This is the hilarious moment a man fell straight through his trampoline into a puddle of water while trying to get his dog to bounce with him.

The blunder, which was captured on a CCTV camera at home in Buckingham, involved 26-year-old Charlie Bond trying to teach his dog how to use the gardening device.

He runs through the garden before jumping on the little 15 year old trampoline.

His pup watches as he tries to jump onto his knees, but the force causes the material to split in two and he quickly disappears into the cold water below.

The dog looks on in confusion and his two other puppies also run over to get a closer look. Charlie was not injured, but did get soaked.

His mother Samantha Hunter, 55, was away with family when she was informed of the shocking blunder.

The accountant said: ‘He tried to get the puppy to jump with him, but the trampoline is about 15 years old!

‘In the winter it’s actually full of water, so there was about half a meter of water under it. He fell straight on his stomach!’

She added: “We were out at the time and he sent us a video of himself drenched in the torn trampoline.

‘So I looked at the CCTV camera and laughed so much. We were skiing at the time and no one could watch it without laughing!

‘Luckily he was fine, but the puppy looked a little worried for a moment. He just couldn’t believe he had experienced it.’

The hilarious moment comes just after a new study from experts at ELTE University in Budapest revealed the top three signs your dog is ‘gifted’.

This includes the ability to learn a new toy name in just 30 minutes, as well as the ability to master as many as 50 names over the course of two years.

Previous studies have shown that certain dogs can learn new words after hearing them just four times, putting them on the same level as a two-year-old child.

Border Collies in particular are known as one of the most ‘gifted’ breeds, although the skill is also found in other dog breeds.

The death toll is expected to climb today after a 14-storey tower block in Spain was gutted by an uncontrollable inferno, with experts blaming its flammable cladding in a tragedy reminiscent of London’s Grenfell Tower disaster of 2017.

At least four people were confirmed killed last night and a further 19 were missing, feared dead, despite the heroic efforts of firefighters who braved the raging fire to haul trapped residents from their balconies.

The apartment block in Valencia caught fire at around 5.30pm on Thursday, trapping some of the more than 400 residents in the complex in their homes before it continued to rage on into the early hours of Friday morning.

Dramatic footage shows a man jumping several floors onto an inflatable mat to escape the raging fire, while other homeowners were seen awaiting rescue on their terraces as the flames closed in around them.

One couple, seen in footage being hauled to safety by firefighters, were later pictured being taken for treatment by emergency workers, seemingly not too badly hurt.

Witnesses described how the fire engulfed the entire block ‘like cork’, with the flames spreading ‘in a matter of minutes’ and moving through the main tower and then into an adjoining building,

Spain’s TVE public television said there were more than 130 flats in the building which was rapidly ‘reduced to a skeleton’.

As the sun rose on Friday, firefighters were preparing to enter the building to begin the grim task of going door-to-door in the search for bodies. Crews were still tackling the blaze, but said it was ‘controlled’.

The apartment block, in the Campanar area of the port city, was covered with highly-flammable polyurethane cladding, which experts have blamed for its rapid destruction.

The material is legal but no longer widely used after it was linked to the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire, with an inquiry into the disaster being told that polyurethane and other combustible materials had been used in the building.

If cladding is to blame in this case, it could be the first fire of its kind in Spain, according to an engineer who previously surveyed the building.

Firefighters said last night that they do not expect any of the missing to have survived the blaze – the cause of which is currently unclear.

Town hall officials had earlier said 19 people were unaccounted for but the number later rose to 20.

The official death toll is not expected to rise until later today when fire crews and other emergency responders are able to access the inside of the apartment block.

Jorge Suarez, sub-director of emergencies for the regional Valencian government, said last night that 14 people including at least six firefighters had been injured in the blaze.

Confirming fears there would be fatalities, he said: ‘We have to confirm the worst of the hypotheses that were on the table.

‘Four people have died. We can now confirm that but we can’t give out any more information at the moment.

