NEW DELHI: The Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of casteism for refusing to wear a Dalit leader’s garland, adding that the Gandhi family has only exploited the community as a vote bank.
Sharing a video about X, the head of BJP’s IT cell Amit Malviya alleged that the Congress leader refused to carry a garland from the hands of Rajasthan Dalit leader Bhajanlal Jatav.
In a video, Rahul Gandhi was seen receiving MLA Ashok Gehlot’s garland and flowers from other leaders but apparently objected to carrying another garland from Jatav.
