A police officer who has subjected three female colleagues to the language and behavior of the 'terrible' during the service has avoided prison.
Peter Fleming, 41, made sexual comments towards the women while he served in Rothesay, Isle of Bute.
He had a uniform duty when a male member of the public -based behavior and language to his colleague used in May 2023.
Fleming, from the island, later described the man's actions as 'chatter' before he encouraged a conversation about sex in the marked police vehicle.
He made further comments to the wife of the Rothesay police station by telling her that she could tie herself and dress like a schoolgirl. “
The woman felt 'physically sick' and later sent a colleague and said, “I was sitting here so I was not in the face line of Fleming.”
After the behavior of Fleming was reported to supervisors, the case was referred to the professional standards department of Police Scotland.
Another woman who was seen crying while working with Fleming in 2022 was contacted and informed of the current investigation.

She immediately got upset and asked, “Is this about Peter Fleming?”
The woman remembered that he was driving in a marked police vehicle to 'remote' areas of Bute and told her that he had had sex while serving at the locations.
A statement was also obtained from a third woman who worked with him in 2021.
She said he made a remark about her body at the Rothesay police station and had the feeling that he “testing the water,” although she did not report the case.
Fleming, who resigned from the Force, appeared last month at Greenock Sheriff Court and gave three accusations of indecent communication with women by involving them in conversations of a sexual nature between February 2021 and May 2023.
He was convicted yesterday and received a reimbursement from the community with two years of supervision of social work and ordered to do 160 hours of unpaid work.
Fleming has also been placed in the register of sex offenders for two years.
Sheriff James Varney had previously told him: 'In the cold daylight of the day I hope that the story is absolutely shocking.
