The parents of one of the girls who were killed in the Southport -knife attack about their heartache in their first TV interview and say that their daughter was 'born to become a star'.
Alice da Silva Aguiaar, nine, was brutally killed together with Elsie Dot Stancombe, Zeven, and Bebe King, six, in a dance class with Taylor Swift theme in July last year.
Now seven months later, her parents Sergio and Alex have revealed that they are fundraising for a new school playground with a stage in the memory of Alice.
In an interview with the BBC, who was their first on the camera, they said their daughter started dancing when she was only 16 months old and always wanted to perform.
Alice's mother Alex said: 'I think she was born to become a star. [The stage] Would be her favorite part. '
“She loved school and she always tried to do her best. For us it is really important to make this [the playground] to happen.'
Alice's favorite teacher at Churchtown Primary School also spoke about the love of the nine -year -old for singing and dancing.
Alan Bowen gave his support to the plans for the stage and said: 'Every minute of every playing time and break time, she had [have been] On that stage.

Alice's father Sergio plans to run De London Marathon on 27 April to raise money for the new playground.
Other parents and employees of the primary school of Churchtown will also participate to achieve the goal of £ 250,000.
It comes when Axel Rudakubana, now 18, last month was sentenced to at least 52 years in prison for a horrible Southport attack.
He stabbed two adults and 11 children – with Elsie Dot, Bebe and Alice all fatal injuries.
When the police searched his house in banks, Lancashire, they found knives and poison, as well as images and documents with regard to violence, war and genocide on his devices.
Sources said the material showed an 'obsession with extreme violence', but there was no evidence that he had subscribed to a political or religious ideology or 'fighting for a cause'.

Among the items on two tablet computers of Rudakubana were documents including a brief history of Nazi Germany and the myth of the external controlled car bomb, the PA press agency understands.
Rudakubana, whose parents moved from Rwanda to the United Kingdom, also had documents called Rwanda's Hutu Extremist Uprising – an eyewitness perspective and death and survival during the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.
Other files include a place under heaven – Amerindian torture and cultural violence; The Mau Mau war: British opposition in colonial Kenya; Clan cleaning in Somalia, the devastating legacy of 1991; and research of penalties treated on slave rebels in two 18th century British plantation societies.
A PDF file entitled Military Studies in the Jihad was also found against the tyrants, the Al Qaida Training Manual.
The discovery of the file led Rudakubana to be accused of possession of information that is likely to be useful for a person who commits himself or prepares for an act of terrorism that he later admitted.
Prior to what his trial would have been, Rudakubana unexpectedly admitted that he killed the three girls and tried to kill eight other children, who cannot be called for legal reasons, as well as class -instructor Leanne Lucas and businessman John Hayes.
He also argued guilty of possessing a knife on the date of the attack, the production of the toxin ricin on or before July 29 and the possession of information that is likely to be useful for a person who commits himself or prepares for a terrorist act.