‘Firefighters are still working exclusively outside the building on tasks related to extinguishing the blaze.

‘The characteristics of the building make it impossible to carry out any such work inside the structure so the work being done at the moment is focused on cooling down the outside and that’s going to be the focus over the next few hours.

‘I can’t say at the moment when they’re going to be able to go inside the building.’

Confirming earlier reports firefighters had sighted four bodies after they put up a drone, he added: ‘The information on the four fatalities is based on visual information we have.’ Two of the bodies were seen on a terrace, and the others on a floor.

Authorities confirmed that 14 people had been injured, among them nine men aged between 25 and 57, four women aged between 27 and 81, and a seven-year-old boy.

Twelve of them are understood to remain in hospital, as of midnight last night.

More details began to emerge this morning of the miracle rescue of a couple trapped on the seventh-floor in images that went around the world.

The man and woman were trapped on their seventh-floor balcony for almost two hours before being plucked to safety by firefighters in cherry pickers.

They covered their faces with scarves and woolly hats to protect themselves from the flames, smoke and intense heat.

At one point they were even filmed trying to jump over a partition wall separating their balcony from their neighbour’s terrace before being dissuaded by the fire crews trying to reach them who focused on dousing the outside of their flat with water to try to keep the flames away and make reaching them possible.

The couple were heard shouting for help as their rescuers tried to calm them down and darkness descended on the area.

They were plucked to safety around 8pm, with onlookers fearing a fatal outcome cheering as they were brought to the ground.

They received emergency medical attention following their rescue but are not thought to have needed hospital treatment.

Their whereabouts this morning was unknown. Other survivors are being put up in hotels or staying with family and friends.

Construction began on the building in 2005 and it was completed around 2009, with the construction company boasting at the time that it was built with ‘the highest quality materials’.

More than 20 fire crews were involved in tackling last night’s blaze, with their efforts being hampered by the wind and soaring temperatures of the fire.

Witnesses said that firefighters managed to rescue several people, including a father and daughter, teenage boy and a couple, from their balconies.

Speaking to EFE, Esther Puchades, who is deputy head of Valencia’s Industrial Engineers Association (COGITI), blamed the building’s cladding for the fire’s ferocity and said that the tragedy may mark ‘a turning point’ in Spain.

Images recalled the London disaster in June 2017 when a fire ripped through Grenfell Tower, a 24-storey high-rise in the west of the British capital, killing 72 people.

The blaze spread rapidly due to the highly combustible cladding on the block’s outside walls. A public inquiry into the disaster is still ongoing.

Speaking to Valencian TV on Thursday, Puchades explained that when construction began on the now destroyed building, ‘the bad reputation of polyurethane was not so widespread’ as it is now, in the wake of Grenfell and other disasters around the world.

‘Today it is not used, at least not in that way,’ she added, referring to increased safety measures around its usage in Spain.

Engineer David Higuera also told Spanish newspaper El País that the building’s cladding may have been the cause of the rapid spread of the fire.

The material is ‘very good at insulating against heat and cold, but very combustible,’ he said.

Dozens of residents were pictured watching on in horror tonight as their homes were destroyed in front of their eyes.

A resident who lives on the second floor of the building told TV channel La Sexta that ‘the fire spread in a matter of 10 minutes’ after it broke out.

He speculated that material on the facade of the building may have enabled the flames to move through the building so quickly.

A resident who lives in the building opposite told RNE radio what she saw when the fire broke out.

‘At first the fire came out of the balconies and parts of the facade fell down,’ she said, adding that wind had blown parts of the cladding off in recent years and that it had needed to be repaired.

Spain’s TVE public television said there were more than 130 flats in the building.

Television images showed the entire facade of the building ablaze as burning segments fell to the pavement below and small explosions were heard inside.

A woman who runs a nearby flower shop told public television the building was no more than 14 years old and had more than 100 flats, all of which were occupied.

