Furious Charlie Fellowes will submit a profession after Shes was perfectly robbed of the French 1,000 Guineas.

And Fellowes argues that the actions of Barzalona, combined with minimal contact in the right, is more than enough grounds for a profession.
He said: “We wanted to settle the dust and remove the emotion from the situation and think with a clear head before we make our decision.
“First of all, the contact was minimal and it was a long way out, so we think Bessigana had enough time to pass if she was good enough.
“But more importantly, we want clarification about the rules about the way he uses his stick twice, drop it and then hits her 12 times.
“It is a terribly precedent and cannot be right. If it is allowed, what is it then stopping that Jockeys are whipping their use and putting it down and hits the horse? It is a terrible look.
“I cannot understand how it can be considered that he did not break the rules. It was not mentioned when we were invited to the steward room on the day.
“I am incredibly proud of shes perfect and Luther had a brilliant race in the 2,000 Guineas to be fourth. We only have 40 horses to have two in classics so well is incredible.
“I am not sure of the time frame, but we have 48 hours to appeal and we will do that.”
