This is the first picture of the YouTuber involved in an astonishing spat with former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman.
Harry Holton, the YouTuber who has been warned by police after his confrontation with Zissman, is part of a worrying new trend known as ‘auditing’ that sees creators harass innocent landowners and security guards on private property to create controversial videos.
In a recent video which has clocked more than four million views and was uploaded to his H Audit channel, Holton targets the Apprentice star, 37, on her sprawling Grade II-listed country estate.
But Luisa fought back, threatening to ‘shoot’ Holton’s drone before travelling more than two hours to track down his home address.
Now, MailOnline can reveal that Holton loads content to his social media channels in his spare time away from his job as a chef at a hotel near his home in Rugby in Warwickshire.
The 23-year-old, who lives in a modern semi-detached home on a new estate close to the M1, refused to comment when contacted by Mail Online.
His mum Jo said she was aware of the comments made by Zissman, but also refused to talk about her son’s bust up.
Neighbours in the cul-de-sac where Holton lives had little clue about his alternative life away from working at a local hotel.

One said: ’ He seems a nice enough lad and I know he works long hours at the hotel.
‘I wasn’t aware that he went round flying drones over people’s houses. That is not on.
‘There is so much open land around here he could do that and no one would bother.’
Another neighbour was less than impressed and backed Zissman, who is said to be consulating with her lawyers.
‘From what I heard he sounds like an annoying little p****. He is just doing this to get clicks to his YouTube,’ said the neighbour.
‘I hate all this social media stuff with people filming stupid Tik Tok videos and hoping people like them.’
Holton trained at Rugby College on a professional cookery course.
In 2020 he featured in a local news story about using his skills to use surplus ingredients to make meals for homeless people in Rugby.
Along with other students he cooked meals which were frozen and later delivered to a centre for homeless people.
Holton later took up a position at a local hotel where staff said they were unaware of his drone activities, and his YouTube channel.

The ‘auditors’ craze which Holton is part of has swept across Britain, with the 23-year-old having previously attempted to fly his drone over Premier League side Aston Villa’s training ground.
The vlogger’s H Audit social media channels are littered with angry confrontational videos of failed attempts to take pictures while he is on private property.
They are designed to attract hundreds of thousands of clicks and can bring in hefty advertising revenue when viewed on YouTube and TikTok.
The ‘auditing’ trend took off in the US and started to make waves in Britain last year and has self-proclaimed auditors attracting subscriber lists in the hundreds of thousands.
Holton’s YouTube account has 13,000 subscribers which is significantly fewer than one of the most popular ‘auditors’, called Auditing Britain, which has 256,000 subscribers.

His most ‘popular’ video titled ‘Drone DESTRUCTION – Above the law’ saw him target gated Grade-I stately home Apethorpe Palace in Northamptonshire. It has racked up 120,000 views on YouTube.
The Jacobean English Heritage manor was bought in 2015 for £2.5million by French professor, diplomat and academic, Jean Christophe Iseux, Baron von Pfetten.
Holton uses the same playbook as he did against Zissman where he insists flying his drone over the ‘gorgeous place’ to take pictures before sparking an ugly row.
At one point a woman who identifies herself as ‘the Baroness’ stands behind the locked gates and asks him to ‘go away, please’ to which he rudely snaps: ‘Why don’t you go away? I don’t want to look at you anymore.’
An argument ensues where he taunts ‘oh well, let’s get this drone in the sky then’ provoking the angry Baroness to grab hold of the aircraft, causing it to break.
Worried police chiefs last year issued officers with official guidance on how to handle members of the public who have taken to relentlessly filming outside police stations as well as other public and private sector buildings.
The video-makers say they are checking up on organisations’ performance including health and safety compliance while also asserting the right to film and take photographs on public land – and their clips can bring in hefty advertising revenue when watched on sites such as YouTube or TikTok.
But the incidents can escalate into angry confrontations, most recently when a furious chemical company boss tried to smash a drone controller after catching a ‘hobbyist auditor’ snooping on his PPE use.

More staff were seen rushing out to confront the YouTuber and asking him to leave, in one of a soaring number of online videos posted by self-styled ‘auditors’ filming outside buildings

