to authorities to return the animal, which was taken from him by state wildlife officials.

Thousands have backed an online petition to reunite the man with his marsupial.

William Voiles, an artist who makes woven trinkets, said the 1-year-old opossum was seized earlier this month during Mardi Gras celebrations in the city's French Quarter as part of a public safety effort. From a friend petition on Change.org to bring Saffron home had collected nearly 4,000 signatures by Wednesday afternoon.

In an interview on Wednesday, the 50-year-old Mr. Voiles said he and his friends appealed to law enforcement, biologists, veterinarians, online supporters and even Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry for help.

Saffron was part of a menagerie, including a rabbit and two dogs, all named after spices Mr. Voiles was driving through New Orleans on a tricycle with basket and trailer.

Most days, Mr. Voiles said, he bikes the animals to a hill above the Mississippi River, where he weaves crosses, fleurs-de-lis and other items, which he sells to pay for pet food and rent. He and his pets also visited Cafe Envie in the French Quarter, where customers found Saffron sprawled over Mr. Voiles' shoulders or curled up in the tricycle basket.

Mr Voiles said he took Saffron into his home last year, six weeks after the death of his longtime companion, a 12-year-old pit bull called Cinnamon.

He said he was on his way to the French Quarter when he saw a dead opossum on the side of the road, with a joey “crawling on top of her, no bigger than my thumb.”

Baby opossums are born naked and blind, about the size of honey bees, after a gestation period of just under two weeks.

“He didn't have his eyes open or anything,” Mr. Voiles said. “When I picked him up, I wasn't thinking about breaking a law, I was thinking about saving a life.”

Mr Voiles brought the possum to the house he shared with a housemate and the other animals and fed him from a bottle.

Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement officers seized the opossum during a Mardi Gras patrol in the neighborhood, the agency said in a press release.

The officers issued Mr. Voiles a citation for trespassing Louisiana's title 56a law that says that four-legged animals and other wild animals may not be 'taken' without a permit.

Officers also seized a 15-foot reticulated python, a 10-foot reticulated python and a 3-foot ball python during the Mardi Gras patrols.

Mr. Voiles faces state charges for illegal possession of the opossum, which could result in a fine of up to $500 and 90 days in jail, the agency said.

Mr Voiles said he begged officers to let him keep Saffron, who was dressed in a blue and green jumper. He argued that the animal would not survive if returned to the wild.

“The first thing he saw was a rabbit, two dogs and me,” Mr Voiles said of the possum. “He was my little baby.”

He also said the animal posed no risk to humans. Opossums are highly resistant to rabiesand they are less likely to bite or scratch people than raccoons or skunks.

“The only time he ever bit anyone was when he was teething,” Mr Voiles said.

Following a tip, Mr. Voiles and his friends called the biology department at Louisiana State University looking for Saffron. People at LSU suggested, after confirming the opossum wasn't there, that they try a field office for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries in Hammond, a city about 45 miles northwest of New Orleans. No luck, so Mr. Voiles called wildlife rehabilitation centers across the state.

Taylor Brazan, a spokeswoman for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, said that because the case against Mr. Voiles was pending, she was not authorized to say where he was being held.

Mr. Voiles said that, as an Army brat whose parents worked long hours, he never developed close human relationships, relying instead on the companionship of animals.

Saffron wasn't his first pet marsupial.

While working as a tree trimmer in Alabama, he said he brought home many abandoned baby animals, including five or six squirrels, a few skunks and a possum that had invaded a neighbor's house.

Mr Voiles said the animals gave him purpose when he was struggling with drug addiction and bouts of unemployment.

He said Saffron had free rein in the house but the possum tended to sleep in a cupboard behind the door, waking Mr Voiles at around 3am when he started wandering around.

“I miss waking up next to him,” Mr. Voiles said.

Also present at the event were Burberry fashion ambassadors Son Heung-min and Bukayo Saka.

Their respective arrivals at the event reminded fans of the time they had to sit awkwardly next to each other in the week leading up to last September's North London derby.

On that occasion, the pair were seen sitting next to each other without speaking, before Eberechi Eze eventually sat between them.

Son, 31, looked sharp as he arrived in a dark jacket and loose-fitting trousers.

Saka, meanwhile, wore a jacket reminiscent of John Motson's famous sheepskin coat of old.

One fan in particular was delighted to see Son this time joined by a former Spurs teammate.

They wrote on social media: “This upgrade, last time son sat awkwardly next to Saka, this time he is with his boyfriend Dele.”

While a second gushed: “burberry, thanks for sitting Dele and son together, I really appreciate it.”

They then posed for photos together alongside Chelsea's Ben Chilwell.

Meanwhile, Saka's Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard was in attendance.