‘What caused the fire to spread was mostly the wind,’ she said, describing scenes of ‘chaos’ as the blaze took hold, snarling traffic and sending clouds of smoke everywhere.

A field hospital was set up near the scene in case possible victims required treatment.

‘Please stay away from the area of the fire to let the emergency services do their work,’ Valencia’s mayor Maria Jose Catala wrote on X.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said he was ‘shocked by the terrible fire’ and was in contact with the mayor and the region’s leader ‘to offer whatever help they needed’ and extending his condolences to everyone affected by the blaze.

The Spanish Royal family sent their support to emergency services and added: ‘Our hearts are with the Valencians.’

Most of us think true love or great sex happens after a chance meeting with strangers. Wrong.

Recent research shows most relationships are born out of strong friendships. ‘We were friends first’, is the most common response people now give when asked how their relationship started.

Most prefer it that way. Studies show it’s considered far more appealing than locking eyes across a bar or swiping on dating apps.

It’s a scenario played out in the new Netflix hit series One Day, based on David Nicholls’s bestseller of the same name, where supposedly platonic friends spend years locked in a will-they, won’t-they dance.

Find you’re looking at your best friend differently? You might not be alone, but you are still putting the friendship at risk if you decide to take things further.

One Day’s Emma and Dexter are locked in a will-they, won’t-they relationship that spans two decades

Make no mistake: the minute you put your feelings out there, you cross the line. There’s no going back.

If they don’t feel the same, there will be an incredibly awkward transition period where you both try to reconcile what just happened. Or it becomes too cringe-inducing and the friendship withers and dies.

Is there a way to make a move and retain your dignity? Here’s my take on some classic situations.

HE SEES YOU PURELY AS A FRIEND

If you’re nodding your head to pretty much all the statements below, your answer is crystal clear. Do not proceed past go!

• He’s super friendly to your boyfriends and makes a real effort to get to know them. There’s not an ounce of jealousy.

• He never invades your personal space and stands at a respectful distance.

• He introduces you to others very clearly as his friend.

• You’ve known him for years and he’s never once given a sign he’d like more. Even shy people give something away.

• He never flirts with you – and doesn’t flirt back if you attempt to.

• He looks uncomfortable when you compliment him. If he was keen, he’d be lapping them up and returning the favour.

• He asks your advice about girls he wants to ask out.

• He confides how much he likes/loves his girlfriend or reveals a major crush on someone else.

• You only ever hang out in groups. If he was interested in more, he’d make sure you were alone now and then.

• He’s interested in your attractive friends or eyes up your sister.

• He treats you like one of the guys. If he treats you the same as his male friends, he doesn’t see you as a potential partner.

• He never texts first. The initial text is always sent by you.

• He makes no effort with his appearance around you. The guy who’s proud of his six-pack but doesn’t try to flaunt it around you is not interested in getting naked.

HE WANTS TO JUMP IN BED WITH YOU

‘There’s never been anything other than friendship between me and my best male friend but he’s very flirtatious. He makes lots of comments about how sexy I look, and I see him checking me out when he thinks I’m not looking. Do you think he’s sexually attracted to me?’

Quite probably, yes! Saying you look great is one thing, saying you look sexy quite another. It’s one step further than most friends will go, if they do have you firmly in that basket. Doing an appreciative body scan when they think you aren’t watching is another definite giveaway.

Friends who’d like to become friends-with-benefits will find any excuse to touch you. It might be playful, but they never miss the opportunity. Also watch for prolonged eye contact and face searching: their eyes will roam your face if you’re in close contact to see if you’re also having lusty thoughts.

If the sexual chemistry between you is sizzling, other friends might pick up on it and make ‘get a room’ comments (totally different from them saying they have a crush on you, by the way).

SECRET SIGNS:

Look closer for the signals his body is subconsciously sending.

