The University of Virginia has issued a hiding place in place in the midst of a hectic search for a searched suspected gang member who was seen on their site.
Employees and students are encouraged to avoid Nyeem Hill, who is described as a 6'4 black man who wears a gray hoodie.
Hill was last seen on foot in the vicinity of the Samman Road -Slaapzalen, according to the UvA police.
He is sought after he was reportedly fled after a traffic stop outside the campus near Ivy Road.
The police said that he has 'a well -known criminal history and gang -affiliation' and the public has asked the area to avoid.
Hill is hunted by the State Police, with the help of campus officers and the police of Charlottesville.
The authorities released a surveillance image image in the midst of the search that they said she shows Hill.
“The suspect has no well -known relationship with the UvA,” the campus police added.

The command of the hiding place was issued on Tuesday at 9.35 am by UvA Department of Safety and Security.
The Department confirmed that no injuries or shots have been fired.
At 10.01 am it repeated the warning and emphasized that the UvA University and Medical Center should keep hiding in place.
