Quordle today (game #1033) – the answers
The answers to today’s Quordle, game #1033, are…
ETUDE is one of those words that I don’t think I’ve ever seen other than in Quordle. Every time it comes up – and there have been at least three now, I think, maybe more – I look up the definition and then forget about it. (It has something to do with musical notation, I think). But I remember how to spell it, and that it is a word you have to take into account.
If you’re not familiar with it, this will most likely be today’s toughest quarter, although I’ll also give a shout out to ALOOF, which has an F in an unusual location and a repeating O to deal with. SALLY, of course, also has a repeated L and is one of many words that fit into the -ALLY format, along with TALLY, RALLY, PALLY and WALLY. In short: today’s Quordle was certainly a difficult one!
