An 81-year-old matriarch from an advertising company in Utah only a few days after her annual control, according to her family.

Testing discovered that Reagan had a 'mild' collapse of her lungs and a 'large liquid -filled, stuffed hiatal hernia and stomach', according to the complaint.
Reagan was then put on an 'aspiration watch' list – a warning for the staff to check her so that vomit does not enter her lungs.
In the order of Reagan, a nurse wrote that she should stand completely upright while eating or drinking and for a full 30 minutes after meals. Reagan was supposed to cure all other times between 35 and 45 degrees.
Despite the instructions, the lawsuit claims that Reagan “was not sufficiently checked and not kept in an increased main position.”
