Collegium recommends appointment of Delhi HC CJ Manmohan as SC judge (Image credit: ANI) NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Collegium led by CJI Sanjiv Khanna on Thursday unanimously recommended to the Union government to appoint Delhi HC Chief Justice Manmohan as SC judge. SC, which has a sanctioned strength of 34 judges including the CJI, is currently functioning with 32 judges.
