BBC Racing commentator John Hunt sent a heartbreaking text and asked his daughter if everything was in order before she was murdered by Kruisbog triple murderer Kyle Clifford.
The broadcaster reported his 25-year-old daughter Louise minutes before her ex-boyfriend Clifford killed her and her sister with a crossbow and their mother with a butcher's knife.
Clifford entered the parental home in the quiet dead-end road of Ashlyn in Bushey, Hertfordshire, by cheating the 61-year-old Carol Hunt, the wife of the Lord Hunt, before she put her death in a 'brutal knife attack'.
The 26-year-old then stopped Louise with duct tape around her wrists and ankles and is supposed to have broke her to stop her shouting before she would have raped her during a two and a half hours.
It was during this time that Clifford sent a text message when Louise asked and her father, who worked at a Race meeting: “What time are you at home?”
Mr. Hunt later replied: 'Let, I am afraid. Everything okay, sweetness? '
The suspect then replied: 'I just want to check it – the races on Saturday start a little later than normal. I think it's 4.30 am to 7.30 pm. Then there is a famous DJ after racing. Does that sound good? '
Clifford has admitted that he killed the three women, as well as the possession of two weapons, namely an MXT-405 compound crossbow and a ten-inch scimitar knife. He also guilty of the false prison sentence of Louise, but denies it to rap her.

Dashcam images were also played on the jury today, which caused Clifford calmly to the house of his victims on the day of his bloody attack.
The former soldier left his house in Enfield, North London, in his chair Ibiza and traveled the 20 miles to the family's house.
The dashcam images from the Clifford car show that he makes the fatal journey at 13.08 hours barely an hour before the attacks.
Public Prosecutor Alison Morgan KC told Cambridge Crown Court: “He would have had all the items needed for the attack.”
It also showed him that he came up in a road near the quiet dead -end road where the family lived and went through his boot for a minute, with the help of an umbrella to protect against heavy rainfall.
Half an hour later the massacre would start when he arrived at his victim's house.
Other images viewed by the jury of today showed Clifford who fought on a training of 80 minutes around a local gym on July 5.
Mrs. Morgan said how the alleged rape was a 'violent, sexual act of resentment' after Louise ended her affair with Clifford, who recently lost his job at a catering company.

Nowadays, jury members heard audio picked up from a clifford doorbell camera – who reportedly had secret relationships with two women while they dating Louise – Carol in conversation at her home.
He said to her, “I am, eh, some of Louise's things.”
Once inside he stabbed her with the knife and then waited for Louise, 25, who worked in a pod in the garden where she led a dog -contaminating company.
When she entered the house, he stopped her with duct tape on her wrists and ankles and is supposed to have broken her to stop her shouting before she would have raped her during a two and a half hours.
He then shot her in the chest with a crossbow, with the persecution that said a 'whosening' sound that was included on the security system was the sound of the bolt released.
Louise's beautician sister, Hannah, 28, arrived a little later and went upstairs without realizing what had happened.
She was heard to say, “Kyle, I swear against God …” And seconds later she sent an SMS to her partner, Alex Klein, and said, “Kyle here. Police now. He binds us. '
Two minutes later there was a loud 'thud', which it was believed to be firing another crossbow bolt.

Hannah managed to call 999 and identify the intruder as Clifford, who was not in court and is tried in his absence.
Emergency services arrived at 7.10 pm to find her 'struggle for life' at the front door and could not save her. Louise and Carol were already dead.
Clifford left the stage in his car after the murders and was hidden the next day on Lavender Hill Cemetery, near his house in Enfield, Noord -London.
He shot himself with the crossbow when officers approached and was in the hospital for more than two months. He is now paralyzed from the breast.
He told the police during an interview: “I'm sorry … What I did was horrible.”
Louise's friends and family considered Clifford as 'disrespectful, rude and arrogant' and spoke about his 'nasty mood', the court was told.
The relationship eventually implemented during the marriage of a friend in Scarborough on 23 June, the jury members were told, after the suspect 'implied that he had slept with a number of people' and made 'patronizing comments' about cooking Louise's oven.
She texted him to say they were over when they came back and he seemed to accept her decision. But later that day he would have sent a message: “It brings me into tears that all that is thrown out of the window … I honestly can't think about life without you.”

The attempts of Clifford to 'again' were 'rejected' the relationship 'again' and Mrs. Morgan said that he 'had planned and implemented the attack carefully' and added: 'This rejection made the suspect angry.
“He was angry with Louise, but also in the Hunt family in general, because he rightly assumed that friends and family members had advised Louise to end the relationship with him.”
He visited stores or made online purchases from the crossbow, knife, gasoline cans, rope and duct tape before checking that MR Hunt was working on the day of the attack and went to the house.
Morgan opened the case yesterday and said: “The prosecutor claims that the suspect has raped Louise Hunt.
“It was a violent, sexual act of resentment before he then killed her. You will have to determine that claim against him. '
Friends and family of the three women struggled to keep their calmness because the moving visual material and audio recordings were played in court.
A woman left the room in tears when the door conversation between Clifford and Carol was heard.
Another person seemed to moan sadly at Audio from the 'Woohing' sound that was caused when the crossbow was fired at Louise.
The process continues.
