It looks like Whitney Port is enjoying a visit to Palm Beach, Florida, which is both business and pleasure.

And on Thursday, the reality star and entrepreneur had most of her day planned and organized, which she shared in an Instagram post.

“A journey for the soul-visiting family,” she began in the caption, along with a palm tree emoji.

She then broke down her Thursday with seven numbered elements, which started with a video of her doing cartwheels on the sand just steps away from the incoming ocean waves.

‘1. beach day in my @bondibornaustralia,” she wrote at the top of her to-do list, referencing her black bikini with white trim from Bondi Born, an Australian designer swimwear and clothing company founded by Dale McCarthy and based in Sydney, Australia.

Whitney Port, 38, gave her 1.4 million Instagram fans and followers a glimpse into her trip to Palm Beach, Florida, which appears to be a mix of business and pleasure

For the short clip, Port gets a running start that leads to the wheel, which she executes with perfection, and ends with an equally good dismount with her hands high in the air.

It seems she was inspired to do the cartwheel after swimming in the beautiful blue water for a while while still dripping wet.

The Hills alum enjoyed her lovely sunny day on the beach at the Four Seasons Resort at Palm Beach, a five-star luxury beachfront resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

‘2. Just so beautiful @fspalmbeach,” she wrote in the caption’s description of her second element on her to-do list.

This simple still video was shot behind some beautiful plants and greenery, looking out at the beach and all the crashing waves.

Port’s day then took her to a restaurant for lunch, which she marked with a photo of her husband, Tim Rosenman, sitting on a bench with a woman next to him who appears to be her mother Vicki.

‘3. Twins @crosie1 at The River Grill,” she shared for the third element, before revealing what to eat. “I got the ribs and fries.”

Then for the fourth element, she posted a photo of her beach products, which included baby oil, Minerla milk sunscreen, lip lotion and sunglasses, among others.

‘4. Essentials for a pool and beach day (and a hangover),” the City star wrote before her beach time.

After enjoying all the fun in the sun on the sand, Port posed for another video of herself on the beach, but this time she would be dressed in a white brief over her bikini.

‘5. I woke up and saw the sunset/beach fun @mymum_madeit,” she described the fifth element of her day.

The fashion designer then looked at the camera with a big smile and then posed from a few side angles.

She ended up grabbing her long blonde locks as if to put her hair in a ponytail, but instead she leaned into the camera for close-ups.

Then she wrote ‘6. Time for myself,” in the caption of a photo of her sunbathing on a lounge chain on the beach with a cold drink in her left hand.

‘7. Geriatric millennial who takes selfies in every bathroom,” she finished her to-do list, fixing her hair as she stared into the mirror in the ladies room of what was probably another restaurant during dinner.

Port first gained recognition in the original Hills series from 2006 to 2008.

She then starred in her own reality show, The City, for two seasons until it was canceled in 2010.

She has since launched her clothing line Whitney Eve and was a judge on the eighth cycle of Britain’s & Ireland’s Next Top Model.

Port would also join The Hills: New Beginnings, a reboot of the original that also stars original cast members Stephanie Pratt, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, Frankie Delgado, Jason Wahler and Justin “Bobby” Brescia.

Port and Rosenman, who started dating in 2012, celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary last November.

Are you the negative one in your friendship group or are you known for seeing the world through rose-colored glasses?

The latest challenge in optical illusion promises to help determine whether you’re bringing positivity or taking energy out of a room.

Looking at the image of the Russian artist Vladimir Kush, first ask yourself what you are looking for.

When you look at the image of the Russian artist Vladimir Kush, ask yourself: do you see the sky at first glance or are you drawn to the lips?

Some people may notice a pair of lips at first glance, while others may notice clouds in the sunlit sky.

If you saw the clouds first, it means you don’t like it drop your guard around others and constantly watch your steps when interacting with strangers.

You have a cynical side, but when you build relationships with people quite quickly, it’s just hard to earn your trust.

But if you see the red lips first, then you are kind-hearted and do their utmost for others. You are the type to help a stranger when needed, and you are sentimental and cheerful.

Another optical illusion recently shared on TikTok left several people feeling “called out” for its “accurate” portrayal of personalities and morals.

Mia – known as @mia_yilin on the social app – has a video demonstrating what hidden problems you might have depending on which of the two possible images behind the illusion you see first.

The content creator regularly posts optical illusions, puzzles and brainteasers, along with in-depth analysis, to her account for her 455,000 followers to work through.

Users around the world took to the comments below the video (which has been viewed more than 52,000 times since it was uploaded) to share what they saw.

The fun optical illusion of the ‘personality test’ shows what appears to be a stone woman, deep in thought, or a group of bright green trees growing from a rock.

The fun optical illusion of the ‘personality test’ shows what appears to be a woman of stone, deep in thought, or a group of bright green trees growing from a rock

Captioned: ‘What’s the first thing you see in this photo?’ Mia explains how seeing one of the possible images can determine your ‘hidden’ personality traits.