Meghan Markle could not contain her laughter as she snapped a photo of Prince Harry trying sit-skiing during their first public appearance since their royal rebrand.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex looked thrilled to be spending Valentine’s Day in Canada – the country where they fell in love – as they hit the slopes followed by a film crew.

The couple are in the picturesque ski resort of Whistler, in British Columbia, for a two-day trip from California to highlight next year’s Invictus Games, the first time it will involve winter sports.

And Harry, 39, could not resist trying out some of the sports the disabled athletes – who have all served in the military – will be taking part in, with the father-of-two filmed as he had a go at sit-skiing.

In a candid moment, a giddy Meghan is seen filming her husband’s attempts with another man’s phone, after he told the Duchess he was not allowed to record Harry. Laughing, the former Suits star then turns to the man and says ‘oh you have to show them’ as she hands his phone back.

Before setting off on his sit-skiing adventure, Harry joked: ‘Do I need to sign a waiver?’. Afterwards a group serenaded the couple with a rendition of ‘God Save The King’. Meghan waved as she got into a Jeep while Harry may have spoken to them. One skier said: ‘He was very nice’.

They did not appear at all affected by the row over their Sussex.com website row – and criticism over their use of the royal links despite their rift with the Windsors and an agreement with the Queen not to use their HRH titles for business purposes or trade off their royal connections.

The Whistler trip is also their first public appearance as a couple since King Charles’s cancer diagnosis. Archie, four, and Lilibet, two, appear to have stayed at home in Montecito.

Meghan was all smiles and glamour in skinny white jeans and a sweater topped with a beige quilted coat. She was flashing her £140,000 engagement ring. The Duchess has not been seen publicly wearing the glittering band, comprising one huge Botswana diamond and two from Princess Diana ‘s collection, since May 2023.

Harry was dressed down in jeans and a black Eddie Bauer anorak as he arrived for a training session with athletes planning to take part in the 2025 Games.

The pair were spotted bending down to talk to athletes competing at the games, while Harry tried out one of the competitors’ sit-skis, all while being followed close behind by a camera crew. Meghan was seen smiling with officials as she used her mobile to gather content.

Harry and Meghan made their way out of the gondola on Whistler’s Blackcomb Mountain shortly after 2.30pm local time and were introduced to three groups of adaptive skiers: one Alpine sit-ski, one standing ski and one group of visually impaired athletes.

Their trip to Canada comes as the couple are embroiled in a series of controversies – one over their new Sussex.com website and another over Harry’s flying visit to London last week to see King Charles following his cancer diagnosis.

Alex Cairns, a sit-skier from Canada, was the first to meet the Sussexes and gave a demonstration of the sport – arriving at the base of the slope to cheers from Harry.

The Whistler games will be the first time that Invictus has featured winter sports.

The couple arrived in Canada on Tuesday and were pictured by DailyMail.com touching down in Vancouver just after noon Pacific time following a two-hour flight from Santa Barbara – the closest airport to their home in Montecito.

Their arrival came on the same day that Meghan announced she had signed a new podcast deal with Lemonada Media after she and Harry parted ways with Spotify.

A convoy of cars collected the famous duo and whisked them away to Whistler where they are due to be on Wednesday and Thursday before they return to Vancouver for an event in the City of Glass on Friday.

The pair are then expected to travel home to California on Friday afternoon to be reunited with their children Archie, five, and Lilibet, two.

The Duke and Dutchess are currently embroiled in an ongoing row over their rebranded ‘royal’ website Sussex.com – complete with Meghan’s coat of arms – which critics claim is a breach of their promise to the late Queen when they acrimoniously quit front-line royal duties.

Sources now saying the couple did not consult palace officials about using their Sussex titles.

A source close to the couple defended the use of their royal titles, saying: ‘Prince Harry and Meghan are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. That is a fact. It is their surname and family name.’

Yesterday, Meghan, 42, was forced to put out a statement defending the graphic design company that created the couple’s new website . Harry has also faced criticism over the short amount of time he spent in the UK following his father’s cancer diagnosis.

Experts have said the great Sussex relaunch is underway after poor PR caused by Spare and their Netflix documentary.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told MailOnline: ‘Lemonada isn’t a household name as Spotify, which terminated the Sussexes contract, undoubtedly is.

‘Bill Simmons, Spotify’s head of podcast innovation and monetization, labelled them “F*****g Grifters” and that contract was worth $20million.

‘Lemonada received $8million in ‘Series A funding’ in 2022 and this contract with the Sussexes company Archewell is likely to be worth only a fraction of that with Spotify.

‘Meghan’s sole podcast for Spotify, the 12-episode Archetypes, which examines how women are held back, will be distributed and she will launch a new podcast, though it is unclear when or what she will earn or if Harry will have a role.

