Mr. Clow said, “I want to show my condolences to the family and friends of Hamid who died at such a young age and in such disturbing circumstances.”
It was said that he was the second youngest of four children and was non-verbal and autistic, so he would attend a special school to meet his needs.
The horrific neighbors of the child were the first to realize what had happened after hearing a loud tear close to their front doors.
Several of them then desperately tried to perform resuscitation on the affected child while they waited for paramedics.
He died of his injuries in the hospital.
Buren previously claimed that Hamid had escaped from his house several times, including a window on the second floor
It was said that he was rather as far away as the next street.
A neighbor, who asked not to be mentioned, told the post that she had ever seen Hamid wandering around in her living room and she had to take him home.
“He was found a number of times in the property of other people,” she said.
