The brunette beauty was recently left completely shocked by her latest film, The Substance, with traumatized Brits reportedly quitting and leaving the cinema just minutes after the body horror.

One cinemagoer said: “At least 20 people left my screening in Leicester Square before the end. It was brutal.

“Most people looked at it with their hands. It was the most graphic movie I have ever seen.”

Demi plays fading celeb Elisabeth Sparkle, who takes a black market drug that creates a younger version of herself, played by Margaret Qualley, 29 – but with horrific side effects.

The Ghost star knew the film would be divisive, but that didn’t stop her from signing on and proudly attending its premiere earlier this year.

When she appeared at the Toronto Film Festival in Canada, Demi looked flawless – and fans refused to believe she was 61.

On Reddit, fans were quick to praise her ‘age-defying beauty’, with one saying: “What the f**k. 61 years? She looks beautiful.

Goodbye, drink day

Demi has long been transparent about her struggles with alcohol and sobriety.

The mother opened up about her past in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar: “I don’t want to miss a moment of life, of that nature, even if it means… being in some pain.”

But not only has getting sober changed her mental health forever, it has also had a positive impact on Demi’s skin.

It turns out that your favorite alcoholic drink has lowered the levels of antidiuretic hormones in your system – a substance that gives your skin a healthy glow and hydration.

What could be better than a relaxing massage at the end of a long working week? But your face can benefit too – and at 61, Demi is living proof of that.

After following her usual skin care routine, Demi rubs a stone across her jawline, up to her cheekbones, along her forehead and down her neck.

“You work through all the tension in your face,” the A-lister explained.

“It activates blood flow in your skin. If you’re over 50 and feel like your skin is falling to the floor, this is an incredible boost.”

It all starts from within

During a chat with fellow star Gwyneth Paltrow, Demi dropped a knowledge bomb and revealed her best skincare tip: taking care of yourself from the inside out.

“But I definitely think beauty starts from within,” the celebrity said on the Good panel.

“You can do anything you want on the outside, but if the inside doesn’t look or feel good, then I don’t know if anything you do on the outside is going to be good enough.”