Take a good look when he next flirts with you. If he’s sexually attracted, his pupils will be large and dilated when he’s close to your face; his lips will look red and swollen. He might spread his legs while sitting opposite you (hopefully dressed!), to give what’s called a ‘crotch display’. He’s subconsciously letting you have a good look at what’s on offer.

Watch for the ‘flirting triangle’. Eye movement studies show we look at different parts of other people’s faces depending on the situation and level of attractiveness. When looking at strangers, we make a small triangle by moving our eyes from eye to eye, dipping them as they move across the bridge of the nose. The more attracted we are to someone, the bigger the triangle becomes, dropping below the mouth to include the breasts and even lower to include the genitals.

Eye to eye contact becomes fast, furious, and constant, seconded by long periods spent staring at the mouth. (No prizes for guessing why.)

HOW TO MAKE YOUR MOVE

Think before you pounce. Motive is everything here. When friends become lovers, it’s often because one of you is wanting a relationship rather than just sex. Be clear on what you want before taking it any further. Don’t sleep with them if you know they’re secretly in love with you and there is no chance you’ll ever feel the same.

Change what you do together. If you normally walk around the park or work out together, go for a drink. Organise something that requires a group of you to stay overnight and make sure you or he don’t share a room (unless it’s together!).

Dress differently. Ditch the jeans and sweatshirt for a sexy dress. Old school advice but there’s a reason they always include that scene where the woman emerges in the slinky dress in rom-coms. It makes him look at you differently.

Grab him and kiss him. Like properly kiss him: hard and sexily. If he responds, that’s all you need to do, he’ll take the lead from there. If he’s not a close friend and you aren’t too concerned about the effect on the friendship, let nature take its course.

But if you are great mates, it’s wise to let them know exactly what’s on offer before you get naked. A simple, ‘I’ve wanted to be friends-with-benefits’ for ages. What do you think? Shall we be friends who have sex now and then?’. If they’re likely to misinterpret your advance as a declaration of love, this will let them know exactly what you’re up for. If you want more, say, ‘Just so you know, it’s not just your body I’m interested in’.

HE’S IN LOVE WITH YOU

‘I’ve been in love with my best friend for about a year. I think it’s reciprocal but neither of us are making a move. Is there a way of doing it and not looking like an idiot if I’m wrong?’

Yes – but first, let’s make sure you’re reading the situation correctly. People aren’t very good at hiding their feelings. When we’ve fallen for someone, we flirt, smile broadly, touch, look, compliment. Their body will point towards you, they’ll find it hard to stop looking at you and have to wrench their gaze away. (One exception: if he’s shy, he’ll avert his eyes for fear of you guessing his true feelings.)

If it’s obvious, chances are someone else has noticed. Do other people ask if you’re dating or see a connection? Not your friends (they’re biased and you’ve probably told them you want more) but his friends, casual acquaintances (parents – yours, theirs or of other friends – are particularly astute about things like this).

It’s a green light if your friends tell you he talks about you all the time. Another key sign: you spend a lot of time together – especially if it’s just the two of you and you’ve both intentionally orchestrated it that way.

SECRET SIGNS:

Look beyond the obvious…

He doesn’t like talking about your boyfriends or doesn’t think they are good enough for you. If he looks unhappy or annoyed when you turn up with a new love interest, pay attention. If he constantly undermines a love interest, pointing out their bad points, could be he wants you for himself.

He’ll act nervous about you. He’ll stumble over his words, blush if he does something silly, run his hands through his hair, rip the serviette into shreds. Even confident people get twitchy if they’re out of their comfort zone.

He’ll tease you. Playful teasing is a very male way of showing interest: it’s how men show affection to each other.

He goes out of his way to help you. You need help moving house, fixing something, your phone’s not working properly? If he jumps to attention every time, he’s letting you know you can count on him: he wants you to feel special.

He remembers details about you. He’ll recall something you said six months ago that you’ve long forgotten. He notices if you change your appearance, your new phone case. He’s paying attention because he’s into you.

