Sir Keir Starmer has warned Donald Trump about the conclusion of a bad peace agreement above Ukraine, which could attack Vladimir Putin again.
The Prime Minister called on Western allies to be 'firm and honest now' to prevent the 'disaster' from Russia to launch a new invasion.
In anticipation of his journey to meet Mr Trump in the White House this week, Sir Keir greeted the 'Bulldog Spirit' by Ukrainians as he compared them to British during the Second World War.
He also told the American president, who is feared with Moscow, that offering a 'security guarantee' for Ukraine is in American interests.
The prime minister is stuck to Washington DC in the midst of an amazing spit between Mr Trump and the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zenskyy.
Both Sir Keir and French President Emmanuel Macron also suffered the wrath of US President Wrath himself.
The Prime Minister hopes to shape Mr Trump's opinion after the US President has opened peace talks with Russia, begging Europe to take responsibility for their own defense.
As part of his offer to pursue the American president, it is expected that Sir Keir will promise a greater British defense and Mr Trump could also invite Balmoral for a state visit.

During his first enchantment in the White House, Mr Trump visited both Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace to meet Queen Elizabeth II.
It means that Balmoral Castle, near Mr Trump's golf course in Aberdenshire, is now being spoken as the location for a new trip to Great Britain.
In an article for the Sun on Sunday, the Prime Minister praised the American president for “recently understood the nettle” by recently holding us-Russian peace talks in Saudi Arabia.
“Every time I spoke to him, I am struck by his dedication to peace,” Sir Keir wrote.
'And of course nobody in Great -Britain wants the bloodshed to continue. Yet good peace can only be won by strength.
“Ukraine must have a voice in negotiations about its future. And it needs strong security guarantees, so that peace will last.
“I believe that America should be part of that warranty. It's their interest. A peace agreement that Putin does not stop attacking again would be a disaster for everyone.
'The best way to ensure that this does not happen is now being sturdy and honest.
'That is why I am also open to British troops that play a role in every European force in Ukraine after a peace agreement. This is not something that I say slightly. '
Speaking at the Scottish Labor conference in Glasgow, Sir Keir said that “peace is only through strength.”
“Nobody wants the bloodshed to continue, the least of all Ukrainians,” he added, as the prime minister warned against excluding Kiev for negotiations with Russia.
“But after everything they have suffered, after everything they fought for, there can be no discussion about Ukraine without Ukraine, and the people of Ukraine must have a long -term, safe future.”
He added: 'I have given firsthand seen the destruction that Putin caused. Mark my words – what I have seen is only determined to stand up for Ukraine. '
Mr. Trump's government recently demanded that European countries offer the 'overwhelming' share of financing for Ukraine in the light of the Russian invasion.
It has also warned that America will no longer damage the responsibility for Europe's safety, which has piled up the pressure on Sir Keir to stimulate the defense expenditure of Great -Britain.
Prior to the General Elections of July, Labor promised to increase the military budget to 2.5 percent of GDP – although the prime minister has refused to give a timeline when this will be paid.
The Telegraph reported, in the aftermath of Mr. Trump's warnings, Sir Keir is considering stimulating the expenditure of Defense rather than previously thought.
An option would be to reach 2.5 percent of GDP by 2028 – two years faster than the previous government of Tory promised.
But this would still be only half of the 5 percent where Mr. Trump demands that NATO bondmates are committed.
Cabinet minister Bridget Phillipson has today refused to say whether Sir Keir confirms a timeline for the UK to the goal of 2.5 percent when he meets Mr Trump.
The education secretary told Sky News: 'We will explain how we get there.
'What I can also say is that the Chancellor has provided an extra £ 3 billion in investments in Defense outputs through the budget.
'We know that we have to increase the defense expenditure. We know that as a nation, in addition to our European allies, we have to play a greater role in the defense. '
Mrs Phillipson later told the BBC that Labor's 2.5 percent target was' ambitious' and said: 'We will come there, but it is ambitious.
'And this is also in the context of the public finances that, let's be honest, have been left in a devastating state by the conservatives.
“A £ 22 billion black hole, not a credible plan for this nonsense that they claim about how they would reach 2.5 percent.”
Speaking with Times Radio in her round of media interviews, the education secretary also suggested that the UK should eventually go beyond the goal of 2.5 percent.
Asked if the number was enough, she said: 'No, it is not enough, we have to go further, we recognize that.
'We acknowledge that we have to go further, just like our allies, both to reach that 2.5 percent deployment.
“But make sure that we do everything that is needed to keep our country safe.”

The Russian troops crossed the Ukrainian border on February 24, 2022, in a total invasion that Mr Putin tried to justify by falsely that it was necessary to protect Russian-speaking citizens in Eastern Ukraine and prevent the country from with NATO connects.
Foreign secretary David Lammy said he will reveal new sanctions to 'run the screws' on Russia on Monday to coincide with the third birthday of the conflict.
