Making my three-ingredient Christmas snacks only takes 10 minutes
COOKING at Christmas can be a stressful enough challenge without adding homemade snacks to the mix.
However, one woman’s simple recipe is perfect for entertaining and takes just 20 minutes to prepare.
In her viral videoTikTok user Sam (@curvysam) showed her followers how she created a last minute dish for a festive party she attended.
She described the nibbles as the ‘tastiest bite-sized snacks’ and called them ideal for Christmas parties.
Sam revealed that her recipe takes just 20 minutes and requires just three ingredients.
The TikToker came up with the apps after she was reminded of her neighbor’s party at the last minute.

Because she didn’t want to go to the store, Sam made the tasty snacks with what she already had at home.
Her main ingredients were frozen puff pastry, a jar of caramelized onions and cheese.
She started by chopping her soft cheese into bite-sized pieces.
For her next step, she grabbed muffin tins and sprinkled them with some oil.
She then cut the puff pastry into small squares and placed them in the pan, creating small cups.
“Then you put the cheese in and add a generous amount of onion jam or cranberry sauce,” Sam advised her audience.
She then placed the baking tray in the oven for nine minutes, setting it to 180 degrees.
The TikToker warned her followers that the snacks will be “piping hot and bubbly” when they first come out of the oven.
While she waited for them to cool, she added an extra optional touch.
Sam cut some rosemary and placed “two or three sprigs” on each applicator.
She commented on how good the “perfect bite-sized little delicious morsels” smelled.
How to Save Money on Christmas Shopping
Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to save money on your Christmas shopping.
Limit the number of presents – buying presents for all your family and friends can cost a bomb.
Instead, why not host a Secret Santa among your inner circles so you don’t have to buy multiple presents?
Plan ahead – if you have the stamina and the budget, it’s worth buying your Christmas presents for next year during the January sales.
Make sure you shop for the best deals by using price comparison sites so you don’t spend more than you need to.
Buy on sale on Boxing Day – some retailers are starting their Christmas sales early so you can actually score a bargain before December 25th.
Delivery may cost you a little more, but it could be worth it if the savings are significant.
Shop through outlet stores – you can save a lot of money by shopping through outlet stores such as Amazon Warehouse or Office Offcuts.
They work by selling returned or slightly damaged products at a discounted rate, but usually the wear and tear is minor.
According to her, they prove to be popular with the guests, with everyone tending to ‘love’ them.
Her followers shared their thoughts on the quick recipe in the comments section.
“I’m not going to lie, I’m just going to make these and eat them on my couch [while] watch a movie because I don’t do people,” wrote one viewer.
“Ooh, I’m 100% doing this for a picnic later this month!” said another person.
“I’ve done this with cranberries but thought it was too sweet. Caramelized onions are a great idea,” said a third person.