‘In 2021 Harry and Meghan made the Time 100 most influential people. It had been expected that their next move would be something spectacular.

‘Would Meghan sign with Dior? Would they have a major coup and join with a top brand? Would she go into politics?

‘Lemonada has been called “D-list”. It is small, having been founded in 2019 by two women during the pandemic. Both had lost brothers in tragic circumstances.

‘Meghan signed with the prestigious William Morris Agency in April of last year. Nearly a year later, they’ve produced little more than a lemon.

‘Is this the only result of yesterday’s rebrand when they launched a controversial website? With polls showing their popularity in the States low, Hollywood won’t hold its breath.’

PR expert Sean O’Meara, managing director of Manchester-based agency Essential Content, told MailOnline today: ‘Lemonada doesn’t have anything close to the brand recognition that Spotify has, and Archewell, the couple’s content production brand, had to put in a bit of work to help them move past the Spotify relationship.

‘I think it’s a good partnership for both parties nonetheless. Lemonada gets a high-profile partner, Meghan gets a new platform and a fresh start.

‘What Lemonada lacks in instant name recognition and category leadership, it makes up for in other ways.

‘It’s female-founded, gives a platform to a diverse range of perspectives and from a branding point of view, it’s far more closely aligned with how Meghan wants to be perceived.

‘Lemonada has produced podcasts with the likes of Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Samantha Bee and SuChin Pak, so they’re established with certain audiences already.

‘There’s obviously a little bit of pride to swallow when a partnership with a giant like Spotify ends, but the Archewell team can frame this quite easily to her advantage.

‘It’s a bit like when a band gets dropped by a major record label and then signs up with a cool indie label.

‘She’ll be swapping corporate clout for the prestige and authenticity of going with an indie.’

Harry’s dash to Britain began with an overnight British Airways flight from LAX that touched down in London just after 2pm on February 6.

Once there, he was taken to Clarence House for a meeting with his cancer-stricken father that lasted just 30 minutes and didn’t include his stepmother Queen Camilla.

The 39-year-old then spent the night in a hotel before catching a Delta flight back to LA – less than 24 hours after arriving.

It was claimed last week that Prince Harry ‘would have gladly accepted’ a reunion with his brother, William, but opted instead to stay in his hotel .

It’s believed William, 41, is remaining focused on tending to his wife, Kate, who is recovering from her abdominal surgery and is taking extended leave from public duties until after Easter

Harry popped up next in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Friday where he was a presenter at the NFL Honors Awards – a televised gala held at Sin City’s vast Resorts World hotel.

Presenting the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award to the Pittsburgh Steeler’s Cameron Heyward, he cracked a joke about rugby – telling the crowd: ‘I really love how you stole rugby from us and made it your own.

‘Instead of passing it backwards, just pass it forwards. Why not wear pads and helmets? Of course.

‘Have an offense and a defense – that makes sense. Why not take a breather every 15 seconds? And you know what? Instead of a 10-month season, let’s make it 18 weeks. Genius.’

Despite his chipper demeanor onstage, Harry was later pictured looking glum in the hotel’s underground parking lot and didn’t stick around to see the Kansas City Chief’s beat the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.

On Monday came the couple’s relaunched website with Harry’s 358-word biography emphasizing his environmental credentials – despite his penchant for using private jets.

The couple replaced their Archewell webpage with a site called Sussex.com that includes their biographies and lists their recent activities.

Meghan’s longer bio played up her credentials as a philanthropist but made only one mention of her acting past and none of the Royal family.

Critics said the website is an attempt to monetize the couple’s royal connections leading to a new round of calls for the duo to have their titles removed, including from Meghan’s biographer Tom Bower.

‘This includes: The Archewell Foundation, Archewell Productions, patronages, ventures, and organizations which receive the support of the couple, individually and/or together.’

The new-look Sussex.com also made much of Harry’s Invictus Games initiative which returns next year with a snow sports edition in Whistler.

During the trip, the couple will meet competitors from the US, Canada, France, Ukraine and Nigeria, among others, at a training camp in the resort.

Critics said the website is an attempt to monetize the couple’s royal connections leading to a new round of calls for the duo to have their titles removed, including from Meghan’s biographer Tom Bower.

One said: ‘They are going to have real trouble with the use of Sussex. It is a royal title and if there is any hint of commercialism about this it will be shut down. It’s just staggering they cannot see how gauche it is.’

Meanwhile, The Daily Mirror reported that the couple did not consult palace officials before launching the new site.

The Sun newspaper also said that Harry faced claims that the crest used was out of date, after he became son of the monarch last year.

Mail columnists Sarah Vine and Andrew Pierce believe the couple should be stripped of their titles to stop them shamelessly profiting off the Royal family.

