Alan Dershowitz plans to sue Kennedy Jack Schlossberg for a series about separate comments on social media.
The only grandson of John F. Kennedy shared videos online that Harvard Professor Dershowitz wrongly accused of killing his wife.
“I hope he will keep all his documents because I am about to start legal steps against him,” Dershowitz told the post.
“My lawyers have now advised me that I have a feasible defamation.”
Dershowitz, who worked as a lawyer for Schlossberg's deceased Great Uncle Senator Ted Kennedy, has been married to Carolyn Cohen since 1986.
During a bizarre anger on social media, Schlossberg said: 'Alan Dershowitz if you can hear me, I need your help, I have tried to reach you.
'I am in deep s ** t, dude. I am everywhere in the Epstein documents, there are all kinds of credible evidence.
'Everyone knows I killed my wife, I have a thousand cases of sexual violence against me, I look like a human penis. I am completely irrelevant and I have never had consensual sex.

The comments came at a time of the 32 year old, was reportedly 'an embarrassing earthquake' within the Kennedy family inflamed on his bizarre presence on social media.
Elsewhere he denounced cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 71, and attacked conservative journalist Megyn Kelly.
He later deleted his accounts on X and Instagram and apologized for his online behavior.

But he returned to social media this week with another message for Dershowitz.
Schlossberg posed next to a skeleton plug and said: 'I am legally obliged to inform you that Alan Dershowitz has not killed his wife who is still alive.
“Just kidding, I am not legally obliged to say that BC Alan Dershowitz alone threatened to sue me.”
Dershowitz, in his capacity as lawyer, helped to represent Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein, in addition to other high -profile clients.
He was also part of the legal team of Donald Trump when he fought against the 2020 fertilization costs.