He performs ‘ownership’ gestures – like lending you his coat or sweater. Few guys would be happy to return from the bar to find their girlfriend’s dress covered by another guy’s jacket. It’s a protective, sexy gesture that says ‘what’s mine is yours’; something that’s been close to his skin is now close to yours. It smelled of him to begin with; it’ll smell of you when you return it.

MAKE YOUR MOVE

You’ve got a lot to lose here. Which is why you need to ditch those romantic daydreams for a minute and…

Think logically. You know each other well, so should have a good idea of what they’re about. Ask yourself: Are they likely to reciprocate my feelings (have you seen real signs of attraction or is it wishful thinking?). Do other people (you think have good judgement) agree there’s a chance they’ll feel the same way? Are you both single? Are you both looking for the same kind of relationship? Do you have a lot in common and want the same things from life?

Finally, and most crucially: how will I feel if they don’t feel the same way? Hurt, embarrassed, humiliated – it’s not pleasant being rejected. Even if they’re happy to continue the friendship, you might find it excruciatingly awkward. Are you willing to risk the friendship to let them know how you really feel?

That’s a yes to all those questions? The next thing to do is…

Step up the flirting. This one only works if you already kiss each other goodbye, albeit on the cheeks. The next time you say goodbye, hold his hand and pull him close, then give his hand a squeeze as you’re kissing him. Plant a kiss, dead centre, on the lips, making it last between two and three seconds. Pull back slightly, keeping your face close to theirs, then kiss them again very quickly (but hard). Pull back, look them straight in the eye, squeeze their hand, and let go.

If they’re interested, it’ll give them a green light. If they’re not, it’ll seem like an overly affectionate goodbye.

It’s OK if they look a bit stunned: they’re digesting the subliminal (or not, depending on how into it you were) message you’ve just sent. Check out their pupil size (the bigger, the better). Do they look flushed and red and put a hand to their mouth or bite their lips? (All are good signs.)

If they quickly meet your eyes, they’re checking they’ve read the situation correctly. You’ve created a moment when anything seems possible. Sit back and see what happens next.

Throw it out there – subtly. ‘My Mum asked me if we were dating last night. I told her no, but I wonder what made her say that?’. Smile cheekily and look directly into their eyes. If it’s never occurred to them or the idea doesn’t appeal, they’ll immediately come back with, ‘God, I have no idea. That’s just weird!’. If they are, they’ll smile back and say, ‘I don’t know. What do you think?’.

Another great way to put your feelings out there without risking too much: Say, ‘Do you know, I used to have a big crush on you’. If they’re not interested, it sounds like something you did feel, not how you feel now. But if they are, it gives them a green light to admit they did too – and still do.

Once you’ve planted the seed, back off and give them time to think about it. You’ve flashed the green light; let’s see if they move forward.

Ask a mutual good friend you trust to make discreet enquiries. ‘Danni is so pretty, don’t you think? I’ve often thought you two would make such a great couple. Have you ever thought about her that way?’. Sometimes, love remains unrequited because it simply hasn’t occurred to the other person to view them differently.

What absolutely DOESN’T work is mutual friends constantly gossiping about how great you’d be together and trying to force things. He’s not going to become your boyfriend just because everyone else thinks he should. If anything, it’ll make him back off, not move forward.

Tried a few of these tricks and still nothing?

Know when to give up. I had a friend (years ago), who used to turn me into a quivering heap just looking at him. We were great mates, so I knew he was a self-confessed commitment-phobe. ‘But that wouldn’t apply to me, though, would it?’, I’d kid myself. He constantly flirted with me and the idea of a relationship and played emotional yo-yo for months.

He never stopped, come to think of it. The difference was, I didn’t notice any more because I put him firmly in the ‘friend’ basket and left him there.

A couple are outraged after an estate agent made them jump through a series of bizarre hoops to make an offer on a house – before brutally rejecting them.

