Four people were killed when two groups of villagers armed with guns and sharp of edge weapons clashed over the distribution of irrigation water at Sri Hargobindpur in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district on Sunday night. Cops rushed in but the SHO’s vehicle was hit by gunfire.