About the first image, she said: ‘When you see the trees for the first time, you are someone who follows the rules. Even when no one is looking, you always do the right thing and you have a huge moral conscience.

“You often find yourself going out of your way to make others happy, and you honestly wish you weren’t always so kind-hearted.”

Explaining the second image, Mia said, “When you first see the woman, you have quite low self-esteem and end up in unhealthy relationships all the time. Because subconsciously you believe that you deserve all that.

‘You lack love and appreciation for yourself and you don’t see how the world lights up with you in it. To improve your life, you must first improve your perception of yourself.”

Surprisingly, almost every TikTok user in the comments section saw the same image – the woman – leaving many feeling “personally attacked” and “called out” for agreeing with Mia’s analogy.

One commenter confirmed: “The head of a woman,” while another wrote: “I saw a woman with hair made of trees.”

Two other users agreed, with one saying: ‘I’ve seen the second one and it’s true,’ while the second wrote: ‘Unfortunately true; saw the woman.’

Surprisingly, almost every TikTok user in the comments section saw the same image – the woman – leaving many feeling ‘personally attacked’ and ‘called out’ for agreeing with Mia’s analogy

Others believed that the analogy resonated with them so much that they felt like Mia was “calling them out” on their supposedly unhealthy behavior.

One person wrote: “She just called me,” while another jokingly said: “I came here to relax, not to be attacked.”

Another user said: ‘I didn’t need to be called out like that,’ while another wrote: ‘Why are you so accurate sis?’

However, some users weren’t so convinced by the analogy, with one writing: ‘Wrong.. I saw the woman and I have a good relationship with myself. I have a lot of self-confidence because I don’t have to prove my worth to others.’

According to some experts, being too kind-hearted or too self-critical can lead to a fantastically suitable holiday – when a psychologist picked the perfect British summer holiday destinations for different personality types in June.

Food Review – The Gateway Resort, Damdama A journey of rich flavours, scenic views and more

Food Overview: We recently had the pleasure of visiting The Gateway Resort on Damdama Lake, Gurugram, and we must say, it was truly a remarkable dining experience. As a Taj property, the resort lives up to its prestigious brand status and offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Upon entering the resort, we were immediately captivated by the expansive green landscape and sprawling lawns, creating a tranquil atmosphere perfect for a getaway with family and friends.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to dine at the resort’s restaurant called Buzz, a multi-cuisine restaurant specializing in traditional North Indian and Mughlai dishes. The menu offered an extensive selection of mouth watering dishes ranging from Paneer Tikka Shashlik and Murgh Zafrani Tikka to Mutton Rogan Josh and Fish Curry. However, the culinary highlight of our experience was the Mutton Nihari.

Sheep Nihari

Led by Chef Sanjay Mathur, a seasoned Taj chef with over two decades of experience, the mutton nihari was a revelation. The meat was incredibly tender, tender and juicy, with a perfect balance of spices that sparked lively conversation at our table. The dish showcased a delicious blend of cardamom, cinnamon, chillies, bay leaves, nutmeg, yogurt and gulab jal, while the addition of saffron added an exotic and aromatic flavour. It really was a meat lover’s dream.

In addition to the remarkable Mutton Nihari, we were also treated to other mouth-watering dishes. The Dal Makhani, a velvety black lentil dish topped with cream, was rich and comforting. The Paneer Pasanda in palak curry offered a vegetarian alternative to the traditional meat pasanda, with cheese smothered in a flavorful gravy.

Paneer Pasanda

Paneer Pasanda

And of course the chicken biryani was a real highlight. Made with fragrant basmati rice, succulent chicken pieces and an array of aromatic spices, the biryani was a masterpiece in itself. Each bite was a burst of flavours, complemented by tender chicken and fluffy rice.

Chicken biryani

Chicken biryani

To complete our culinary journey, we indulged in a classic Tiramisu for dessert. The genoise cake layers brushed with espresso and filled with creamy coffee mascarpone cream were irresistible and made for a sweet conclusion to our meal.

Throughout our dining experience, The Gateway Resort staff were courteous and helpful, making sure every need was met. The combination of exceptional food, scenic surroundings and attentive service made for a memorable visit.

In addition to the excellent dining options, the resort offers a wide variety of recreational activities, including rappelling, volleyball, soccer and ziplining, further enhancing the overall experience for guests. With its 78 luxurious rooms and suites, each with scenic pool, garden or courtyard views, The Gateway Resort is undoubtedly a top choice for a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat.

Pronunciation: The Gateway Resort on Damdama Lake, Gurgaon, is a haven for foodies seeking an exceptional culinary experience. With its diverse menu of North Indian and Mughlai delights, highlighted by the unforgettable Mutton Nihari and delectable chicken biryani, this resort delivers on its promise of luxury and gastronomic delight.
