LOVE ISLAND beauty Maura Higgins has thrown herself into life in the I’m A Celebrity jungle and even spent her birthday cleaning the dunny at camp.
The Irish stunner, 34, recently confirmed she is single, ending speculation she was dating Strictly Come Dancing’s Pete Wicks.
And the star really spiced things up in Australia by showing off her toned figure as she took an outdoor shower.
Despite the freezing temperature of the water, Maura looked sizzling as she washed in the famous waterfall.
Maura chose to wear a tiny black bikini with floral embellishments for her I’m A Celeb ‘shower scene’.
The stunning photos have probably left many wondering how the bombshell maintains such a stunning figure.

Pilates & yoga
Maura has revealed that she became obsessed with working out during lockdown, but now has a more relaxed routine, which helps her stay toned and healthy.
When a fan previously asked on Instagram about her enviable fitness regime, she replied: “For me, the workouts vary depending on how I’m feeling that day. I mix between strength training, yoga and pilates.”
She added: “It’s definitely about balance and consistency, and remember it’s not about one. racedon’t compare your journey to someone else’s.”
Maura previously revealed she started exercising during the first lockdown and like many people turned to Joe Wicks’ online videos for help, but admits she became obsessed with them.
“I don’t train as much as I used to, I ended up losing too much weight,” she said Email online.
‘I don’t do it that often, maximum once or twice a week.’
Balanced diet
Maura may have eaten a goat’s testicle, a cow’s teats and a bull’s penis during this year’s first I’m A Celeb eating challenge, but her diet outside the jungle is very different.
The reality star revealed that the secret to her flat stomach is a balanced diet.
She said: “At the weekend I eat whatever I want and during the week I obviously do my best to eat healthier.”
The star enjoys healthy meals such as eggs and avocado during the week, and treats herself to Domino’s and McDonalds at the weekend.
Personal trainer sister
Maura revealed that her sister Louise is a personal trainer and has taught her a lot about how to stay fit and healthy.
During an Instagram Q&A, Maura was previously asked by a fan: “Do you have a PT or what program do you do to stay so slim?”
She replied: “This question has actually been the most common and I’m honestly quite shocked by it.
“I’m not a nutritionist or anything like that, but I eat enough and stay as clean as possible and I still get what I want.
“A lot of you are talking about abs, which is funny because we all actually have abs. It’s just the body fat that obviously covers our abs.”
She added that certain “foods store belly fat” and credited her sister with teaching her about nutrition and fitness.