Without the Royal family, Ms Vine said, Harry would simply be a ‘slightly thick, balding ex-soldier’ while Meghan would be a ‘moderately attractive, not very successful ex-actress’.

Queen Camilla has been installed as an honorary liveryman  of the Worshipful Company of Fan Makers in her first engagement since returning to London with King Charles.

The royal, 76, was joined by the Duchess of Gloucester, who was made an honorary liveryman in 2005,  in the pair’s first joint engagement.

Opting for a black dress, the queen met with the Clerk of the Worshipful Company of Fan Makers, Mrs Claire Chitty, and the Master of the Worshipful Company of Fan Makers, Mr Peter Dove, ahead of a ceremony at Clarence House.

Camilla shook hands with the clerks while adorning a red and gold robe.

It comes as Camilla and King Charles were seen returning to London today for more cancer treatment after his first public appearance at Sandringham.

The 75-year-old monarch landed at Clarendon House in the royal helicopter after spending a week in Norfolk resting following the shock announcement.

He was pictured with his wife Queen Camilla by his side as the royal couple were driven to nearby Clarence House.

It is thought that the King will hold face-to-face meetings in London this week despite his ongoing cancer treatment.

He will spend a day or so in the capital, as his trip is likely to overlap with his medical appointments.

Charles was pictured walking to church at Sandringham with Camilla on Sunday, the first time he had been seen in public since he began regular treatments.

On Saturday he broke his silence for the first time as he sent his heartfelt thanks for the messages of support and said he was ‘heartened’ to hear his experience is inspiring others up and down the country to get themselves checked.

The letter, signed by Charles R, read: ‘I would like to express my most heartfelt thanks for the many messages of support and good wishes I have received in recent days.

‘As all those who have been affected by cancer will know, such kind thoughts are the greatest comfort and encouragement.

‘It is equally heartening to hear how sharing my own diagnosis has helped promote public understanding and shine a light on the work of all those organisations which support cancer patients and their families across the UK and wider world.

‘My lifelong admiration for their tireless care and dedication is all the greater as a result of my own personal experience.’

Charles announced last week he was postponing all public duties while he undergoes treatment for an unspecified cancer, found by doctors while he was being treated for his benign enlarged prostate.

But the King is well enough to hold a limited number of face-to-face meetings, sources say.

The Queen has been carrying out her royal diary of engagements and last week said her husband was doing ‘extremely well under the circumstances’.

She said the King, who underwent his first bout of cancer treatment last week, had been ‘very touched’ by all the messages of support he has received from the public.

On Thursday she made a five-hour car journey from her husband’s side at Sandringham to Wiltshire to the charity musical evening at Salisbury Cathedral, after the local helipad flooded.

The King appeared to be in high spirits while attending a service at St Mary Magdalene Church.

He smiled and waved at a crowd of more than 100 well-wishers as he visited the Sandringham Estate Chapel alongside his Camilla, 76, before being greeted by rev Canon Paul Williams.

Wearing his signature long brown coat and using an umbrella as a walking stick, the King strolled at his usual brisk pace for the 11am service at the Norfolk estate.

Crowds, who gathered to show the couple support following Charles’ diagnosis watched on from behind locked gates, said he ‘seemed like he was doing really well’.

Andy Frost, 48, of Cromer, Norfolk, who was in the crowd, said: ‘The King really didn’t look too bad when you think of what he has been going through.

‘We normally come here about two or three times a year to visit Sandringham House, but today we thought we would come and see how the King is. He was walking very well, and actually looked better than I thought he would. It was lovely to see him.’

Mr Frost’s wife Eileen added: ‘He looked quite well. He waved at everyone and seemed like he was doing really well.’

Laura Barron of Sunbury, Surrey, who was with her son Hugo, eight, and eight-month-old daughter Beth said: ‘We are on holiday in the area, so we thought we would come to see the King.

‘He was walking along normally, and he really looked better than I thought he would. We didn’t get very close, but he certainly looks smart and able to walk confidently.’

Buckingham Palace confirmed last week Charles, who only acceded to the throne 17 months ago, does not have prostate cancer, saying only that he has a ‘form of cancer’.

He was diagnosed after a ‘separate issue of concern was noted’ and was investigated while he was being treated for his benign enlarged prostate.

Friends revealed last week that ‘workaholic’ Charles will most likely be spending his time indulging in two of his favourite hobbies – walking and water painting – while trying to take it easy.

All public engagements have been cancelled but those close to the monarch joked that he will continue to work through his ‘red boxes’ of paperwork ‘before he’s had his boiled egg in the morning.’

A friend told the Mail: ‘Boredom will be one of the hardest things for him.’

Another said the King will likely to spend some his time listening to his beloved records of the late Canadian singer Leonard Cohen, specifically the poetic song Take This Waltz, which he has described as ‘very moving’.
