A man from Tennessee shared the hectic SMS messages that he sent his wife after being missing before she was found in her car in a retention pond.
Michael Fundo, a private contractor based in Saudi Aarabia, was abroad when his wife Kristen, 35, was missing in Cordova.
He had Kristen only an hour before she disappeared Facetimed, after she spoke to her while she ate in a restaurant with a friend last Friday.
When she left, he had followed her phone and became alerted when she did not respond to his SMS messages or phone calls. She then stopped next to the pond.
Speaking with Wreg, Fundo said it was around this time that her phone died and the office of the local sheriff received a phone call over a vehicle that was immersed in the lake.
In the messages, Fundo frantically asks Kristen: “Are you going?”, “Did you go back to her house?”
After Kristen could not answer, the texts became more hectic, as Fundo says: 'Now worry. Did you try to call twice ', and' now your phone is out? I am sure now! '
He adds: 'This is a very abnormal treasure, I am now stressed! It is better to be fine! '

He had followed her phone and was alerted when she did not respond to his SMS messages or phone calls
The next day he follows with a different text: 'If you get this, know that Daniel is driving at that location to see if the truck is there.
“I'm so f ***** crazy.” On Saturday he said: 'I love you. I hope you're doing well. I'm really bad in panic! '
Unfortunately, Fundo's worst fears were realized shortly thereafter.
The representatives of Shelby County Sheriff had responded to the scene on Grays Hollow Drive on a call from a vehicle that is actively sinking in a water body.
The local fire brigade took a boat in the pond and found the vehicle immersed in the water with Kristen's body inside.
According to the Sheriff department there were no signs of cheating. The office of the local medical researcher told Fundo that there were no signs of trauma.
Researchers are still not wiser about how or why Kristen died, with further tests underway.
Speaking with WRIT, he said: 'It was near the neighborhood of my brother. I don't know if that is where she was trying to go. I called my brother to see if our car was there. '
His wife had worked at Christ methodist Day School, with their daughter to a nearby primary school.
Fundo told the outlet valve that the school had supported his family and even apart from the tuition fees of his daughter.

A GoFundMe has also started to help the family with funeral and travel costs.
A post to fundraising says: 'At the moment we are trying to take the financial burden of the family to give them time and space to mourn.
'Donations are useful and no amount is insignificant. Kristen was a light in everyone's life. '
