Chappell stunned everyone when she appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon in a feather-adorned outfit, complete with six-inch-long claws.

Her nail stylist Juan Alvear took inspiration from 2003’s Barbie and Swan Lake for this striking look.
“If you look at them closely, each nail looks like the quill of a plucked feather,” Alvear said. Fashion.
“I achieved this look using Essie’s Artic Jelly and Buttercup Jelly in a gradient from opaque to sheer, then added stripes.
“I also added long tufts of ostrich feathers for the full effect.
“I wanted them to have movement and stage presence while Chappell was performing.”
Alvear shared a close-up photo of Chappelle’s nails on Instagramwhere almost 61,000 people liked the photo.
One fan described the nail art as a “cool way to enhance the 26-year-old’s look,” while another said the manicure captured the energy of “the main character.”
