Some visa documents from Prince Harry are made public after the Ministry of the Interior Security agreed to release them.
Lawyers for DHS said that three items can be concluded with editors, which gives the greatest insight into the question of whether the Duke of Sussex logs about his immigration forms about his drug use.
However, none of a fourth document can be made public without releasing information that a judge ruled must remain private.
The last turn in the case came weeks after Donald Trump said he would not deport Harry.
But the president said he only gave the duke a break because “he has enough problems with his wife.”
“She's terrible,” said Trump.
The case was brought to a court by the Heritage Foundation, a think tank with the right wing.
Heritage sued DHS last year after the agency, which supervises immigration, refused a request for freedom of information for Harry's files.

Heritage claims that Harry may have lied about the forms under the section that asks if you have been a drug user.
In his memoirs 'Serren', and his Netflix -TV series, Harry spoke about the use of cannabis, cocaine and magical mushrooms.
In an application, John Bardo, a lawyer for DHS, said that it had established that edited versions of items 1-3 could be made public. “
“In particular, the suspect would propose to restore all information in these items that would reveal information that the court established that the suspect can withhold,” the submission said.
Bardo said the materials would be given to Judge Carl Nichols before March 6.
But with regard to a fourth item, DHS does not believe that it is possible to remove one of the existing editors without releasing information that the court has determined (DHS) can withhold, “according to the submission.
No further details were given about what the four items are.
The document was submitted weeks after Judge Nichols was submitted, said he wanted to make the 'maximum amount' of the material audience about Harry's visa forms.
The president said he only gave the Duke a break because “he has enough problems with his wife.”
In September the court had refused Heritage's request to release all documents because the Duke was entitled to privacy.
But after a hearing, he reconsidered and said he wanted to reveal as much as possible as he could.
“In my opinion that should happen,” said Judge Nichols, adding that he wanted to take the release of files in phases. “
After the hearing, Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at Heritage, spoke to Trump to make the files public.
He said that the president “border protection and the application of the rule of law had set a top priority.”
The hearing was the first since Trump was the president for the second time.
Trump and the Duchess of Sussex have publicly spared since 2016 when she called him a 'misogynist' and 'divided'.
The president responded by calling her 'filthy', although he took it back later and said she was 'very nice'.
In February last year, Trump said that he would not protect Harry if he was re -elected, an ominous warning for the Duke that moved to the US in 2020 after he returned from a working royal.
The president said that Harry, the late Queen Elizabeth II, “betrayed” in a clear reference to how the Duke has conducted private conversations.
Harry's representatives have refused to comment on the case.