Sydney woman Maddie Langshaw, 25, and her fiancé Ante Jungbluth Miocic, 30, have been looking for a house on the NSW Central Coast for months.

They found the perfect property online, but couldn't visit because they both work long hours and weekend shifts in the marketing industry.

Mrs Langshaw asked her parents to inspect it, and they came back with rave reviews and suggested it would be the perfect purchase for their daughter.

But the real estate agent refused to sell the couple until they met a series of requirements, including driving an hour to inspect the property themselves.

He then had the audacity to ask them to write a “love letter” about the house to the deceased homeowner's daughter, explaining how perfect it was and what their future plans were as a couple.

Maddie Langshaw, 25, and her fiancé Ante Jungbluth Miocic, 30, who live in Sydney, have been looking for property on NSW's Central Coast for months

The couple made an offer – before it was rejected – which provoked a mixed reaction of anger and shock and left them feeling like they had been 'played'.

Mrs Langshaw grew up in poverty and has been saving for a house since she was 14, but says she is now losing hope of ever owning a property.

'I've been pretty beat up ever since. It gets really tiring,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

The couple said they were on the phone to Mrs Langshaw's parents during the inspection.

“They said it was structurally sound, that we could do a lot with it and that it was under budget,” says Ms Langshaw.

The couple texted the agent with their offer the same day before calling back.

He said the house belonged to a deceased man and his daughter was the seller.

“He said she wouldn't sell to us unless we saw the house face to face,” Mrs. Langshaw said.

“We fell for it because we knew the woman would have a personal connection if it was her father's house.”

Maddie has been saving for a house down payment since she started working at age 14, after seeing both of her parents struggle to buy a house later in life.

The couple was out running errands but immediately jumped in their car and drove an hour north after the real estate agent said he had a dinner date and couldn't meet them later.

“Maybe I'm naive because I thought he was a real guy,” Ms Langshaw said.

“He said he had a good relationship with the owner, had sold previous properties for him and had a personal connection.”

Ms Langshaw found herself in tears at the stories the officer told as they “touched my heart deeply” and reminded her of losing her grandfather at the age of 19.

“I was invested at that moment,” she said.

Ms Langshaw said the agent spoke to the couple as if they already owned the house, telling them their offer was the best.

“He said, 'Guys, you could cut down this tree. You could expand there,'” she said.

“As we were leaving, he told us our offer was great. But told us that we had to write a letter to the owner about what our vision for the property is, about our future and about us.

“He said the seller wants to know. We thought it was strange, but it was her father's house and we really wanted it.”

The agent insisted that they inspect the property so they were connected to it, had them write a personal letter about what their plans for the house were, their future plans and who they are. He also told them that their bid had reached the 'top score', but then told them to bid more

The couple spent an hour on the letter and said it was so personal that they did not want to make its contents public.

The potential home buyers submitted the letter with their offer – and then the real estate agent went silent.

The couple said they had not received a confirmation email and decided to call the real estate agent first on Monday, but he did not answer the phone.

“He finally called and said, 'I thought you were going to send a higher offer after I saw it on Saturday,'” Ms Langshaw said.

The agent then gave them an amount and told them to make an offer “north” of it, prompting the couple to add an additional $5,000 to their offer.

Ms Langshaw and Mr Miocic were stunned after they received a phone call informing them that the house had been sold to another buyer – who had offered $5,000 more.

“We offered more but he didn't tell us or give us the chance,” Ms Langshaw said.

The news was a blow to the couple, who are already struggling with high rent payments, with the cost of their one-bedroom apartment increasing by $100 next week.

'We can't even enter the market. We have a deposit, we have approval, but we are being messed with,” Ms Langshaw said.

She said she had been saving since she was a teenager and encouraged her partner to do the same after they met a few years ago.

'I come from a single-parent family. I watched both my parents struggle to buy a house in their late 30s and 40s,” Ms Langshaw said.

“I wanted to trap myself.”

