Sean 'Diddy' Combs is confronted with a new crisis after his lawyer Anthony Ricco was abandoned by his legal team.
In a motion to draw the counsel in New York on Friday, Ricco said 'Under no circumstances can I continue to serve effectively as a counselor for Sean Combs'.
It noticed that there had been discussions with chief adviser Mark Agnifilo and Ricco before the motion was submitted.
Ricco added that he would not provide any details to support the application, adding that prosecutors had been informed and did not accept an attitude.
