NEW DELHI: Member of Parliament from Jammu and Kashmir Engineer Rashid approached on Monday a Delhi High Court applying for provisional bail in a case of terrorist financing to participate in the parliamentary session. Principal District and Sessions Judge Vimal Kumar Yadav directed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to file their response by November 27.Virtually speaking from Tihar PrisonRashid said: "I was elected by my people. I was not allowed to attend the last hearing.