Some of the most popular auditing YouTube accounts feature footage outside police stations across the UK, embassies, shopping centres and City of London institutions.
Auditing Britain has videos including footage of Kensington police station in west London as well as officers in Walworth, south London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
DJ Audits, one of Britain’s leading YouTube auditors, went to Libra Speciality Chemicals Ltd in Manchester last year to ‘check their compliance’ with health and safety.
But after he began to film the chemical site using his GoPro and drone, company staff swiftly came out of the workplace to confront him and question his right to record their business.
DJ Audits, who refused to reveal his identity, informed staff that he did not need their permission as he was filming on ‘public property’.
An argument ensued and a man who staffers identified as their ‘boss’ tried to hit the drone controller out of the auditor’s hand as he told him to ‘f**k off now’.
Zissman and Holton’s extraordinary bust-up went viral over the weekend after he travelled to her private property to fly his drone because he ‘found it online’ and liked ‘the beauty of it’.
It saw Luisa threaten to ‘shoot down’ his drone before both made common assault allegations to police.
She last night took to her Instagram page to publicly name Holton before making a £500 offer to the person who could tell her his address as it’s ‘cheaper me doing this than paying lawyers to do it’.
Luisa later told her 688,000 followers she had ‘just been to Harry’s house’ as she warned: ‘Oh this petty Polly will not let sleeping dogs lie.’
The retail entreprenuer then posted a selfie alongside a picture of what appeared to be his front door with a strongly worded warning to the YouTuber.
Luisa warned: ‘Just in case Harry thinks I’m calling his bluff, here is me outside your house. I won’t post your address online, nor will I knock on your door, harass you, film you without consent on your property.

‘In fact I stayed on the public areas and didn’t even step foot onto your property. But hunny let me tell you. This bit*h is crazy and the most annoying tenacious crazy you’re ever going to have had the pleasure of meeting.’
MailOnline has contacted Holton through his H Audit YouTube account for comment.
Holton on Saturday posted a jawdropping video on his social media channels in which he sits on his bike on a gravel path as a clearly upset and agitated Luisa pleads that her ‘life is very private’.
But he insists ‘I’m not going to fly it from here, I’m just going to go down the track’ before she says he is on her private property.
Luisa then threatens to ‘get the gun and shoot your drone down’ if he goes ahead.
‘I will shoot your drone,’ she says.
‘We have a gun, we have a gun licence. We shoot deers, we shoot foxes, we shoot rabbits. And drones. Because you are flying your drone over my private property.’
Asked by the YouTuber if she has done it before, Luisa says: ‘No one has been stupid enough to come fly a drone… but yeah Ian [the estate manager] has actually shot a drone before.

The Apprentice runner-up took to Instagram yesterday following the expletive bust-up where she posted a picture of herself taking part in clay shooting with the caption ‘come to mumma’
‘He is not in, Ian’s our estate manager who is probably getting the gun now. So if you want your expensive drone shot down, go ahead and fly it and we will shoot it.’
Luisa threatens to carry out a citizens arrest and detain him as things become more heated saying: ‘I’m about to kick you off your bike.’
She then moves into his path as he tries to edge further up the track and grabs hold of his handlebars.
An angry Luisa yells: ‘Yeah, I’m restricting your movement. I’ll f***ing take your bike.’
Holton says he will call the police as he points and shouts for everyone to ‘get off me now’.
The Apprentice runner-up took to Instagram on Sunday following the expletive bust-up in which she made a series of allegations.
She claimed Holton did not post the full footage in which she alleged he shoved her with his bike on her estate that ‘clearly’ has two signposts stating it is private property.
‘How someone can trespass onto MY property and then be upset when I stand up for my property and privacy blows my mind,’ she wrote.
‘And how anyone can defend his antagonistic actions, trespass and blatant disregard of the law needs to get in the bin.’

Luisa took part in the ninth series of The Apprentice where she finished runner-up to Leah Totton in the final

Luisa Zissman is pictured here attending the 26th National Television Awards at the O2 in London on September 9 2021
In a defiant defence of her actions, she said she was always on ‘high alert’ having previously having to deal with death, acid attack, and kidnapping threats.
‘For some jumped up little p**** to come and try and gain entry to film my property is horrific,’ she said.
Luisa later posted a picture of herself taking part in clay shooting with the caption ‘come to mumma’.
A patrol car with blue flashing lights and a siren blaring is seen in another video pulling up outside the home.
A police officer talks to Holton at the roadside and warns him Luisa has alleged he assaulted before he makes a counter allegation.
He then warns the YouTuber he is ‘under suspicion of an allegation’ and will be ‘coming to the police station’ after he refused to provide the cop with his details.
It is unclear when the fracas took place but the videos were posted onto social media yesterday.
Holton has more than 50,000 followers across his YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
Luisa, an entrepreneur and mother of three with 688,000 Instagram followers, finished second in the 2013 series of the BBC’s The Apprentice and then fourth in Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother the foillowing year.
Since 2015 she has been married to Irish businessman Andrew Collins, having previously been wed to entrepreneur Oliver Zissman between 2009 and 2014.
Luisa has been a regular presence on TV shows including This Morning, Good Morning Britain, Loose Women and Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.
The Milton Keynes-born businesswoman has pursued ventues including a bakery website, an eBay electronics store and a cupcake shop.
MailOnline has contacted Essex Police for comment.
