An alleged rapist who has identified herself as a woman died before she appeared in court, accused of raping a young girl with 'your penis'.
Maddison Wilson was accused earlier this month of the rape and other historical sexual offenses against children.
The 37-year-old appeared two weeks ago at a Magistratenhof and today it would argue for plea at a Kroonhof.
But Southampton Crown Court heard that the case would be 'stopped' after a judge – who referred to the suspect as Mr. Wilson – was told that she had died since then.
Details about the death of Wilson remain unclear, but Provisional Research Registers Wilson Died on 14 February on the coast next to a historic castle in SouthSea, Portsmouth.
Wilson was found suspended just after midnight on February 14 – two days after the appearance of her magistrates – said the Hampshire Coroner's office.
In the official log for opening of investigation, it states: 'The police attended the home address of (the brother of (the) deceased.
“The brother explained that Maddison had a very difficult time and that she has been suffering from the psychological challenges for a number of years.”

It said that a police officer tried resuscitation and that efforts were made to save Wilson's life, but she was declared dead at 12.44 pm.
Today at Southampton Crown Court said public prosecutor Matthew Lawson that Wilson would not be represented in the procedure to enter their supplications.
Mr. Lawson said: 'The suspect has now died. I have seen an interim death certificate.
“The case must be stopped in the circumstances.”
His right judge Nicholas Rowland said, “I have not seen any correspondence about Mr. Wilson.”
The judge asked the public prosecutor whether there is a 'letter of discontinance' to formally terminate the lawsuit.
Mr. Lawson said: “That's not. I don't think there is a requirement to be one in the circumstances, but I can ask that there will be one. '
Although the case was not formally stopped before the court today, it was confirmed that this will take place administratively.
An investigation is open in the death of Wilson, whose full name is mentioned as 'Maddison Ebony Aurora Wilson'.

The list says that Wilson died on February 14 in Castle Field in the Clarence Esplanade on the Southsea Zafront in Portsmouth.

Wilson comes from the city.
A full investigation will take place on a date to be determined.
Wilson appeared on 12 February to the court of Southampton Magistrates after being accused of raping a girl under the age of 13 and causing a girl under the age of 13 to cause or encourage sexual activities, with both offenses in Hull, East Yorkshire, in 2011.
Wilson was also confronted with one count of sexual abuse against a boy under the age of 13 and one of causing or encouraging a boy under the age of 13 to do sexual activity, where these violations would take place in Southampton between 2017 and 2020.
The alleged rapist went to the legal procedure with a pink headband and completely black clothing and only spoke to confirm her preferred forecast words of 'she/her'.
Wilson identified the official court shutdown as a woman. It is not known how long she has identified as such. The formulation of the rape costs said Wilson is said to have attacked a girl 'with your penis'.
