British experience 15 small victories of having a good hair day, finding cash in an old wallet or bag every week and becoming smiling by an attractive stranger, according to a study.
Despite the costs of living crisis and recent world events, British keep their chin up and appreciate the little things in life.
And they vary from unexpectedly cooked for (42 percent), to the sun that comes on a walk (41 percent), fast collection restaurants (26 percent) and choosing the fastest queue in the supermarket (32 percent).
A quarter said they feel raised when they run too late and every green light hit, while 26 percent said that a small victory was the machine for them that gave an extra snack (24 percent).
The research discovered the daily things that give us a much needed boost, with two-thirds (62 percent) who admit that finding cash in an old wallet or bag is worth a mini-fist pump at the top of the list.
On average experienced British 15 small victories per week – with women who embrace positivity more than men (73 percent said that small moments can cheer up their day compared to only 61 percent of men).
Other mini fist -pump moments according to the 2,000 British surveyed include that your boss tells you that you have to take the afternoon (31 percent) and get a tax discount (31 percent).
A quarter (28 percent) say that you cannot beat the buzz of finishing work for a two-week holiday or your suitcase that first appears on the luggage carousel of the airport (28 percent).

Bank Holidays, which is brought into bed, is laughed by an attractive stranger and a new outfit that arrives immediately in time for your night out, also made the list.
The research, which was commissioned by Coca Cola, found small moments of joy to help them keep them motivated (61 percent) and to increase their mood and trust (48 percent).
More than three -quarters (78 percent) believe that small victories become more important as we get older.
Life coach Selina Barker, who was involved in the study, said: 'In our fast world it can be easy to overlook the small victories and to continue to chase after the next big thing.
'The relocation of our focus to spot and celebrate the small daily victories in life can make a real difference. Bending that 'celebration' muscle Every day helps our mood, stimulate trust – and motivates us to go after our goals.
'In the first instance, shifting your mentality to note that these moments may feel difficult, but once you do that, you will be surprised how you naturally start to recognize and celebrate them. And how much you enjoy. '
Emma George, marketing manager for the Coca-Cola company Great Britain, which commissioned the 2,000 British survey, added: “This research reinforces the importance of enjoying those little victories, and we are proud to be part of them.”
Half (52 percent) likes to share their joy with loved ones, so much so that 38 percent believe that Mini victories are best celebrated together.
