The leader of the Doge Caucus of the Senate has revealed that the cost -saving group will now strive for meaningless laws.
Senator Joni Ernst has worked so far to quickly create the legislation that enables Elon Musk and Donald Trump's Doge to effectively weird waste expenditure and abuse of the government.
Now the Republican from Iowa introduces the search for and cutting regulations that are unnecessary stressful (scrub) to get rid of useless federal laws that have already been approved by the congress.
Her Scrub act would be done tasks with ending legislation that turns out to be completely unnecessary.
The bill would have signed an executive order in the law that Trump signed this week to revise rules that may be unconstitutional, or that unlawfully delegate the legislation of legislation to other government agencies.
And there are many laws that don't make sense, says Ernst.
Her scrubact would tackle laws such as CFR §133.195 (A) (1), making it a federal crime to sell 'Swiss cheese' that contains no gaps in it.
It would also affect 21 CFR §101.17 (A) (1), which makes it a crime to sell food in spray cans without clearly labeling the container with a warning that consumers tells not to spray the food in their eyes.

Elon Musk and Donald Trump have lowered the government's waste due to their recently established extrajudicial group Doge. This week Trump signed an executive order that instructed Doge to eliminate old and useless laws

Sen. Joni Ernst, R-IOWA, re-introduced the Scrub Act this week to anchor the recent order of Trump in the law

The Scrub Act would be an evaluation of outdated laws and regulations of forces that could then be taken from official American legal codes
The law known as 18 USC §1716 (C) & USPS Publication 52 §§526.5 will also be investigated.
It makes it a federal crime to email Living Scorpions, unless the box is clearly marked 'Live Scorpions' and is also in a different box, also called the live scorpions.
Laws that are eligible for the latest assessment of Doge must have been in force for at least 15 years; Impose paperwork burden; impose disproportionately high costs on small companies; are overly duration compared to modern alternatives; Shave American things and various other niche criteria.
According to the estimate of Ernst, many of the laws that would be tackled by the Scrub Act already have modern solutions that can be made possible by new software or other tools.
“Washington insiders can brush it, but the blown bureaucracy got out of hand,” Ernst told DailyMail.com in a statement.
'Erlage and outdated regulations have a railway Americans, and the only way out is to perform a complete assessment. We must scrub every old law on the books to identify the bureaucracy that must be cut. '
Other difficult laws that serious proposed to be eliminated are fines for climbing trees on the property of the Supreme Court and restrictions on washing fish in sinks that are not specifically devoted to such cleaning activities.
And of course there are laws around the loose tobacco and which font should be used on the labeling.
CFR §1143.3 (A) (2) (III), makes it a federal crime to distribute roll-your-own tobacco, unless it is labeled with a warning that Nicotine is addictive, written in Helvetica Bold, Erial Bold or A Sine Without serif letter and contrast with the color of the package, the team of Ernt noted, where the law could be eliminated.

The Scrub Act, if adopted, could lead to some of the most meaningful deregulation that the congress has undertaken in years
The Doge effort of Musk and Trump has upset many federal employees in Washington and throughout the country, because they notice that their roles have ended.
This led the media to aggressively pursue the doge duo with questions about the legality of the cost-saving measures of the group.
“I have signed an order to create the efficiency of the Department of Government and a man named Elon Musk,” Trump said this week.
Musk said: “People voted for large government reform and that is what people are going to get.”
