The Supreme Court has issued a shocking stopping of Trump's rampage through federal employees by allowing a top of the top whistleblower protection to keep his job – for the time being.
The highest court of the nation issued a non -signed order at the end of Friday that Hampton Dellinger, head of the Powerful Office of Special Counsel (OSC), holds in his position until at least 26 February, despite Trump's attempts to the boot to give.
Glenn Kirschner called the move 'Unexpected' as the conservative Supreme Court – that usually sides with Trump – refused Deeper to remove immediately from his mail, as reported by Newsweek.
Two conservative judges – Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch – wanted Trump to immediately dismiss Trump.
“I believe that it did that and that every extra day on which the order is, only serves to confirm the point,” wrote Gorsuch, supported by Alito.
In the meantime, Liberal Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson fought to completely block Trump's movement.
The return followed after Trump tried to fire Dellinger earlier this month.
Dellinger shot back with a lawsuit and claimed that Trump could not legally dismiss him without proof of misconduct.
A lower court agreed and ordered Trump to keep Dellinger in his work temporarily.

The statement comes after Trump has launched an aggressive campaign to lower federal programs, including cutting diversity initiatives and the fact that Elon Musk was in charge of a new efficiency department.
Earlier this month, Trump had to make a quick reversal to firing hundreds of employees who supervise the nuclear arsenal of America.
About 1,200 to 2,000 employees at the Ministry of Energy were fired on Friday, because he continues to fulfill his promise to reduce DC's waste next to the Doge van Elon Musk.
This included 325 of the National Nuclear Security Administration, which provides the nuclear stock and material worldwide, says sources.
But those dismissals were 'partially withdrawn' to preserve essential nuclear safety workers, one of the insiders revealed.
It was unclear how many of the 325 shooting were withdrawn, while a spokesperson said that fewer than 50 people had been released. The NNSA has a staff of 1,800.
They clarified that the cutbacks were of people who 'mainly held administrative and administrative roles'.

“The energy department will continue its critical mission to protect our national security and nuclear deterrence in the development, modernization and stewardship of the atomic arms of arms of America, including the peaceful use of nuclear technology and non -proliferation,” they said.
Several people near the NNSA, however, told CNN that the dismissed supervisors include contractors who build weapons, weapons inspectors and those who regulate arms contractors.
They added that the White House did not seem to understand the work that the desk does when protecting nuclear weapons.
'[N]o people need at any time to understand what we are doing and the importance of our work for the national security of the nation, “the source claimed.
HR employees were told that they had to use poor performance reviews as an excuse to dismiss people, which led to two employees who stopped on Friday.
Liberals jumped on the fire, including former transport Minister Pete Buttigieg.
“Even worse incompetence: they accidentally shot, then apparently non-sailing today, hundreds of people who manage the nuclear weapons of America,” he wrote.
The Trump campaign and 'First Buddy' Elon Musk to radically reduce the American bureaucracy on Friday, with more than 9,500 employees fired who handled everything, from the management of federal countries to the care of military veterans.

About 325 are reportedly dismissed from the National Nuclear Security Administration, which supervises the nuclear stock, says sources that are familiar with the case. But those dismissals were 'partially withdrawn' to retain essential nuclear safety workers, according to one of the sources.
Employees in the departments of interior, energy, veteran cases, agriculture and health and human services had terminated their employment in a drive that so far largely – but not exclusively – has focused on probation staff in their first year at work who have less employment protection .
The Trump administration and the department of government efficiency have already instructed the FBI to dismiss almost all probationary periods who had not yet received an official from officials.
