A man was taken into custody before he appeared in front of a Kroonhof, he is accused of repeatedly raping a 14-year-old schoolgirl in a Southampton park late at night.
The 43-year-old suspect is accused of performing the violations in the Houndwell Park of the city last Saturday at around 10.30 p.m.
Nicholas Foreman, from Christchurch in Dorset, has accused of three counts of rape and one count of attack.
He was Taken in custody yesterday after the appearance for Southampton Magistrates yesterday, with a subsequent hearing that is now set for Southampton Crown Court on March 17.
The Hampshire police said in a statement that the alleged victim was supported by specialized officers.
The power said: 'A 43-year-old man was sued after the rape of a 14-year-old girl in Southampton.
'It was reported that the girl was raped on Saturday in Houndwell Park around 10.30 pm. She is supported by specialized officers.

'Nicholas Foreman, from Christchurch, Dorset is accused of three counts of rape and one count of attack.
“He appeared today (wo) on the Southampton Magistrates' Court, where he was taken in custody.
“He will then appear on Southampton Crown Court on Monday 17 March.”
