Many people have now invested in dehumidifiers to help them get through the winter.
This handy gadget can dry your laundry quickly and costs less than running the dryer, and can also put an end to condensation and mold in your home.
But the consumer experts have revealed that you need to place the clothes in a certain position if you want clothes to dry in no time.

On social media they said: ‘Hang your wet laundry inside and put the dehumidifier underneath next to it.
We tried this on two identical washes, with and without a dehumidifier, and the verdict on using a dehumidifier cut drying time by almost half.”
