Badnera election results: Ravi Rana, husband of BJP leader Navneet Rana, leads by over 54,000 votes | India News – Times of India
Independent candidate Band Priti Sanjay is at second position with 43,325 votes, while Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Kharate Sunil Baldeorao is far behind with just 5,630 votes.

The Badnera Assembly constituency is one of the 288 seats in the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha. It is a general category conference chair.
Badnera is part of the Amravati Lok Sabha constituency along with five other constituencies of the Vidhan Sabha assembly viz. Amravati, Teosa, Daryapur (SC), Melghat (ST) and Achalpur.
In the 2019 elections, an independent party secured a victory in the Badnera Assembly constituency. Ravi Rana won by 90,460 votes, defeating SHS Party’s Band Priti Sanjay by a margin of 15,541 votes. Badnera is a stronghold of Ravi Rana, who has held power in the constituency since 2009.
According to the last census of 2011, Badnera had a population of 6,47,057. The number of SC voters at the Badnera assembly is about 93,540, which is about 26.36%, according to the 2011 census.
