A police officer died and four more were injured in a suspected mesterreur attack in France.
The massacre unfolded on a market in the eastern city of Mulhouse, on the border of Germany, on Saturday afternoon when witnesses heard the call 'Allahu Akbar' – Arabic for 'God is the greatest'.
The police belonged to that repeatedly cut by the man – an Algerijns of 37 years on a terrorist watch list and was confronted with deportation.
