A woman was left stunned after her Wheelie Bin apparently disappeared at night, but a look at her ring doorbell images revealed a surprising twist.
Megan, 31, looked unbelieving from her house in Cardiff, while a Binman seemed to empty two bags from her bowl before he swung the entire container in the back of his garbage truck.
The owner of the Doggy Day Care had left her waste, as usual, for the collection at 7 o'clock on 25 February.
But by the time she woke up the next day, the container had disappeared. After she had shot through her ring doorbell images, she saw the confusing view and immediately contacted Cardiff Council.
They explained that the lip of the container was damaged, which means that it cannot be correctly clamped on the lifts and can be easily thrown away during the lifting process, which makes a danger to the staff.
The council has since organized that Megan will get a new trash can.

She said: 'I was so confused. I looked and thought: 'What just happened? My trash has now gone forever. '
'Fortunately I have a ring device, or I thought someone had stolen my trash.
“It is so amazing because he first removed the two BIN bags, after which he hesitates and decides to throw in the entire trash.”
The owner of the Doggy Daycare center had turned off her trash the night before, ready for the Binmen to collect it on 25 February at 7 o'clock.
“I didn't notice it if it was broken or something, but I didn't really look,” she said.
'The next day I noticed that the trash was missing, but at first it didn't think much about it. I thought it might have been moved somewhere. I finally looked around the corner and thinking in the gardens of people 'what the hell has happened to my trash?
“I called the advice and they laughed and said they had never heard of it. They spent me in the waste department, and they said it doesn't happen often, but it might be broken. Why did he not put a note through my door or something? '
Her friend Joshua Linforth said jokes: “That was personal.”
Demmi Harris, another friend, added: “What forced him to do that?”
In the meantime, Amy Irving pointed out: “They have to do this if they are damaged for health and safety reasons.”

Cardiff Council has since explained the unusual incident.
A spokesperson said: 'The council has watched the video of a waste operation that threw an empty container in the back of his truck. However, there is a clear explanation for this.
“The lip of the container was damaged. When the lip is damaged, the container cannot clamp the lifts correctly and it can easily be thrown away during the lifting process.
'The video actually shows the operative spot that problem with the trash when it was emptied. He then followed the council policy by putting the bin in the vehicle.
'Damaged bins such as these forms a danger to our staff because they can fly from the back of the vehicle lift and cause injury.
'The crew registered this incident on 25 February at 7:30 am and it is time stamp in the logbook of the vehicle. This places a service request to deliver a replacement container in our system. '
