Alan Dershowitz plans to sue Kennedy Jack Schlossberg for a series about separate comments on social media.
The only grandson of John F. Kennedy shared videos online that Harvard Professor Dershowitz wrongly accused of killing his wife.
“I hope he will keep all his documents because I am about to start legal steps against him,” Dershowitz told the post.
“My lawyers have now advised me that I have a feasible defamation.”
Dershowitz, who worked as a lawyer for Schlossberg's deceased Great Uncle Senator Ted Kennedy, has been married to Carolyn Cohen since 1986.