Originally from the Central Coast, Ms Langshaw moved to Sydney at the age of 21 for her career, and sacrificed a lot for her down payment, including living in shared houses.

But she loves the place where she grew up.

The couple, who both work long hours and many weekends in marketing, had their hopes dashed when the agent ghosted them, eventually informing them that the house had been sold to someone else.

'When we recently got engaged, I wanted to move back because we started thinking about our future and possible children and we wanted to be close to my parents, surrounded by family – and have a garden.'

Ray White Parramatta wealth and sales director Amir Jahan told Daily Mail Australia he suspects the agent was using a delaying tactic on the couple.

'Some officers want to buy time. The reason for this is that if their first bid fails, they have a backup buyer,” he said.

“It sounds like as soon as the first offer came through, they screwed over the second buyer.”

He said he would never tell buyers to write a letter about themselves or that they would come and inspect it if they were satisfied.

'It's a basic process. Yes to accept. No to decline. We respect the buyer with every offer we receive.

'It's a lot of money for any buyer. It's money they've saved all their lives.

'As a real estate agent, it doesn't matter if it is a high or low offer, real estate agents must inform the owner of all offers or interested parties.'

Mr Jahan suspects that the agent probably made a high offer and was only taking advantage of the couple.

“He made them wait until he saw what would happen to the first buyer,” he said.

Tim McKibbin, CEO of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, told Daily Mail Australia he has never heard of an estate agent asking a potential buyer to write such a letter.

'It's extremely unusual. “I've been in the industry for more years than I can remember, and I've never heard of this,” he said.

“If it is a condition of the seller, the agent has an obligation to pass on the request [to write a letter]but it is very unusual.'

Mr McKibbin said the moral of the story was 'you have nothing until you trade in' – and advises buyers to trade as soon as possible after doing their due diligence.

“And that also applies if it's a first home buyer or someone buying the MLC building in Sydney.”

Dancing On Ice host Holly Willoughby apologised in case she accidentally said a ‘naughty word’ at the start of Sunday’s Dancing On Ice.

After a few celebrities had performed, she said of an interaction with her co-host Stephen Mulhern: ‘A little bit earlier on, Stephen may have made me jump and I think it might have sounded like a naughty word slipped out.

‘I don’t think I did but I’m sorry if that’s what you thought you might have heard but I don’t think I did.

‘I’ll watch it back on ITV Player because that’s where you can watch these things back.’

She went on to blame Stephen for the possible mishap, insisting it was his fault for ‘being so naughty’.

And someone else commented: ‘People saying Holly was swearing but here’s me who didn’t hear a thing.’

Holly looked sensational as she returned to screens for the latest instalment of Dancing On Ice on Sunday.

The television presenter, 42, put on a busty display as she wore a £1,800 black velvet maxi dress with white bows and cut out detail by Rasario.

Broadcaster Holly’s garment featured a front split which left her legs on show and she wore a pair of black Jimmy Choo heels to complete her look.

Holly took to her Instagram page to share a snap of herself before this weekend’s live Movie Week episode aired.

She captioned her post: ‘Let’s go to the Movies… it’s movie week on @dancingonice… You are in for a treat! See you soon. Dress by @rasario, shoes by @jimmychoo, jewellery by @susannahlovisjewellers.’

It comes after it was reported Holly is being eyed-up for presenting roles in the US after making her way back on to UK screens.

The TV host quit her regular job on This Morning last year amid a plot to kidnap and murder her but she returned to the airwaves this month on Dancing On Ice.

It is now claimed she could head over to America for work, with the star hopeful it will also boost her lifestyle brand.

An insider told The Sun: ‘Holly’s a free agent and for the first time in years she’s free to be courted by these huge streaming platforms.

‘A number of US networks and production companies have been interested in her for a while and she’s caught the attention of some major brands.

‘She has true star pulling power and as well as being glamorous she is a polished professional in front of the camera. It’s an exciting time in her career.’

