Her latest revelation combines the two as she revealed the food she swears by because it maintains her impressive physique.

Andrea, grandmother of two teenagers, revealed she eats a whopping 5,400 eggs a year to stay super fit.

The 55-year-old said she even takes the smelly snack on dates.

She credited the bizarre diet hack with keeping him ripped; say that she used to eat 150 eggs a month.

But now she has done her best: she scoffs at 15 a day, 450 a month and 5,400 a year.

And to keep up with her strict snack routine, she even takes them on dates.

“My dates just laugh, like most people do,” the fitness influencer and life coach said What’s the jam.

“Usually the people I date are in the same field as me or are very fitness active.

“They understand that someone like me has to follow some rules every now and then.

“If I’m away from home for a while, I put my eggs in a Tupperware or zipper bag and take them with me – wherever I go.

“I have to stick to my routine and I’m not about to give that up for anyone.

“Plus, they’re the ones who asked me out – and I always end up having a second date.

“If she, or anyone else, hates the smell – from the eggs or from me after I eat them – I’ve never heard of it, and no one has ever complained.

“I think some of them are actually excited about it.”

Andréa, who previously admitted to providing more than 800 people with bedding, says she spends as much as €2,700 annually on the protein source.

Benefits of eating eggs

Eggs are a good source of high-quality protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. A medium egg provides 6.4 grams of protein.

They contain 13 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, which helps with bone health and the immune system.

Egg yolks contain lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants that may help reduce the risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.

They also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

And despite eating them three times a day, she says she’s still “obsessed.”

“I eat them in the morning, after the gym and before I go to bed – and I still don’t get tired of them,” revealed Andréa, who lives in London.

“I decided to stop using industrial protein sources and concentrate on natural products.

“During menopause I was having so much bloating and heartburn, so I decided to double the amount of eggs I ate, which really helped.

“Every day there is always something in the house to make it practical.

“And there are so many ways to cook them – how could I ever get bored?

“While it’s not as cheap as it used to be, it’s still more affordable than meat.”

Andréa says she has not experienced any complications so far, such as extra gas or bad breath.

But she attributes this to her ‘perfect’ cholesterol and clean diet.

“I have never experienced difficult situations,” she explains.

“There are jokes sometimes, which usually tease me, but it’s all in the name of fun.

“If you eat clean, drink three liters of water a day and take a good probiotic, you won’t have any problems.

“I stick to more egg whites than yolks because that’s the fatty part of it and has more calories.

“But it’s a game changer and it keeps me ripped no matter how old I get.”

Andréa recently made headlines after revealing that trolls often refer to her muscles as “manly.”

However, she doesn’t care and continues to hit the gym eight hours a day, making men even half her age fall in love with her physique.

She attributes her youthful appearance, which led to her being mistaken for her 28-year-old daughter’s sister, to other rituals, such as naked yoga.
