A famous osteopath who filmed female students who undress a car outside their accommodation, the police said he was 'relaxing' there.
Torben Hersborg, 63, was noticed by police officers in the backseat of his parked Lexus near a university halls that cover black gloves with black plastic bags.
He said officers that he had drunk “two glasses of Danish Christmas wine” after releasing “Judo training in Chelsea.”
But they later found a camera with 68 videos and photos and a telescope in his car. The three disturbing videos that the police could see showed female students, with one who only wore her T-shirt.
Hersborg, from Peartree Lane, Waping, East London, was seen days earlier in his Lexus with a Balaclava while he lay down in the backseat and 'Duck and hidden' when someone walked past.
He appeared today via Videolink at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court to be convicted after allowing three counts of observing a person who does a private law.
The osteopath, which works to relieve muscle and joint pain, has a wide selection of customers of celebrities.
These include people as strictly dancing participants Emma Weymouth. The osteopath has also posted an image on his Instagram of himself and presenter Fearne Cotton.

The court heard that two calls had been made to the police on 10 and 14 December
Varinder Hayre, persecution, said: 'The information I have in my file was that on December 10 it was reported that the same Lexus car was seen with a white person in a Balaclava that was at the back of the car.
“Every time someone approached him or passed, Hersborg popped up or hid or rolled up the windows up or drove away.”
Officers were alerted on December 21 at Hersborg when he was reported as' in the backseat of the car behind the passenger seat, with black gloves with black plastic bags on the chair, “said Mr. Hayre.
“The police asked what he was doing there – he said he drank a drink with his clubmates in Chelsea and drove there.
“They asked how came that he was in the back seat, he replied that he” had to be “a little relaxed”. “
Hersborg told the police that he had trained 'judo in Chelsea and he was back home and just wanted to relax' and had drunk 'two glasses of Danish Christmas wine', the public prosecutor said.
The arresting officers found a battery in the jacket pocket of Hersborg who, according to him, was 'in front of a camera', Mrs. Hayre continued.
They also found a camera and a telescope in his lexus, she said.
The police officer saw '68 videos and photos in total 'on the seized camera, but could only view three.

The public prosecutor said: 'The first video he said he saw showed a woman in the university accommodation in just a T-shirt.
“This woman was bent over at the time and the video recorded the woman's buttocks while he leaned forward.
“Another video there, the officer said, was from another woman in another room – sitting on her bed.
“The third video showed another woman in another room in a bra, with her back to the window, seemingly dressed.”
At Hersborg's Home Police found 'a large amount of digital devices', including' laptops, camcorders, USB sticks, mobile phones, storage devices and cameras.
He gave an interview with no comment to the police, but told them, “I'm sorry for the whole situation.”
Adrian Eissa KC, for Hersborg, said that the violations' were committed in a relatively short chronological compass.
“With regard to one of the images he has argued, it was not even known whether the victim was dressed or not – it must be assumed that she was.”
He asked for the 'immediate release' of Hersborg, but acknowledged that there may be 'future charges' against his client.

The osteopath has an extensive group of famous customers, including people like KSI
District court Lorraine McDonagh said: “These victims were clearly recorded in their own house.
'What is more disturbing in this case is that this was very clear a home and were young, vulnerable women in that accommodation.
“It suggested that this has been taking place for some time, although I appreciate that only three violations are before this court.”
The judge said that the telescope and the camera showed that Hersborg intended to take the photos.
“Some comments in the pre-zest report are very clearly very worrying, a comment says that you admit that you had been in this behavior for many years,” the judge added.
The judge then refused the jurisdiction and committed the case at the Snaresbrook Crown Court for conviction on a date to be confirmed.
She has taken him into custody for his hearing.
