A full resort is for sale for only $ 1.8 million – but only if the buyer continues to run it as a 'family -friendly' port for nudists.
Serendipity Park is a long -running resort without a string near Cleveland in the Georgia countryside, where thousands of naturists come all year round.
The resort has a swimming pool, clubhouse for dancing refreshments, a hot tub, sauna, volleyball court and nature runs past a creek that borders the building.
Six huts are on the 40-hectare site long with 36 caravan sites and two tent fields, with some guests staying for months or even living full-time.
Paul Jones founded the resort in 1995 as a relaxation location, in contrast to the more ordinary Mountain Creek Grove Swingers Resort next door.
Children are welcome everywhere other than the nocturnal dance parties, so that the adults can drink and drop their hair, and nothing more than nudity is allowed outside the accommodation.

“Serendipity Park offers stress -free relaxation in a nudist environment that is suitable for all ages,” is the resort website.
“We also have 100 percent completely natural removal from Tan-Line.”
The resort is registered with the American Association for Nude Recreation, which is aimed at family -friendly locations where public sex is forbidden.
After Jones died of cancer in March 2023, his partner Patty Reagin and old manager Stuart Anrrim sell the property with plans to retire and travel.
They set acting restrictions on the property for which the buyer must continue to work as a nudist resort for at least 10 years.
“Ideal for buyers who are passionate about naturism with the desire to own a prosperous company in the niche guest freedom sector,” wrote real estate agent Brittany Hall on the offer.
Many nudist resorts have been closed in recent years, or have been transformed into swingers clubs after they have been purchased. Only a handful of remains in the south.