It is claimed Holly is hoping to use any boost of exposure in the United States to push her lifestyle brand Wylde Moon, which has been compared to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop.

The source added: ‘Holly has made it no secret that she is following the Gwyneth Paltrow brand model. Launching herself Stateside could make those dreams a reality.’

MailOnline has contacted a representative for Holly for comment.

It comes after it was reported Holly is in the running to host a new jungle-based show with Bear Grylls for Netflix.

It is claimed Holly has been approached about fronting the series which will see celebrity contestants pitted against survival expert Bear.

Mark Wahlberg showed off his chiseled physique in a video shared to his Instagram account on Monday.

In the clip, the 52-year-old artist remained topless as he prepared for an ice bath, which he prepared by dumping several buckets of ice into his tub.

The actor – who recently showed off his sculpted body during a holiday trip in Barbados – also left a quick message in the caption of his post letting fans know that the tub probably 'still needs more' ice.

Wahlberg kept it casual as he wore navy blue shorts from his athleisure brand Municipal while filming the video.

The Departed star then shared a video to show his Instagram followers how he kept his body in tip-top condition on Monday afternoon.

In the video, the Academy Award-nominated artist said that despite having just gotten off a 20-hour flight, he still had to “get on.”

The Ted star covered up his toned physique with a t-shirt and athletic shorts as he worked out.

Wahlberg completed his look with a pair of socks and shoes, both from Municipal.

The actor co-founded the athleisure brand in 2020 with his manager, Stephen Levinson, and Harry Arnett.

The Boogie Nights star has since appeared in numerous promotional photos and videos for his company.

Wahlberg spoke about his brand during an interview with Rolling stone and told the media that he, as well as his collaborators, “wanted to create things that looked cool, that fit, and that felt great.”

The artist then noted that the team at Municipal wanted to provide clothing to people who wanted to improve every aspect of their lives.

“We wanted to create something that was of great value to everyone who works hard to be the best version of themselves,” he said.

'[We] lost the funding, but everyone [had] left their jobs to start the brand. And then it got real. “Everyone had to put their hands in their pockets and write checks,” he said.

The actor added that he had maintained a high level of commitment to his various entrepreneurial endeavors over the years.

“All the things I'm involved in, I mean, I'm involved in them. I'm not advocating these products, you know – I started the company or acquired the company,” he stated.

More than at any other time in his life, Prince Harry is at a crossroads.

His 75-year-old father goes to the hospital for surgery, his sister-in-law is in the middle of a health crisis that requires weeks of recovery, and his brother, William, has taken time away from work to care for those he needs. Loves.

Without a doubt, this is the moment where Harry becomes irrelevant – or proves himself to be the man of character we once knew him to be.

Will the Duke of Sussex step up and be the adult his family needs, or will he continue to sulk from afar?

Prince Harry was a much-loved man in Britain until the traumas of recent years

Harry has been working on Harry for years.

Everything has been seen through the lens of his own widespread suffering.

But right now it's not about him. It's not about heir or reserve, but about a person with a heart. It's up to him to show that he really cares.

We can expect a lot from this special family, but essentially we want from them what we want from each other: kindness and compassion.

It's when the great equalizer that is disease comes calling that they are most like us.

Harry is a man with great feelings. And now, as he approaches his fortieth birthday, this is the time when he must channel his emotions outward instead of inward – perhaps for the first time since his mother's death.

If he's smart, he'll jump on a plane and fly to Great Britain.

He will not complain about safety or where he might stay, but will be the man who – like thousands of people across the country every day – provides the means to be with his family in the midst of their challenges.

We know Harry has a big heart.

This is the young man who felt deeply the suffering he saw in Africa, the soldier who had the courage to fight in Afghanistan and the compassion to create the Invictus Games.

He was a much-loved man in Britain until the traumas of recent years.

Quietly and without an agenda, this is the moment when Prince Harry must grow up, put the past behind him and be there for the ones he loves.
