Three 'predatory and Pedophillic' brothers who have performed a 14-year-old campaign of care and sexual abuse 'in Plain Sight' have been imprisoned for 54 years.
Shaha Amran Miah, 49, Shaha Alman Miah, 47, and Shaha Joman Miah, 38, were convicted after a trial last October in the Preston Crown Court discovered that they had raped and abused five young girls.
The violations against the girls, who ranged from six to 15 years old in age, took place between 1996 and 2010 in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria and Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Four months after the end of the first trial, eleven jury members returned to the court to look while all three were convicted by Judge Ian Unsworth KC.
Both Joman and Amran Miah were imprisoned for life with a minimum term of office of 22 years, for a combined 56 offenses – 40 of which were committed by Joman.
In the meantime, Alman Miah was imprisoned for 10 years with a longer four years after license after release, for three violations.
Victims of the brothers breathed to breath when two lifelong punishments were given, sob and exchanging hugs in the public gallery.
Judge Unsworth passed the punishment, said to the brothers: 'I am satisfied that you all acted in a predatory and pedophile way. You saw your victims as vehicles to be used and abused as desired.

'You treated them with completely contempt. You were each informed of each other's sexual tendencies and behavior at different times. The bindings that bind you three together are strong and it seems, unbreakable. There was an omerta.
“What you were all doing was to take the youth away.”
During the process, prosecutors characterized the brothers as 'Team Miah', which brought family loyalty to the truth, each of whom supported the denials of their brothers and try to discredit witnesses.
The insult of Joman and Amran Miah started the sexual abuse of two girls, six and seven years old in Leeds in 1996, who lasted a few years.
The brothers, who have 10 other brothers and sisters, then went to teenage girls when they moved to Barrow in 2008 to work in a take -away meal of the family.
The store became a 'hub of crime' in which girls were picked up in cars that still wore their school uniforms and were taken there, the court heard.

In rooms above the store, the young people would be packed with alcohol and drugs, money and cigarettes and the three brothers would perform sexual attacks on 'Scurfby Beds'.
Judge Unsworth said that in Barrow the brothers did not 'act in the shade but acted in sight', and each of the victims were vulnerable, with the brothers trusting if they blew 'the whistle', they would not be believed.
Joman Miah started a relationship with a 14-year-old, who took care of her by giving her gifts, alcohol and cigarettes.
Around the same time Alman Miah started a relationship with a 15-year-old girl, in which the girl was raped by his brother, Amran.
At the end of 2009, the 15-year-old victim was threatened by Amran Miah after talking to the police.
She was grabbed by her hair from the street, pushed a car in the back and told: “She would be dead” if she told the police what was going on.
He threatened her family and said they would get a recoil with 'cars full of people' from the Pakistani community that came to Barrow.
Amran Miah also made threats for a woman who would be interviewed by the police in 2010 and said that her house would be set on fire.
Because of the threats, that interview never took place.
Joman Miah, Van Doncaster, was found guilty of eight counts of indecent abuse, four counts of indecentness with a child, eight counts of sexual activity with a child, five counts to cause a child to cause sex activity, nine counts of rape of children, and six counts of sexual abuse of a child.
Amran Miah, of Leeds, was found guilty of seven counts of indecent attack, seven counts of indecentness with a child, one count of rape of a child, one count of abduction, two counts of witness intimidation and one count of sexual violence.
Alman Miah, Van Leeds, was found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child.
Judge Unsworth praised officers of Cumbria and the police of West Yorkshire for their investigation and jury members apologized to serve a jury for life again.
All three men are in the register of sex offenders for life.
