Top designer claims Diddy dangled her from 17th floor balcony and threatened to kill her until Cassie Ventura stopped him

A fashion designer claims Sean “Diddy” Combs dangled her over a 17th floor balcony and she was only saved when Cassie Ventura intervened.

Bryana “Bana” Bongolan sued the disgraced music mogul for $10 million, claiming she also abused her and detailing his frequent alleged abuse of his then-girlfriend Ventura.

The lawsuit against the artist, filed in Los Angeles, alleged that the near-death experience occurred on September 26, 2016, after one of Diddy’s infamous “freak offs.”

Diddy is behind bars, accused of sex trafficking and other heinous crimes, and accused of pursuing sexually degrading “freak offs” at his infamous parties.

Bongolan was not involved in the “freak off,” but Ventura’s own lawsuit, filed last November, recalled that the incident occurred after she was forced to have sex with a male sex worker.

“The sole purpose of dangling a person over a balcony is to actually kill him or to deliberately terrorize him and deprive him of any idea of control over his own bodily autonomy and safety,” the Bongolan lawsuit states.

“It should come as no surprise that this is exactly what happened to Ms. Bongolan.”

Bongolan claimed that Diddy’s then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura (pictured together in 2017) saved her when she intervened, and that the incident happened after one of Diddy’s infamous ‘freak offs’

However, she “refuses to let this fear control the rest of her life” and filed a lawsuit to force Diddy to take responsibility for the trauma he allegedly inflicted.

The lawsuit explained that Bongolan and her then-girlfriend were sleeping in a bedroom of Ventura’s apartment when Diddy “violently” woke them up by banging on the door.

Diddy was drunk after the “freak off,” she claimed, and before he finally broke in, she made her friend hide in the bathroom.

Bongolan retreated to the balcony but Diddy stormed over, grabbed her roughly and groped her breasts as she tried to fight him off and tell him to leave, she claimed.

Diddy then grabbed her armpits and lifted her onto the railing, shouting, “Do you know what the fuck you did?” over and over again, the lawsuit alleged.

“He immediately lifted her higher and higher over the 17th floor balcony of Ms. Ventura’s apartment, with only Combs’s grip keeping her from falling to her death,” the lawsuit said.

Ventura heard the commotion and came out of her locked bedroom and yelled at Diddy to stop, pointing out that Bongolan could hear everything.

‘Recognizing the threat posed by so many witnesses to his attack, [Diddy] pulled Ms. Bongolan back over the balcony,” the lawsuit alleged.

‘But he didn’t let her go. In a final bout of violence, he struck Ms Bongolan on the balcony patio furniture, including a table.”

Ventura’s lawsuit called the incident one of Diddy’s many alleged abuses during their relationship, describing how he lifted a woman over the balcony “like a child.”

“Ms. Ventura and her friends were frightened by Mr. Combs’ erratic behavior, but Ms. Ventura was heavily sedated due to the medications she was taking to participate in the [freak off]and therefore could not respond to Mr. Combs’ frightening behavior,” she claimed.

Bongolan’s lawsuit claimed the incident proved she was “correct in her fear of Mr. Combs and that it resulted in deep and lasting damage.”

“His outrageous and abhorrent behavior violated Ms. Bongolan’s basic dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of security,” the lawsuit alleged.

“This event was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation and violence that colored many of Ms. Bongolan’s interactions with Mr. Combs from the day she met him.”

The lawsuit detailed these threats in the months leading up to the balcony incident.

Bongolan met Diddy after she became close friends with Ventura in 2014 when they worked together at Diamond Supply Co, a popular skate shop in Los Angeles.

She was a “typical starving artist” at the time and thought meeting Diddy would lead to “once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to collaborate.”

That did happen for a while. Bongolan worked on designing the Bad Boy Entertainment jackets, album covers, music videos and a clothing line for Ventura.

But she also “experienced violence and abuse firsthand in a professional environment,” including witnessing Diddy’s frequent abuse of Ventura, she claimed.

Bongolan claimed that she saw Ventura with black eyes and other bruises that Diddy had given her, and that he would show up at her home and angrily bang on the door, accusing other men of “trying to fuck his wife.” .

In one fight that Bongolan claimed to have witnessed, Diddy “threw a large kitchen knife at Ms. Ventura, who threw one back at him in self-defense.”

Diddy also threatened Bongolan directly, including by shouting “I’m the motherf**king devil” inches from her face during a photo shoot, her lawsuit alleged.

‘You have no idea what I can do to you. I could kill you,” he claimed in the lawsuit.

Bongolan claimed she took the threat seriously because of the “disturbing” abuse she saw him inflict on Ventura, hearing that he blew up Kid Cudi’s car after sleeping with Ventura, and the rumor that Diddy “killed a dog” rival had skinned’.

“Mr. Combs’ threats that he was the ‘maternal king devil’ and that ‘he could kill her’ were intended to terrorize, intimidate and incite fear,” the lawsuit alleged.

“So when he forcibly groped her breasts, dangled her from a balcony and assaulted her, she reasonably believed that Mr. Combs’ attack amounted to him making good on his threats.”

Bongolan is one of about 30 people who have filed lawsuits against Diddy so far, with many accusing him of horrific rape and sexual abuse.

Texas attorney Tony Busbee said he alone had about 120 people lined up to sue the jailed musician, with many more on the way.

Diddy has denied wrongdoing, both in his criminal charges and in many of the lawsuits filed before and after his arrest. He settled with Ventura for approximately $30 million.

That’s what his lawyers said Rolling stone And Term that he “vigorously denied” Bongolan’s claims.

“Everyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence he or she may or may not have,” they said.

“Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed her intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal assistance to pursue her claims.

“Mr. Combs strongly denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately prove to be unfounded.”

Bongolan continued to collaborate with Ventura on her clothing lines until July 2018, and they collaborated again in November and December last year.
