A technical employee in California who reportedly killed his girlfriend showed 'irregular' and paranoid behavior in the days before bloody crime, according to judicial evidence.
Scott Fisher, 30, is accused of brutal stabbing of 27-year-old Kimberly Wong Dood in their Presidio Heights apartment on November 30, 2023.
The former marketing analyst did not owe murder in December 2023 and appeared in the court for a provisional hearing on Monday.
Witnesses witnesses that Wong was terrified of being near Fisher in the weeks before she died.
They claimed that the accused murderer made violent attempts to Wong and experienced fast 'mental decline', reported the San Francisco Chronicle.
Statements from police officer Brian Alston and Sergeant Eric Wang claimed that Wong felt unsafe around her boyfriend in the weeks before she died.
They also claimed that ring camera images – that were not shown in court – served as critical evidence in their investigation, when the doorcam came in the last time Wong entered the apartment.
Ultimately, Judge Simon Frankel ruled that the prosecution had sufficient evidence to have Fisher prepared for the murder of Wong and that he will be kept in custody.

People who were close to Fisher revealed to the police that he seemed particularly concerned about artificial intelligence, Wang claimed.
As an example, Fisher's friends have said to tell the police that the suspect has changed the name of their SMS-Chat of 'SF Buddies' to 'International AI-Assisted Buddies'.
Apart from his apparent paranoia, Fisher is said to act against Wong, which contributed to her growing discomfort about being in the neighborhood.
About a week before her murder, Fisher fell to Wong while she was showering, Wong's friend told the sergeant.
In another disturbing incident, the victim is said to be awake on the early morning of November 29 to shake her aggressively while she spread her into their bed.
He then rolled back and went to sleep again and acted as if nothing had happened, according to Wang.
That night – on the eve of her death – Wong Fisher let his father's house and stayed with her friend because she was afraid of being with Fisher, Wang claimed.
He later sent her an enigmatic SMS: 'They are here for me, help,' the message is said to be read, according to Wang.

The next morning Wong had said goodbye to her boyfriend and he had picked up Fisher, who, according to her, was in a better mental state.
The ring camera images assessed by the police reportedly demonstrated the couple that the building arrived on the morning on the day Wong was murdered.
Fisher was seen barefoot while he wore his shoes with Wong at 10:49 am.
About 20 minutes later, Fisher reportedly went backwards and walked through the street.
Fisher was admitted when he left the building just after noon and immediately returned. Only three minutes later he was last given the apartment.
Alston, who later discovered the dead body of Wong, said he was marked by two panicked delivery drivers who heard the blood increase of a woman argued for help near Clay Street – where Wong lived.
Just as Alston and other agents there are on their way to the point of concern around 7.30 pm, someone who was worried about Wong's safety for a wellness check on her.
Her friend told the police that they had not heard of her for a few hours and the iPhone location of Wong indicated that she had not left her apartment since noon, according to Alston.

Alston told the judge that he crawled the apartment of the couple in the apartment through an open window from the escape of the fire.
He immediately saw blood splashes on the kitchen floor and a few legs with the fridge.
The agent said that when he discovered Wong, she was covered with a blanket and freezing. A big knife was on the ground nearby.
She was stabbed 12 times over her chest, breasts and belly.
Forensic evidence that was shared in court, it turned out that Fisher's DNA was probably found on the handle of the weapon, while Wong's seemed to be on the knife.
Despite the bloodbath of the kitchen, the living room was flawless, according to Alston.
Fisher was arrested about a week after Wong's body. At that time he had committed himself to a psychiatric institution after his father brought him to first aid, Wang said.
The police saw a blood stains on the bottom of his shoe on the Psych Ward, probably matching DNA for both Fisher and Wong.

Wong was reportedly afraid of her boyfriend in the weeks prior to her death
The defense called no witnesses of De Standaard on Monday, but Fisher's lawyers Michael Gaines and Sarah Potter claimed that there was still a door to get to the apartment building, so the images of the ring camera may not tell the whole story.
He said: 'There may be someone else who came in from the side (door) and entered the building and did the deed.
“The fact that one of the rooms was described as unspoilt does not mean that there could have been no home invasion.”
Several Van Wong's friends and her father attended the hearing and Gaines and Potter tried to convince the judge to ban at least four from the Chamber because they can be mentioned as witnesses during the trial.
The defense lawyers have also asked to be banned from all members of the public from the courtroom. Frankel denied both requests.
In December 2023, after Fisher's arrest, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said: 'I offer my condolences to the friends and family of the victim and my relentless dedication to pursue justice in the courtroom.
“Although we cannot do anything to bring her back, we will do everything we can to ensure that there is responsibility and justice.”

Fisher's friends would have told the police that he became paranoid of artificial intelligence
Fisher has been living in the state prison for 26 years if they are convicted.
